    Anthropological methods of formation of university students’ spiritual and moral culture

    © 2016 Kurbanov et al.The relevance of the study is reasoned by the increasing complexity of life activity in modern society, which results in distortion of the moral and value criteria and norms. The purpose of the article is to reveal anthropological methods of formation of university students’ spiritual and moral culture. The leading approach to the study is the anthropological approach allowing us to consider the spiritual and moral culture as an evolving set of moral and valuable position and special knowledge. The study involves 300 teachers, 500 students who have identified performance criteria of methods of formation of spiritual and moral culture. The main results of the study are to identify knowledge, motivation, activity-related methods of formation of spiritual and moral culture to ensure the inclusion in the content of education of teaching material about value relations, mandatory forms of culture; conjugation of ethical and professional standards of behavior on the basis of a single criterion of “ethical - unethical” development of students’ capacity for moral target setting. The significance of these results is that the identified methods involve the willingness of teachers to dialogue, respect and understanding of students, building a living knowledge in the course of joint creative activities directed to sense and life creation; determine the development of civil harmony on the spiritual and moral values

All rights reserved.The relevance of the study is conditioned by the modernization of professional training the leading strategy of which is the formation of professional competencies. Professional education is characterized by the desire to overcome the professional isolation and to develop a more democratic and effective professional training systems focused on competitive creative professional. The purpose of the article is to provide a control mechanism for the formation of professional competencies of future specialists on the basis of interdisciplinary integration. The leading method has become the method of action research, which allows gaining of new knowledge about the future specialists’ professional training, focused on the formation of entity-entity relations, personal meanings and life values on the basis of interdisciplinary integration. The article reveals leading trends in the development of future specialists’ professional training (reforming, accessibility, solidity and continuity); structure-forming components of professional competencies are allocated (epistemological, normative and functional); the peculiarities of future specialists’ professional competencies formation on the basis of interdisciplinary integration are clarified (focus on holistic education throughout life; upbringing of sustainable civil qualities of the person; the relationship of academic disciplines, ensuring complementarities of content, forms, methods and means of professional training and the creation of common educational modules for various logical reasons); the idea of case-method implementation in the training process is suggested. The paper submissions can be useful for teachers of research universities; centers to enhance personnel training and retraining while selecting and structuring of the content for professional development of the research universities’ teaching staff

    The structure of the managerial system of higher education’s development

The purpose of this article is to develop the structure of a control system of higher education development, the Foundation of which is understanding of the quality of higher education as factor for development of the system and reconcile of the education agents’ interest. Based on the definition of levels, types of control and methods for subordination, the authors have developed an innovative governance structure with the development of higher education system, including: a set of agents of higher education system; a set of relations between entities of management of higher education’s development; the sequence and dynamics of functioning; criteria for management of higher education system; a set of normalized states for agents of higher education; the level of awareness of higher education’ agents in making managerial decisions.
