Pseudosarcomatous Proliferation of Cx43- and Kit-Expressing Interstitial Cell in the Urinary Bladder

The authors report a case showing proliferation of KIT- and connexin 43-expressing mesenchymal cells of the urinary bladder. A 75-year-old woman had an ulcerated endophytic mass (size, approximately 2 × 2 cm) in the left posterolateral wall. She underwent transurethral resection and subsequent partial cystectomy. The suburothelial mass extended to the muscularis propria. The histopathological analysis revealed spindle-shaped mesenchymal cells that were loosely arranged with myxoid stroma and showed a focal compact fascicular arrangement. In the immunohistochemical analysis, these spindle cells were stained with specific antibodies to KIT and connexin 43. The patient is currently free of disease at 5 years after operation. The proliferating spindle cells in the present case might represent a phenotype of interstitial cells of the lamina propria

ホイクシ ノ メンタルヘルス : シツモンシ チョウサ カラ

本研究の目的は、保育士への質問紙調査をもとにして保育士のメンタルヘルスケアの取り組みの現状と課題について明らかにすることである。調査の結果、健康状態については、「通院している」者も１割を超え、他の調査と同様に、ほとんどの保育士が身体的、精神的、社会的に何らかの不調を抱えていることがわかった。また、生き生きと働いている状況については記述して頂いた人数は、①笑顔で、対応できている、②職場の人間関係が良い、③保育を楽しんでいる、④達成感が感じられる、⑤保護者と向き合う、⑥気持ちにゆとりがある、⑦仕事が楽しい、⑧みんなで話をする、⑨意欲的に働く、⑩子どもと向き合う、などにまとめることができ、この状況を作り出している行動がメンタルヘルスの取り組みとなる。このような状況を作るには、保育士が生き生きと働き続けるための保育所（園）としての組織づくりと、それに基づいた「４つのケア」が求められる

本研究の目的は、意識的にメンタルヘルスにとりくんでいると考えられる教育相談担当教員(教育相談係)へのメンタルヘルス調査を通して教員のメンタルヘルスの取り組み課題を明らかにすることである。調査の結果、学校全体としてのメンタルヘルスの取り組みは小学校で22%が取り組まれているのみで少ないことが明らかになった。一方、個人的メンタルヘルスの取り組みとしては、女性が対人関係の中で行われるのに対して、男性は心理的、個人的に取り組む傾向があることがわかった。教育相談担当教員(教育相談係)はメンタルヘルスの取り組みについて、必ずしも他の教員とは違った取り組みを必要としないと考えており、教育相談担当教員(教育相談係)か否かに関わらず教員一般としてのメンタルヘルスの取り組みが必要であることが明らかになった

O-Alkylation of Dihydroxo(tetraarylporphyrinato)phosphorus(V) and Antimony(V) Complexes with Alkyl Halides

The O-alkylation of dihydroxo(tetraarylporphyrinato)phosphorus(V) complexes with several kinds of alkyl bromide in MeCN in the presence of K2CO3 and 18-crown-6 ether produced dialkoxo(tetraarylporphyrinato)phosphorus(V) complexes in-moderate-good yields. Similar O-alkylation was applied to dihydroxo(tetraarylporphyrinato)antimony(V) complexes. The O-alkylation proceeded by the occurrence of an SN2 attack of the alkoxide anion of the complexes at the carbon substituted with halides
