    This study takes the research object karoke effort Inul Vizta which in 2014 experienced a decline in the number of visitors. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Service Quality and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. Good influence directly and indirectly with independent variables Service Quality and Brand Image, while Consumer Loyalty and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The population in this study is a community located in West Jakarta who had used Inul Vizta karaoke entertainment services and have been using the minimal entertainment services Inul Vizta two times or more. Sampling using purposive sampling method by using quota sampling of 100 respondents by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis method used is Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results showed that the Service Quality has no significant effect on consumer loyalty, brand image has a significant influence on consumer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a significant impact on the Customer Loyalty. So that the Service Quality, Brand Image and Consumer Satisfaction shows that jointly affect Consumer Loyalty

    Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga (X1) dan citra merek (X2)terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) terhadap keputusan pembelian televisi Samsung (StudiKasus di Perumahan villa grand tomang zona riviera tangerang). Data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban responden yang pernah membelidan menggunakan televisi Samsung. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah Quota Sampling, sedangkan metode pengumpulan sampel ini dilakukan jika populasitidak diketahui maka kuota yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 100 responden.Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa konsumen yang pernah membeli danmenggunakan televisi Samsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadapkeputusan pembelian (Y), dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), tetapi juga Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa harga (X1) dan citra merek (X2) secara bersama-sama memilikipengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.     This study discusses the influence of the quality of services consisting ofreliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles as well as thelocation of BMT and variables are the most significant influence on thecustomer\u27s decision to save in BMT Sumber Mulia. The method used in thisstudy is a quantitative approach, with the amount of the sample was 30respondents. The sampling technique used accidential sampling by applyingis linear regression analysis, which previously conducted validity and reliability. Based on these results, we can conclude. First, there was a significant effect of the quality of service which consists of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles on saving decisions. This is evident from the results of the t test with a value of t count > t table at the 5% significance level reliability (3.838 > 1.7011), responsiveness (2.121 > 1.7011), assurance (3.062 > 1.7011), empathy (4.760 > 1.7011), and tangibles (3.290 > 1.7011). There is a significant influence on the customer decision to save their money in BMT. Based on it location as the t test results are t count > t table (3.480 > 1.7011), with a significance level of 5%. Third, empathy variables are variables that provide the dominant influence on the customer\u27s decision to saving. It can be seen from the significance value (0.000) is more significant than other variables. Then proceed with the reliability variables with a significance value (0.001), the variable of location (0,002), tangibles (.003), assurance (0.005) and responsiveness with a significance value (0.043).     Periodontal diseases are mainly the results of infections and inflammation of the gums and bone that surround and support the teeth. The prevalence of periodontal disease in the world is more than 82% in young people and more than 50% in adults. The purpose of this study to describe the prevalency periodontal disease in young people (15-30 years). This study was an analytic with cross sectional design. This study is conducted in Srondol Primary Health Center Semarang in June-July 2016. Thereby, the study uses analytic research with cross sectional design conducted in Srondol Primary Health Center Semarang in June-July 2016. The sampling technique is consecutive sampling. Out of the 95 respondents, the study found 45,3% respondents are with periodontal disease. The advice given is to improve education through demonstration and practice about dental and oral disease prevention, especially the quality of the toothbrush in small groups in community organizations

    Desa Tempuran memiliki potensi pengolahan ikan menjadi produk makanan siap jual karena bersebelahan dengan Desa Ciparagejaya yang merupakan lokasi TPI terintegrasi. Produktivitas tangkapan ikan nelayan Ciparagejaya seluruhnya masuk ke TPI. Jika dihitung, perharinya mencapai 10 – 20 ton ikan. Desa Tempuran yang memiliki jumlah wanita 2.641 jiwa (data tahun 2019). Berdasarkan survey awal, diketahui bahwa jumlah wanita di desa ini berpotensi untuk melakukan kegiatan produktif pada fase proses produksi maupun pasca produksi sehingga pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat meningkat. Wanita di desa ini dapat mengembangkan hasil ikan dari Desa Ciparagejaya dengan mengolahnya menjadi produk makanan bergizi dan siap jual. TIM PKM melakukan pelatihan pembuatan 3 olahan makanan bergizi berbahan dasar ikan dan siap jual serta pelatihan digital marketing, kemasan, perencanaan keuangan dan akuntansi sederhana.     The first evaluation of glucose-6-phospate dehydrogenase defciency (G6PD) gene mutation in malaria endemic region at South Central Timor (SCT) district, Eastern Indonesia 2014–2015

    Primaquine (PQ) is a key drug in the malaria pre-elimination stage. However, PQ can trigger acutehemolysis for people with G6PD defciency (G6PDd). In 2013, 15–25 million Indonesian people were infected with malaria, with 30,000–38,000 deaths each year mostly in eastern Indonesia with API= 15.6 %. Recently, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia announced a plan to reach the pre-elimination stage based on WHO guidelines. This study assesses whether eastern Indonesia should proceed with the activities of malaria pre-elimination. A total 555 healthy people in fve subdistricts in eastern Indonesia were selected by systematic random samping. All data were collected using a standard questionnaire, physical examination, and laboratory tests. PCR and DNA sequencing protocols followed respective manufacture’s instructions. Statistical analysis by bivariate with α= 0.05 and 95% CI were performed using the SPSS software package. Based on the nested PCR, the result showed a malaria prevalence of 32.6% with being the dominant species (52.5%). Malaria cases were found in all study sites and not using a bed net was the moost signifcant risk factors with Exp B= 1.54 with 95% CI= 0.99–2.38. G6PDd prevalence was 16.6%, the highest G6PDd ever found in Indonesia with variant molecular dominant 10.883 T>C and one sample with a heterozygous female. Malaria pre-elimination in eastern Indonesia should be delayed. High risk patients should be tested for enzyme G6PD activities before antimalarial administration

    This study aims to analyze The Effect of Marketing Mix Towards Intention become Partner on Perspective of Islam at The Branch Office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun. The tests carried out using multiple linear regression method, where the endogenous variable (Y) is a intention become partners and exogenous variables (X) is the marketing mix that is identified with product (X1), price (X2), place/distribution channel (X3), promotion (X4), people (X5), process (X6), physical evidence (X7), promise (X8), and patience (X9). In this study added two variables in the marketing mix of services in accordance with Islamic values that promise and patience.This study uses a quantitative approach. The characteristics of the population in this studi is a partner at The Branch Office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun are actively engaged in transactions in 2014 and live in Madiun. Total sample of the respondents is 100 (one hundred). These samples were selected using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method with particular consideration.The results of this study indicate that simultaneous and partially, marketing mix variables consisting of product, price, place/distribution channel, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, promise, and patience shown the effect to intention become a partner on perspective of Islam at the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun. Variable place/distribution channel is the most dominant variable to the intention become partners on perspective of Islam at the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun.Suggestion for the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun should increase promotional activity to be more diverse so it can attract attention to prospective partners or partners who have joined, socialize product from BMT Beringharjo more clearly and detail, especially the difference with the product from conventional bank, and make a direct sales pitch way more exciting and creative by adding facilities and infrastructure in the promotion or by making a series of interesting activities and carried out in the crowd with direct sales activities
