Optimization of Information Resources in Industrial Ecology
An important task in business of any enterprise and, in particular, enterprises working in the industrial ecology is the timely transmission of data and relevant information. The article provides an overview and analysis of technologies of employee notification about any type of events. The model of optimization of data transmission over messengers is given. Today, there are a huge number of different applications for instant messaging: from ordinary messengers to social networks with built-in messaging modules. Among the usual messengers one can mention such as WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, Snapchat, KakaoTalk and others. Social network messengers include such examples as Vkontakte, Facebook, Instagram, etc. The special optimization model is developed for enterprises operating in industrial ecology, which allows to manage the notifications and alerts of employees involved in specific business processes. New FEM - Programs for modeling coupled processes of selective vapor condensation during laser processing of materials
This research presents a computer model for conjugate heat and mass transfer during laser processing of materials. The computer programs based on FEM, which allow to predict the processes of formation of evaporation and condensation zones on the surface areas surrounding the crater are implemented. There is the presence of three modes of operation, differing in the configuration of evaporation zones - condensation. The identified control parameters change modes. A phase diagram for the implementation of process modes is proposed. Finally, the research discusses the possibility of managing the process. Β© 2020 American Institute of Physics Inc.. Development of FEM - Programs for modeling the processes of synthesis by powder metallurgy
The finite element method (FEM) analyzes the features of the spatial distribution of Joule heat in two-phase matrix systems with round inclusions. It was found that in the processes of sintering peaks of heat generation power are formed at certain points of the medium. It is proposed to use the observed phenomenon for the formation of anisotropic and gradient materials. Β© 2020 American Institute of Physics Inc.. All rights reserved
Statistical analysis of the use an internal capital adequacy assessment procedure in the monitoring of banks stability
To increase the stability of the banking system, it is necessary to use effective systems of risk management and monitoring of banks. One of these systems is the internal procedure for capital adequacy assessment (IPCAA). The purpose of this study is to assess, using a statistical analysis, the impact of the IPCAA procedure on changes in the value of banks' capital adequacy ratios. Some results of monitoring data are presented on risk-weighted assets, level 1 and 2 capitals, and capital adequacy ratios (CAR) for two foreign (2008 - 2018) and three Russian banks (2014 - 2018). The study showed the direct effect of increasing the risk-weighted assets on the level of capital adequacy (CAR). The results obtained allow concluding that there is a direct significant connection between the IPCAA procedure use and the stability of banks. This procedure provides a comprehensive assessment of the overall capital adequacy of banks, taking into account the existing risks in order to maintain an adequate and stable forecast level of capital. The study also revealed the needs of banks in creating adequate structures to ensure proper management of financial and operational risks, which will simplify the IPCAA process and ensure more effective capital planning and decision-making to provide the stability of both individual banks and the entire banking system. The problem of universalism in feminist theory
The article is devoted to the problem of universalism within both second and third wave of feminism. The author analyzes certain theoretical approaches to the (female) subject which continue to provoke heated discussion about universalism. Some principal trends in the feminist discourse in the late 20th century are also stated in this article. Special attention is given to consideration of Benhabib's thought. Her conception dealing with re-negotiating ethics and politics of modernity/postmodernity is in the direction of an Β«interactive universalismΒ».Π‘ΡΠ°ΡΡΡ ΠΏΠΎΡΠ²ΡΡΠ΅Π½Π° ΠΏΡΠΎΠ±Π»Π΅ΠΌΠ΅ ΡΠ½ΠΈΠ²Π΅ΡΡΠ°Π»ΠΈΠ·ΠΌΠ° Π² ΡΠ΅ΠΌΠΈΠ½ΠΈΠ·ΠΌΠ΅ Π²ΡΠΎΡΠΎΠΉ ΠΈ ΡΡΠ΅ΡΡΠ΅ΠΉ Π²ΠΎΠ»Π½Ρ. Development of FEM programs for assessing the risk of electrical breakdown of devices operating in high humidity conditions
This study explored a scenario of a new mechanism of electric shock. Using computer simulation using the finite element method, the possibility of the existence of unlikely short-term electrical breakdowns caused by synergistic effects is shown. A method for assessing the risk of a self-organizing conductive cluster of moisture droplets is proposed. Β© 2019 Author(s)
The Russian Diaspora in Bulgaria: Issues of Migration Registration in the Interwar Period
The article was submitted on 13.08.2019.This article is a historiographical review of the recent Bulgarian historical literature regarding estimates of the number of Russian emigrants in Bulgaria between the 1920s and 1930s. Figures mentioned by contemporary researchers D. Daskalov, L. Spasov, Ts. Keseva, M. Jovanovic, and P. Peykovska estimate that there were from 20,000 to 50,000 Russian migrants in Bulgaria in 1922β1923. In order to explain this discrepancy, the authors of the article analyse different types of sources, i. e. official reports of the Bulgarian authorities, reports of the Office for Russian Refugees under the League of Nations, Γ©migrΓ© periodicals, statistical yearbooks, and censuses. Due to the lack of registration of Russian refugees arriving in the country and the interest of different parties in exaggerating the magnitude of the process, working with statistics and censuses seems to be the most promising approach in the study of migration not only in Bulgaria but also in any other country with a Russian diaspora. According to the authors of this brief review, this approach to the analysis of population movement will help correct the thesis of the multi-million Russian diaspora of the interwar period, which is established both in Russian and foreign historiography.ΠΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ ΠΈΡΡΠΎΡΠΈΠΎΠ³ΡΠ°ΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΠΉ ΠΎΠ±Π·ΠΎΡ Π½ΠΎΠ²Π΅ΠΉΡΠ΅ΠΉ Π±ΠΎΠ»Π³Π°ΡΡΠΊΠΎΠΉ ΠΈΡΡΠΎΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΎΠΉ Π»ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠ°ΡΡΡΡ ΠΏΠΎ Π²ΠΎΠΏΡΠΎΡΡ ΡΠΈΡΠ»Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΡΡΡΡΠΊΠΎΠΉ ΡΠΌΠΈΠ³ΡΠ°ΡΠΈΠΈ Π² ΠΠΎΠ»Π³Π°ΡΠΈΠΈ Π² 1920β1930-Π΅ Π³Π³.
