    Analisis Paparan Radiasi Lingkungan Ruang Radiologi Di Rumah Sakit Dengan Program Delphi

    Telah dibuat dan diuji suatu program perhitungan Borland Delphi 7 untuk menganalisis paparan radiasi lingkungan dan penahan radiasi. Program ini dibuat berdasarkan kebutuhan rumah sakit untuk mengetahui paparan radiasi lingkungan yang ada pada sekitar ruang roentgen dengan menghitung laju paparan dan penahan radiasi struktural. Untuk itu, hasil perhitungan menggunakan program ini dapat disimpan ke database dan ditampilkan menggunakan report sebagai dokumen untuk rumah sakit ataupun pihak yang berkaitan. Program yang dibuat telah diuji menggunakan data penelitian yang ada pada Ruang Radiografi Rumah Sakit X1dan Ruang Radiografi Rumah Sakit X2. Hasil perhitungan paparan radiasi lingkungan diperoleh nilai yang jauh dibawah dari 1 mSv/tahun sebagai standar NBD yang ditetapkan. Hasil perhitungan penahan radiasi struktural juga dinyatakan tidak memerlukan material tambahan karena penahan radiasi yang sudah ada terpasang telah melebihi dari hasil perhitungan.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memodelkan pengaruh persepsi akan toko ritelmodern pada pengalaman berbelanja di toko ritel modern yang sama dalam keputusanpembelian kebutuhan sehari-hari. Data penelitian merupakan data primer, dengankuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Kuesioner disebarkan ke konsumen toko ritelmodern di Jabodetabek.     The study aimed to determine the reproductive ability of fruit flies B. carambolae treated with B. bassiana and Lufenuron. This study is conducted at the Laboratory of Pest. Department of Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Brawijaya, Malang. This study used a completely randomized design with nine treatment and three replications. The study was trying to evaluate the effect of B. bassiana and Lufenuron on the reproduction capacity of B. carambolae. Results showed that adults of B. carambolae to applied combination of B. bassiana and Lufenuron immediately after coming out of the pupae until day eighth have the average number of eggs laid is 7.69%, a decrease of fecundity 92.40%, egg fertility by 61.38% and 95.24% decrease of reproduction. Adults of B. carambolae applied of B. bassiana and Lufenuron on day eighth until day sixteenth (for 8 days), show a decrease in the number of eggs laid by 13.63%, the decrease of fecundity 88.50%, egg fertility by 50.16% and decrease of reproduction by 93.12%

    Pengaruh PGPR Terhadap Penekanan Populasi Nematoda Puru Akar (Meloidogyne Incognita (Kofoid and White) Chitwood) Pada Tanaman Kenaf (Hibiscus Cannabinus L.)

    Tanaman kenaf yang terinfeksi nematoda Meloidogyne incognita dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman dan produksi serat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) dalam menekan populasi nematoda M. incognita pada tanaman kenaf di rumah kaca. Penelitian dirancang dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor, faktor pertama adalah cara aplikasi PGPR yang terdiri atas 2 cara yaitu suspensi PGPR diberikan sebelum tanam dengan merendam benih selama 5 jam (C1), benih ditanam langsung dalam pot tanpa direndam dalam PGPR (C2), dan suspensi PGPR diberikan pada 15 hari setelah tanam (HST) dan 25 HST. Faktor kedua adalah jenis PGPR yang digunakan yaitu Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus subtilis, Azotobacter sp., P. fluorescens + B. subtilis, P. fluorescens + Azotobacter sp., B. subtilis + Azotobacter sp., dan P. fluorescens + B. subtilis + Azotobacter sp., serta kontrol (tanpa PGPR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perendaman benih dengan kombinasi tiga bakteri memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap populasi juvenil nematoda dalam tanah, sedangkan perlakuan tanpa perendaman tidak memberikan pengaruh. Populasi juvenil nematoda di dalam akar yang diberi PGPR baik tunggal maupun kombinasi melalui perendaman benih atau tanpa perendaman benih tidak berpengaruh, kecuali pada kombinasi P. fluorescens dan B. subtilis yang diberikan melalui perendaman benih mampu menekan populasi juvenil nematoda di akar 43,28% bila dibandingkan tanpa perendaman benih. Pemberian rizobakteri P. fluorescens menurunkan jumlah telur nematoda terbanyak (86,39%) dan menekan intensitas penyakit sebesar 71,95% bila dibandingkan kontrol.Infection of Meloidogyne incognita on kenaf could affect its growth and the production of fiber. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of PGPR on the reduction of nematode M. incognita population on kenaf in the greenhouse. The factorial experiment was laid on randomized block design. The study consisted of two factors with three replicates . The first factor was method of PGPR application, ie: PGPR suspension was given before planting (kenaf seeds was soaked for 5 hours) (C1) and the seeds directly planted without submerged (C2), PGPR suspension was given at 15 days after planting (DAP) and 25 dap. The second factor was type of bacteria (Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus subtilis, Azotobacter sp., P. fluorescens + B. subtilis, P. fluorescens + Azotobacter sp., B. subtilis + Azotobacter sp., and P. fluorescens + B. subtilis + Azotobacter sp.) and control. The results showed that submerged seed with the three bacterial rhizobacteria significant compared to the control treatment and single treatment and two combination rhizobacteria, while without submerged seed with single or combination rhizobacteria not significant on the population of juvenile nematodes in the soil. Combination of P. fluorescens and B. subtiliswith submerged seed capable of suppressing the population of juvenile nematodes in the roots of 43.28% when compared with or without submerged seed. Population of juvenile nematodes in the roots by submerged seed and without submerged seed either single or combination rhizobacteria do not affect each other. P. fluorescens suppress nematode eggs are highest 86.39% and disease intensity by 71,95% where compared to control

This study was a qualitative design research. The data obtained in this study was collected from Mathematic assignment exercise sheets. The source of the data was obtained from think alouds, transcribed interview, and video during assignment completion and interview. The data obtained, then, were analyzed using interactive qualitative analysis technique. The result of this study was examined and described qualitatively. In accordance with the theoretical framework established, the results of this study are described in three groups classification which possess different characteristics such as internal structurization, connective external structurization, and extension external structurization

    CRYSTAL STRUCTURE TRANSFORMATION OF Ba-Sr HEXAFERRITE AND ITS EFFECT ON PARTICLE ORIENTATION IN RECYCLE PROCESS. In general, during its fabrication, 2-5%of total products of Ba-Sr hexaferrite permanent magnet will be rejected.Accordingly, an increase in rejected product of permanent magnet needs to be considered. It is expected that the re-utilization of rejected product can increase the production efficiency in order to achieve zero waste-production. In the present work, the recycling process of Ba-Sr hexaferrite permanent magnet was studied by applying 1 T magnetic field (anisotropic) to align the powder. The rejected products were milled using shaker mill PPF-UG for 10-40 min and then sintered at 1200 ºC for 60 min. The results show that the remanence of original powder was increased by 50% after the particle orientation. However, the recycled sample doesn't show a significant different. SEM and XRD analysis show the crystalline structure transformation from symmetrical hexagonal to asymmetrical hexagonal structure with crystalline growth in a-b axis direction. This transformation leads to lost in its magneto crystalline anisotropy. Therefore, it was difficult to align the particle

    Evaporation/decomposition behavior of 1-Butyl-3-Methylimidazolium Chloride (BMImCL) investigated through effusion and thermal analysis techniques

    The evaporation/decomposition behavior of the ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (BMImCl) was studied with various techniques, such as thermogravimetry (TG), Knudsen effusion mass loss (KEML), and Knudsen effusion mass spectrometry (KEMS), in order to investigate the competition between the simple evaporation of the liquid as gaseous ion pairs (NIP: neutral ion pair) and the thermal decomposition releasing volatile species. TG/DSC experiments were carried out from 293 to 823 K under both He and N2 flowing atmospheres on BMImCl as well as on BMImNTf2 (NTf2: bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide). Both ionic liquids were found undergoing a single step of mass loss in the temperature range investigated. However, while the BMImNTf2 mass loss was found to occur in different temperature ranges, depending on the inert gas used, the TG curves of BMImCl under helium and nitrogen flow were practically superimposable, thus suggesting the occurrence of thermal decomposition. Furthermore, KEML experiments on BMImCl (in the range between 398 and 481 K) indicated a clear dependence of the unit area mass loss rate on the effusion hole diameter, an effect not observed for the ILs with NTf2 anion. Finally, KEMS measurements in the 416–474 K range allowed us to identify the most abundant species in the vapor phase, which resulted in methyl chloride, butylimidazole, butyl chloride, and methylimidazole, which most probably formed from the decomposition of the liquid
