System of monitoring of preparation of specialists
Development of the system of monitoring of preparation of specialists with every year becomes more actual. It is called to provide the organs of management objective and reliable information, conduct its analysis, promote quality of the accepted administrative decisions. Actual aims and tasks of the system of monitoring of the up-diffused Institute of higher, measures, providing monitoring at the level of planning of educational process, are to that end formulatedΠ Π°Π·ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΠΊΠ° ΡΠΈΡΡΠ΅ΠΌΡ ΠΌΠΎΠ½ΠΈΡΠΎΡΠΈΠ½Π³Π° ΠΏΠΎΠ΄Π³ΠΎΡΠΎΠ²ΠΊΠΈ ΡΠΏΠ΅ΡΠΈΠ°Π»ΠΈΡΡΠΎΠ² Ρ ΠΊΠ°ΠΆΠ΄ΡΠΌ Π³ΠΎΠ΄ΠΎΠΌ ΡΡΠ°Π½ΠΎΠ²ΠΈΡΡΡ Π²ΡΠ΅ Π±ΠΎΠ»Π΅Π΅ Π°ΠΊΡΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ. West nile fever case in neurological practice
West Nile fever is a zoonotic arbovirus mosquito- and tick-borne infection, which occurs in humans in the form of an acute febrile illness with symptoms of general intoxication, in severe cases β with the central nervous system damage. West Nile virus belongs to the Flaviviridae family. After the start of Russiansβ mass tourism to tropical and subtropical regions, number of cases of the disease in Russia has increased, especially in the south, where the virus is more viable. The infection mainly affects birds but also people and many mammals (bats, cats, dogs, skunks, squirrels, rabbits, etc.), which become infected after the bite of a mosquito of the genus Culex (Culex pipiens) carrying the disease, ixodid or argas mite. A clinical case of hemorrhagic stroke caused by West Nile fever is presented in the article

ChristianβWeber disease refers to the group of panniculitis, which present an inflammation of the subcutaneous adipose tissue with the involvement of neutrophils, white blood cells and histiocytics, which leads to fibrosis in adipose tissue and sometimes to granulomatous changes. Clinically this pathology manifests from the formation of nodes in the subcutaneous adipose tissue, which appear suddenly, sporadically in some areas or multiple, sometimes forming large aggregations (plaques) or strands, shaped like a rosary. Consistency of nodes initially soft, then compacted, can form adhesions with the skin, the skin over them is not changed initially, followed by a color change from bright pink to brown-purple. Ends the process of atrophy of the affected area, sometimes with a depression in the center. Localization sites in the body are different; they are placed often on the buttocks, arms and legs. The duration of the process of the skin varies from a few days to a few months, after involution of old nodes may appear new ones, it are the cause of increasing the duration of the disease, having a relapsing course. It can be rather difficult to do differential diagnosis, which requires a great deal of experience of experts and a team approach to the study and treatment of this pathology. To confirm the diagnosis requires a biopsy of the skin.
