    Socialization from the Point of View of Postnonclassical (Universum) Sociological Theory of Rationality

    The chapter is focused on the theoretical perspective of analyzing the process of socialization from the standpoint of the postnonclassical (universum) rationality theory. Rationality is defined as the cognitive self-reference of a society, a recursive layer of social reality, reflecting its existence and development via the means of consciousness and thinking. Socialization is considered as a process of mastering culture, the former having rational and irrational sides. The rational side is connected with the individual’s acquisition of the ability to reflect reality discretely, normatively, symbolically, and reflexively. These abilities are necessary conditions to enter the world of human society culture. The irrational side is expressed in the process of the needs’ socialization, during which the individual’s extra-subjective needs in emotional satisfaction are transformed into orientations toward experiencing certain emotional states associated with the possibilities of satisfying needs in a particular society and culture. An important result of the socialization process is the formation of a system of the individual’s value orientations. The rational level of this system consists of orientations that have become the subject of the individual’s conscious choice. The irrational level consists of orientations to value experiences; these are the individual’s emotional experiences of his/her relationships with reality

    A consolidating method for analyzing series of observations based on a fitted model of a mixture of catalysts of the main components is proposed, which makes it possible to study any number of markers. Contrasting the longitudinal approach, it eliminates the need to connect regression analysis methods with their own uncertainties when choosing particular models. The consolidating method allows obtaining an original result in the subject area of early diagnosis of a disease: all options for using markers demonstrate an increase in classification accuracy with an increase in the length of a series of examinations.Comment: 4 pages, 1 figure, 4 table

    AbstractThis paper presents the concept of Lunar regolith surface layer composition analysis using solar wind bombardment and registration of the sputtered and knocked out atoms converted into ions with solid-state converters and subsequent registration of ions by high-aperture electrostatic analyzer. Monte Carlo binary collision approximation code is used to calculate angular and energy distributions of scattered and sputtered atoms. Literature data are used for evaluation of charged fractions of scattered and sputtered components and SIMION code is used for calculation of charged particles trajectories in electrostatic deflector. The total sensitivity of the proposed scheme is evaluated

    The results descemet-stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty at bullous keratopathy

    Purpose: to evaluate outcomes of the descemet-stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty using eye drops Kombinil-Duo dur- ing postoperative period.Methods: 26 patients suffered from bullous keratopathy underwent descemet-stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty using our own technique. We applied eye drops Kombinil-Duo during postoperative period.Results: 25 patients had clear corneas whole period of observation. Graft rejection occurred in 1 eye. Mean BSCVA was 0.47±0.21.Conclusion: Kombinil-Duo has been allowed to avoid infectious complication and to increase efficiency of the operative interven-tion during postoperative period.</p

    The paper investigates the quasi-static and dynamic deformation processes in the zones of volcanic activity using for this purpose the methods of mathematical simulation. The mathematical formulation of the problem is based on the principle of virtual displacements, and numerical realization of the variational equation is based on the finite-element method. The possibilities of pressure recording in the magma chamber by means of measuring deformations at the outer Earth’s crust have been found. The vibrogram relationships have been obtained to identify the points of possible sensor location

    General topologic environment of the Russian railway network

    Basic structural properties of Russian railways are explored through the complex network scope. We imply ontology where railway stations portray nodes, while links are represented by trains plying among stations. The information L- network model founded on route is built and its topology is compared with Indian and Pakistan analogues. The network model demonstrates small world properties and its assortative nature. Structural vulnerability is assessed for random attacks, and those on degree and strength targets. Taking into account series of the node centralities, the most important sites are identified as those that could help in clarifying the sensitive points in the network. These sites should be in the focus of pre-protection and post hazard recovery. Also, a P-model is touched and an S- and H- model idea is proposed for further analysis of transportation networks

    Оценка рентгенометрических показателей костей предплечья при травматической нестабильности дистального лучелоктевого сустава у детей

    Background. At present, the literature describes in sufficient detail the use of various methods of X-ray examination of the bones of the forearm in the diagnosis of distal radioulnar joint instability (DRUJI), but there are no data on radiometric parameters for DRUJI of traumatic origin in children. Quantitative diagnostics becomes mandatory for determining the tactics of treating DRUJI of traumatic origin in children. The purpose of study to analyze the radiometric parameters of the distal forearm in case of DRUJI of traumatic origin in children to plan the method of surgical treatment. Мethods. The paper presents an analysis of the results of X-ray examination of 23 children with instability of the distal radioulnar joint of traumatic origin aged 9 to 17 years (mean age 14.212.5 years) the main group. For comparison, radiographs of the contralateral forearms of the same patients were analyzed the comparison group (23 children), and radiographs of the forearm of 69 pediatric patients without signs of DRUJI (control group). On radiographs in the anteroposterior and lateral projections, the following radiometric parameters were evaluated: radioulnar and volar angles, radioulnar index, radioulnar distance, and the difference between the radioulnar distances of both forearms. Results. In 19 patients of the main group, a positive variant of the radioulnar index with dislocation of the head of the ulna was revealed, while the indicators of the radioulnar and volar angle were characterized by variability in values. The average values of radiometric parameters of DRUJI in children without bone-traumatic changes of the forearm are comparable to normal values in adults. Conclusions. In children with DRUJI of traumatic origin, various changes were revealed radiometric indicators of the distal parts of the bones of the forearm, which depend on the type of forearm fracture. In a particular pediatric patient with DRUJI of traumatic origin, these indicators reflect the biomechanical features of the wrist joint, which must be taken into account when planning surgical intervention and predicting the recovery of the anatomy and function of the forearm.Актуальность. В настоящее время в литературе достаточно подробно описано применение различных методик рентгенологического исследования костей предплечья при диагностике нестабильности дистального лучелоктевого сустава (ДЛЛС), но отсутствуют сведения о рентгенометрических показателях при нестабильности ДЛЛС травматического генеза у детей. Квантитативная диагностика приобретает обязательный характер для определения тактики лечения нестабильности ДЛЛС травматического генеза у детей. Цель исследования проанализировать рентгенометрические показатели дистальных отделов костей предплечья при нестабильности ДЛЛС травматического генеза у детей для планирования хирургического лечения. Материал и методы. В работе представлен анализ результатов рентгенологического исследования 23 детей с нестабильностью ДЛЛС травматического генеза в возрасте от 9 до 17 лет (средний возраст 14,22,5 года) основная группа. Для сравнения анализировали рентгенограммы контралатеральных предплечий этих же пациентов группа сравнения (23 ребенка) и рентгенограммы костей предплечья 69 пациентов детского возраста без признаков нестабильности ДЛЛС (контрольная группа). На рентгенограммах в переднезадней и боковой проекциях оценивали следующие рентгенометрические показатели: лучелоктевой и волярный углы, лучелоктевой индекс, радиоульнарное расстояние и разницу между радиоульнарными расстояниями обоих предплечий. Результаты. У 19 пациентов с нестабильностью ДЛЛС травматического генеза был выявлен положительный вариант лучелоктевого индекса с вывихом головки локтевой кости, в то время как показатели лучелоктевого и волярного угла характеризовались вариабельностью значений. Средние рентгенометрические параметры ДЛЛС у детей без костно-травматических изменений костей предплечья сопоставимы с нормальными значениями у взрослых. Заключение. У детей с нестабильностью ДЛЛС травматического генеза выявлены различные изменения рентгенометрических показателей дистальных отделов костей предплечья, которые зависят от типа перелома. У конкретного пациента детского возраста с нестабильностью ДЛЛС травматического генеза эти показатели отражают биомеханические особенности кистевого сустава, что необходимо учитывать при планировании хирургического вмешательства и прогнозировании восстановления анатомии и функции предплечья
