Employee Development Analysis In Increasing Work Productivity at PT. Bank BTPN Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee development on work productivity at PT. Bank BTPN Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency. Employee development is one of several factors that can affect the level of work productivity. Development is an additional basic salary that is not expected by employees, but only part of it can be given only having certain achievements or certain skills and do not bother when asked to complete as soon as possible, such as reports or receipts that must be reported. This research was conducted using a simple linear regression analysis tool, R2 test and t test to analyze the close relationship of 1 variable, and the results of the discussion that the value of the variable regression coefficient (X) or employee development is 0.458 so it can be said that the employee development variable (X) positive effect on work productivity by 45.8%. PENGARUH KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PEGAWAI PADA BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

This research is done by comprative analysis method. This method is done by comparing the quality of human resources with employee productivity of Central Bureau of Statistics of South Sulawesi Province. The number of research population is 81 employees with the number of samples of 45 employees by using slovin formula with a level of 10%. Data collected by using questionnaire method with Likert scale. Test requirements analysis using R Square test, Test F and Test t. The method of analysis used is simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive relationship between the quality of human resources and employee productivity evidenced by the value of R Square (0.216) or equal to 21.6% while the remaining 78.4% influenced by other factors (2) there is a relationship positive between the quality of human resources and employee productivity is evidenced by the value of F (11,865) larger than the table (3.124). The Impact of Promotional Strategies on Consumer Interest in Purchasing Toyota Innova Brand Cars at PT. Hadji Kalla, Sumoharjo Branch, Makassar City

This study aims to ascertain whether there exists a positive and significant impact of the Promotion Strategy on Consumer Interest in purchasing Toyota Innova cars at PT. Hadji Kalla's Sumoharjo Branch in Makassar City. The study encompasses two variables: the Promotion Strategy as the independent variable and Consumer Interest in purchasing a Toyota Innova as the dependent variable. The outcomes of the study reveal a simple linear regression equation as Y = 15.635 + 0.763X. The test results also yield a coefficient of determination (r) of 0.632, indicating that the Promotion Strategy influences Consumer Interest in Purchasing a Toyota Innova by 40%, while the remaining 60% is attributed to other factors not considered in this study. Moreover, the calculated t-value of 5.654 surpasses the t-critical value of 0.2353. THE EFFECT OF REGIONAL ORIGINAL INCOME AND INVESTMENT ON ECONOMIC GROWTH IN LUWU EAST REGENCY, SOUTH SULAWESI PROVINCE

This study aims to determine the effect of regional original income (PAD) and investment on economic growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data processed is secondary data from Regional Original Income, Investment and Economic Growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province in 2011-2020. The results of the study show that simultaneously Regional Original Income and Investment have a significant effect on Economic Growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province, this is evidenced by the significance value is smaller than the probability (0.010 0.05). Partially Local Original Income (PAD) has a significant effect on economic growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province, as evidenced by the significance value is smaller than the significance probability value (0.027 0.05) and partially Investment has a significant effect on economic growth in East Luwu Regency, Province South Sulawesi, as evidenced by the significance value is smaller than the significance probability value (0.030 0.05)
