Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs) Positioning on Strengthening Partnership with Midwives

Background of this research was the still high number of infant mortality and high use of Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs). The This study aims aimed to determine TBAs positioning on the effort of strengthening partnership with midwives. A number of pregnant women, TBAs, and midwives become became informants, through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The results showed positioning TBAs still needed with different roles but side by side with midwife role, used by primi and multi pregnant women before and during pregnancy, during and after birth. The requirement forrequirement for TBAs was derived from parents as a cultural heritage, whereas the requirement for midwife obtained was from formal and non- formal information. The TBAs services toward maintain family health care including include cultural events. The midwife is givingserved professional servicescare. The partnership includes clients registration, motivation, abnormalities early detection. There has had been an unwritten financing unwritten agreement. The TBAs midwife partnership needs to be strengthened through legislation and , communication to diverse audiences in order to form the right positioning

Gambaran Status Gizi Siswa-siswi SMP Negeri 13 Pekanbaru Tahun 2016

Nutrition in the early adolescents is a matter that must be considered. Many impacts that will be experienced by adolescents when malnutrition. Adolescents who are malnutrition will affect reproduction, in adolescent who experience obesity will be at risk of degenerative diseases. The purpose of this study is to describe the nutritional status of SMP Negeri 13 Pekanbaru. This research were 290 students from grade VII and VIII consisting of 100 boys and 190 girls were taken with quota sampling technique. Data were colected by questionnaire filled out by respondents to assess student characteristics data and calculate BMI by measuring weight and height to get nutritionaly measuring weight and height to get nutritional status of students. Nutritional status is divided into malnutrition, underweight, normal, overweight and obesity based on standard anthropometric indicators BMI per age. The result of this study a normal nutritional status is 172 students (59%), followed by the nutritional status of overweight were 66 students (23%), obesity were 29 students (10%), underweight were 19 students (7%) and malnutrition were 4 students (1%).

Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Terhadap Perempuan Dan Anak Kasus Korban Kejahatan Kekerasan Di Polres Kabupaten Padang Pariaman

Services to women and children victims of violent crime cases are crucial issues that need attention. In an effort to protect victims of violent crime and to keep their rightness, Police of Padang Pariaman District provide RPK (Ruang Pelayanan Khusus) for women and children victims of violence crime, now it is known by the name of UPPA (Unit Pelayanan Perempuan Dan Anak). However, in practice there are still many problems of violence that can not be resolved properly. The same was found in the research by Tuti Khairani Harahap (2009) that in the implementation of policy dissemination through coordination with relevant agencies and the handling of cases accur in children, is still the presence of cases of cruelty, violence and persecution of women and children. As for the purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of services to women and children victims of crime cases in police station of Padang Pariaman district.The concept of theory is public service standards by Sianipar: the standard attitude of the personnel, service quality standards, standard of time, the standard of comfortable, safety standards and standard of costs and service of mechanism UPPA in PERKAP No.2, 2008. This study used qualitative research methods with an assessment of descriptive data. In collecting the data, researchers used interviewing techniques, observation and documentation. By using key informants as a source of information and as a source triangulation techniques in testing the validity of the data.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of services to women and children victims of crime in Police station of Padang Pariaman District to addressing violence against woman and children is not running optimally. because there are still many obstacles faced by officers and the victims themselves

Analisis Kemampuan Berfikir Kritis Matematis Siswa SMP Tingkat Rendah pada Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dengan Green's Motivational Strategies

Berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam belajar matematika. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan berpikir kritis adalah pembalajaran berbasis masalah. Namun, pembelajaran berbasis masalah memiliki kelemahan yaitu kurang cocok untuk siswa dengan kemampuan rendah dan sedang. Selain itu pembelajaran barbasis masalah juga kurang meiningkatkan motivasi. Pada siswa sekolah berlevel sedang dan rendah, dibutuhkan alat atau cara yang apat menjembatani antara kondisi siswa disekolah level sedang dan rendah dengan pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Peneliti mencoba mengajukan solusi yaitu menyertakan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan green's motivational strategies. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis proses berpikir kritis yang siswa peroleh setelah pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan green's motivational strategies. Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif. Siswa dengan kemampuan awal rendah menguasai 5 indikator berpikir kritis sedangkan siswa dengan kemampuan awal sedang menguasai 6 indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis. Selain kemampuan awal siswa yang mengalami Perubahan menjadi lebih baik, siswa juga merasa lebih nyaman dan lebih percaya diri

Penerapan Knowledge Management pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Kota Pekanbaru

Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Pekanbaru city is one of the local government institutions accordance with their tasks to help heads of regions in organizing of government in development planning. Regional development planning must reflect the reality of the needs of an area, which be functioning as a plan to improve the use of available public resources in the region. One of the problems that occur is Bappeda can not be separated from the various constraints such as the lack of documents availability of study results or study to formulate the development planning program. There are still a lack of quantity and quality of human resources in the Bappeda environment, so it is difficult to make a quality and on time planing. Meanwhile, high and rapid of development and growth of the Pekanbaru city which must be balanced by Bappeda to produce planning products that can answer development and changes of region in the future. By applying the knowledge management is believed to have an important role in helping to improve the effectiveness of Bappeda because it can encourage the use of prior knowledge to improve the quality of decision making process. In addition, knowledge management can also serve as a tool in the process of organizational change, because the knowledge management can help to build a culture of learning within an organization. Learn to perform activities which they are responsible should be getting better over time. Based on this, researchers interested in conducting a qualitative research on the application of knowledge management in Bappeda Pekanbaru City.Theoretical concept used by the author is the theory of knowledge management Ismail Nawawi are: human, process, technology, content and the factors that affect the implementation of knowledge management in the organization. This study used a qualitative research with descriptive study. In collecting the data, the researcher used interview, observation and documentation.The results of this study indicate that Bappeda has implemented knowledge management, although there are still deficiencies in the implementation process, for example such as lack of awareness to share information among employees outside the meeting activities. But the advantages are Bappeda continue to make changes for the better as the enactment of theimplementation of an online system to provide information of evelopment activities to the society which is currently only up to the district level

Gambaran Status Gizi pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Desa Teluk Kiambang Kecamatan Tempuling Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.

Nutritional status is the health status generated by the balance of the needs and input of nutrients or nutrients. Primary school children is one of the group that is susceptible to nutritional problem, underweight and overweight. The purpose of this study was to describe the nutritional status in children of primary school in Teluk Kiambang at Tempuling, Indragiri Hilir. This research is a descriptivestudy with cross-sectional design. Respondents in this research were student in grade 1-6 which consists of 400 people chosen by total sampling method. Data were collected by questionnaire filled out by the parents of the respondents to determine student characteristic data and calculate BMI by measuring height and weight to measure the nutritional status of students. Nutritional status is divided into malnutrition, underweight, normal, overweight and obese based on anthropometric standard with BMI/U indicator. The data showed that underweight nutritional status as the highest value were 153 people (38,3%), followed by normal nutritional status were 145 orang (36,3%), malnutrition nutritional status were 94 people (23,5%), overweight nutritional status were 7 people (1,8%) and obesity nutritional status were 1 people (0,3%). Hubungan Kepatuhan Ibu Hamil Mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe dan Pola Konsumsi dengan Kejadian Anemia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Guguk Panjang Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2015

Anemia adalah keadaan dimana darah merah kurang dari normal. Anemia pada ibu hamil membawa akibat dan komplikasi yang beresiko tinggi untuk terjadinya keguguran, perdarahan, BBLR, atonia uteri, inersia uteri. Kasus anemia di Puskesmas Guguk Panjang sebanyak 54,5 % tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan ibu hamil mengkonsumsi tablet fe dan pola konsumsi dengan kejadian anemia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Guguk Panjang Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2015.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2015. Jenis penelitian adalah survey analitik menggunakan desain Cross sectional, teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling , dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden mencakup pertanyaan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet fe dan pola konsumsi serta kejadian anemia. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan lebih dari separoh 56,4% responden tidak patuh mengkonsumsi tablet fe, 69,1% responden mempunyai pola konsumsi tidak baik dan 58,2% responden mengalami anemia. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia ibu hamil dengan p value = 0,003 dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola konsumsi dengan kejadian anemia ibu hamil dengan p value = 0,045. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan kepatuhan ibu hamil mengkonsumsi tablet fe dan pola konsumsidengan kejadian Anemia. Saran penulis hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan masukan agar pihak puskesmas khususnya petugas KIA dapat meningkatkan penyuluhan kesehatan pada ibu hamil, cara mengkonsumsi tablet fe yang benar pada ibu hamil, sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan angka kejadian anemia khususnya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Guguk Panjang Bukittingg
