Diplomdarba “Izglītības nozīme Latvijas un Eiropas Savienības ekonomikas attīstībā” mērķis ir raksturot un analizēt valstu ekonomisko attīstību caur izglītības dimensiju. Mūsdienu mainīgajā pasaulē, kad attīstās zinātne un tehnoloģijas, sabiedrībai ir nepieciešamība nemitīgi atjaunināt iegūtās zināšanas un prasmes. 21. gs. Eiropā iezīmējas pāreja uz sabiedrību un ekonomiku, kas balstās uz zināšanām. Cilvēks kļūst par informācijas un zināšanu nesēju un glabātāju, galveno ekonomikas izaugsmes faktoru un nacionālās bagātības radītāju. Izglītība ir pārmaiņu nesēja, tās loma jaunajos apstākļos nemitīgi pieaug. Darbā autors izmanto teorētiskās analīzes metodi, kurā ietilpst teorijas apkopojums un empīriskās analīzes metodi, kas sevī ietver datu analīzi. Pētījumā pierādās autora hipotēze – izglītība ir nozīmīgs faktors valsts ekonomikas attīstībā. In a changing world when science and technology are developing, the society needs to constantly update their knowledge and skills. In the 21st century Europe has moved to the society and economy based on knowledge. People are becoming the medium and custodian of information and knowledge, and the creators of the main factor of economic growth and national wealth. Education is the vehicle of change, its role in the new environment is constantly growing. In the work the author uses the theoretical analysis, which includes a summary of theory and empirical analysis, which includes data analysis. The analysis and the solution on proposal of the development of the document management options in the Joint Stock company Latvijas Gāze

Maģistra darba „AS „Latvijas Gāze” dokumentu pārvaldības procesu attīstības iespēju analīze un risinājuma piedāvājums” mērķis ir nodrošināt iespēju optimizēt dokumentu pārvaldības procesus akciju sabiedrībā „Latvijas Gāze”. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām un to apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēti dokumentu pārvaldības procesi akciju sabiedrībā „Latvijas Gāze”, kā arī veikta iegūto pētījuma rezultātu analīze. Otrajā nodaļā tiek izstrādāts tehniski ekonomiskais pamatojums projekta priekšlikuma izstrādei, kurā, pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, tiek piedāvāti trīs alternatīvi problēmas risinājumi, pēc tam izvēlēta finansiāli izdevīgākā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek izstrādāta projekta īstenošanas rokasgrāmata. Noslēgumā tiek sniegti galvenie secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Darbs sastāv no 103 lappusēm, 37 attēliem, 8 tabulām un 39 pielikumiem. Atslēgvārdi: projekts, projektu vadīšana, dokumentu pārvaldības process, dokumentu pārvaldības sistēma.The objective of the Master’s thesis „The analysis and the solution on proposal of the development of the document management options in the joint stock company Latvijas Gāze” is to provide an opportunity to optimize document management processes of the joint stock company „Latvijas Gāze”. The Master’s thesis consist of an introduction, three chapters and sub-chapters, conclusions and proposals. The first chapter analyzes the document management processes of the joint stock company „Latvijas Gāze” as well as gives the analysis of the results obtained in the study. In the second chapter there has been presented a technical-economical feasibility of the Project proposal with three alternative solutions to the problem and then the financially advantageous is selected. The third chapter the manual of the Project implementation is elaborated. In the end the main conclusins and recommendations are presented. Women’s opinion about manual lymphatic drainage massage

Pētījuma mērķis – Noskaidrot sieviešu viedokli par manuālās limfodrenāžas masāžu. Pētījuma hipotēze – Sieviešu viedoklis par manuālās limfodrenāžas masāžu atbilst zinātniski pamatotiem atzinumiem. Manuālās limfodrenāžas metodes ir unikālas manuālās terapijas procedūras, kuras ārstniecības personas, kā arī citi veselības speciālisti var iekļaut rehabilitācijas procesā somatisko disfunkciju un patoloģiju ārstēšanai (Chikly, 2005). Limfodrenāžas masāžas ir viegla, ādu izstiepjoša masāža, kas palīdz veicināt limfas šķidruma pārvietošanos, tā tiek veikta pa limfas attekas ceļiem. Tās rezultātā tiek uzlabota limfas cirkulācija organismā. Pētījumā Godoy klīnikā Brazīlijā secināts, ka limfodrenāžas masāža uzlabo cilvēka pašsajūtu un vispārējo veselības stāvokli (Valente, 2012). Kvalifikācijas darbā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode. Pētījuma instruments ir autores izstrādāta aptaujas anketa. Aptaujas anketa sastāv no 21 jautājuma. Anketas jautājumi tika iedalīti četros blokos: demogrāfiskie jautājumi, vispārīgie jautājumi, jautājumi par viedokli un jautājumi par viedokli ietekmējošiem faktoriem. Autores izstrādātā pētījuma anketa tika ievietota interneta platformā Visidati.lv, un anketēšana norisinājās elektroniski. Pētījumā kopā piedalījās 116 respondenti – sievietes, kuras ir sasniegušas 18 gadu vecumu. Pētījumā iegūti dati tika apkopoti un analizēti pēc izstrādātajiem vērtēšanas kritērijiem. Pētījuma rezultāti un secinājumi: Gandrīz visi respondenti – 95% norāda, ka ikdienā saskaras ar kādu no estētiskajām vai veselības problēmām, pie kurām būtu ieteicama manuālā limfodrenāžas masāža, tādējādi apstiprinot manuālās limfodrenāžas masāžas nozīmi un aktualitāti veselības veicināšanas un slimību profilakses pasākumu īstenošanā. Apkopojot aptaujā iegūtos rezultātus, tika secināts, ka sieviešu zināšanas par manuālās limfodrenāžas masāžu ir nepietiekamas. The aim of the research - to find out the opinion of women about manual lymphatic drainage massage. Research hypothesis - Women's opinion about manual lymphatic drainage massage corresponds to scientifically based opinions. Manual lymphatic drainage techniques are unique manual therapy procedures that physicians, as well as other health professionals, can incorporate into the rehabilitation process for the treatment of somatic dysfunctions and pathologies (Chikly, 2005). Lymphatic drainage massage is a light, skin-stretching massage that helps to promote the movement of lymph fluid, it is performed along the lymphatic drainage pathways. As a result, lymph circulation in the body is improved. A study at the Godoy Clinic in Brazil concluded that lymphatic drainage massage improves a person's well-being and general health (Valente, 2012). The method of quantitative research was used in the qualification work. The research tool is a questionnaire developed by the author. The questionnaire consists of 21 questions. The questions of the questionnaire were divided into four blocks: demographic questions, general questions, questions about opinion and questions about factors influencing opinion. The research questionnaire developed by the author was placed on the Internet platform Visidati.lv, and the questionnaire was conducted electronically. A total of 116 respondents participated in the study - women who have reached the age of 18. The data obtained in the study were collected and analyzed according to the developed evaluation criteria. Research results and conclusions: Almost all respondents - 95% indicate that they face some aesthetic or health problems on a daily basis, for which manual lymphatic drainage massage would be recommended, thus confirming the importance and topic of manual lymphatic drainage massage in the implementation of health promotion and disease prevention measures. Summarizing the results obtained in the survey, it was concluded that women's knowledge about manual lymphatic drainage massage is insufficient. Hypothesis put forward in the qualification work - Women's opinion on manual lymphatic drainage massage corresponds to scientifically based opinions, is not confirmed
