    Analisis Pengaruh Rotasi Dan Mutasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di KJKS BMT Anda Salatiga

    This study aims to determine whether job rotation and work mutation influence employee performance at BMT KJKS Anda Salatiga. Samples in this study are 31 respondents. This research uses primary data which are collected through interview and questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis is used as an analytical method in this research. The research shows that job rotation influences employee performance partially but work mutation does not. Job rotation and work mutation on does not influence employee performance simultaneouslyPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh rotasi dan mutasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di KJKS BMT ANDA Salatiga.Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan KJKS BMT ANDA Salatiga sebanyak 37 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 responden. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah primer. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial rotasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Mutasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan rotasi kerja dan mutasi kerja secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawa

    The aims of this research are: 1) to test and analyze the influence of leadership style on work motivation in BAPPEDA of Morowali Regency; 2) to test and analyze direct influence of leadership styles on civil servants' performance; 3) to test and analyze the influence of motivation on civil servants' performance; 4) to test and analyze indirect influence of leadership styles on civil servants' performance by using work motivation as an intervening variable. The type of this reseach is casual analysis that shows influential relationship between variables through the involvement of 39 respondents who are selected through purposive sampling method. Based on multiple linear regressionsanalysis test, it shows that leadership styles positively and significantly influence work motivation of civil servants in The Agency of Planning, Research, and regional Development of Morowali Regency; Leadership styles directly influence civil servants' performance positively and significantly; work motivation positively and significantly influences civil servants' performance; leadership styles have indirect influence on civil servants' performance with motivation as intervening variable

    This study examined the role of the audit committee and the shari’ah supervisory board on earnings management in islamic banks in Indonesia. Research on islamic banking industry in Indonesia. The data used in this study were derived from secondary data that is derived from the quarterly reports of banking in the year 2010 to 2012. This study is an empirical test using secondary data. Results of the study confirms the two hypotheses were examined: the size of the audit committee in preventing acts earnings management in islamic banks significant positive effect. this is attested by p value 0.008; 2; The size of the shari’ah supervisory board was not able to reduce the amount of earnings management in islamic banks. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that the variable sharia supervisory board has no effect. This may be due to the shari’ah supervisory board to meet the regulations of Bank Indonesia only

    The Post 1997-Crisis Democratization in South Korea: a Case Study of Industrial Relations

    The field research was set to find out the correlations between the 1997 monetary crisis and the process of democratic consolidation in South Korea, especially in term of industrial relations. As complementary components of industrialization; state, business and labors are, by nature, often performed conflicting actions. Like in many other developing countries or newly industrializing countries, South Korea experienced a strong developmental state regime where state has a very tight relation with business group, while their labor policy was badly repressive. But as the 1997 crisis occurred, the three conflicting and competing parties seemed to agree to some points according to solve the problems affected by the crisis. The process of democratic consolidation seems to be swifted because of it. The question of why the crisis seems to swift the democratization needs to be observed by then. The research was started by exploring the cause and impact of the crisis to the three parties. Some facts were found that the 1997 crisis affected all the economic, social and political sectors of the nation, which by any means it became a common threat of the nation. Some strategic recovery programs were set up, some agreement were signed up, and by then the democratic consolidation were being confirmed
