    Analisis Bantuan Desa Terhadap Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Desa (Studi Kasus Pada Kecamatan Tareran Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan)

    Upaya peningkatan daya guna dan hasil guna bantuan pembangunan desa telah mendorong bahkan menggerakan swadaya gotong royong serta menumbuhkan otoaktivitas masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa. Bantuan ini sangat penting dan bermanfaat untuk pembangunan termasuk di Sulawesi Utara, khususnya desa-desa di Kecamatan Tareran Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Ternyata rangsangan riil telah membawa dampak positif bagi masyarakat desa, terutama dalam hal memobilisasi potensi desa, seperti dana, tenaga, dan pikiran yang dimiliki masyarakat.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel dana bantuan, peran camat, partisipasi masyarakat, dan pembangunan desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan tergolong pada penelitian survei. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah Kecamatan Tareran Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data primer dgunakan alat, yaitu pertanyaan. Cara pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dan teknik wawancara di setiap desa yang telah ditentukan,sedangkan untuk data sekunder diambil melalui dokumen atau informasi dari kantor terkait. Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara dana bantuan dan pembangunan desa digunakan teknik analisis Chi Quadrat, dan untuk mengukur besarnya derajat hubungan antara variabel digunakan rumus Koefisien Kontingensi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa faktor bantuan desa dan pembangunan desa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Setelah dihitung dari persentase bantuan desa,ternyata lebih banyak menilai baik atau memilih adanya manfaat terhadap pembangunan desa. Demikian juga, adanya derajat hubungan antara pembangunan desa dan peran camat setelah dihitung nilai maksimum koefisiensi kontingensi. Pada hakikatnya bantuan desa dengan pelaksanaan pembangunan desa mempunyai hubungan yang erat. Jadi, jika bantuan desa meningkat maka kualitas pembangunan desa pun akan meningkat

    This research was motivated by problems found in the office of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Manado Branch, which in employee performance lacks productive work motivation by using work time so that the amount of work that is not solved by what is done by each employee. And the obstacles faced are when employees cannot complete a job in carrying out their responsibilities as employees at PT. TAPSEN (Persero) Manado Branch. The arrangement of the arrangement is one aspect that must applied in the office to support the achievement of the goal of increasing productivity and performance of office employees.In this study, the method used was quantitative descriptive research method by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents who were sample in this study. Data collected with a questionnaire that had been teste for validity and reliability.And our data analysis is descriptive and inferential statistics, which consist of simple correlation coefficients and regressions that are done using the SPSS for Windows version 24.0.The results showed that there was a significant influence between work motivations on employee performance. From this result is done and followed by data analysis obtained, then there is a significant influence between the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT.TASPEN (Persero) Branch Manado and this means the working hypothesis or alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that there is a positive influence between work motivation on employee performance and the level of influence of 21.3%. For this reason, recommended that more work motivation to increase in employee performance

    The background of this research indicates that the low organizationalcommitment of employees affects that the low performance of work, so theproblem studied in this research is: How big influence OrganizationalCommitment to Employee Work Achievement at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch ManadoEmployee commitment to the organizationshown by employee characteristics is (1) employees are more concerned withpersonal interests than the company\u27s interest in completing the target work,where employees are more focused on personal issues. (2) less maximize thecontribution of his work as part of the organization as a whole in carrying outits duties and obligations; (3) lackof cooperation among employees in solvingthe problem. This shows that the low organizational commitment of employeesresulted in the likelihood of job performance at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch Manado, so the higher one\u27s commitment to the taskthe higher the performance will be generated. In this research the method usedis quantitative method, by using correlation analysis approach and simple linearregression with data analysis technique used is Pearson Product MomentCorrelation Analysis (PPM). Based on the calculation of Pearson ProductMoment correlation, organizational commitment contributed 97.6% while theremaining 2.4% was a contribution from other variables. And there is asignificant influence between Organizational Commitment to EmployeePerformance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado.While the calculation results of simple linear regression analysis with the resultfhitung ≥ ftabel, or 2787.82 ≥ 2.05, thus reject Ho, which means a significanteffect. This means that Organizational Commitment has a significant andlinearly influence on Employee Work Performance at PT. PermodalanNasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado.
