    Customer loyalty is characterized by repetitive purchasing actions towards the same product and location to fulfill specific needs or desires. The success in achieving this goal is influenced by various factors, including product quality and service quality. In the effort to enhance customer loyalty, attention to issues related to product and service quality becomes essential. Therefore, this research focuses on examining the impact of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop in Abiansemal. The objectives of this study encompass two aspects: to determine the partial influence of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung, and to assess the simultaneous impact of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. The sample size of 57 respondents was determined using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis involved classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, partial significance tests (t-test), and simultaneous significance tests (F-test). The research results indicate a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Sami Petshop, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. The implications of this research extend to the field of marketing management, providing a deeper understanding of the key factors influencing customer loyalty. The insights gained can assist marketing practitioners in developing more effective strategies, optimizing customer experiences, and enhancing customer retention, ultimately contributing to the growth and sustainability of the business

    Loyalitas anggota merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan dari pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Keberhasilan mencapai tujuan tersebut di tentukan oleh berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas anggota antara lain kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan. Begitu juga pada KSP Sari Sedana Nadi Kecamatan Blahbatuh Kabupaten Gianyar, kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas anggota. Adanya perhatian dan temuan mengenai permasalahan mengenai kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan loyalitas anggota sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas anggota pada KSP Sari Sedana Nadi Kecamatan Blahbatuh Kabupaten Gianyar. Pengambilan sampel, dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 86 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, analisis statistik uji F (F-test) dan analisis statistik uji t (t-tes). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan parsial antara kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas anggota pada KSP Sari Sedana Nadi Kecamatan Blahbatuh Kabupaten Gianyar

    How Product Review, Price and Ease of Transaction Affect Online Purchase Decision: Study of Bukalapak Users in Gelgel Village, Bali

    This research is based on gaps in previous research findings (research gaps) and compares discussion priorities and purchasing decisions on product reviews, price, and transaction convenience. Furthermore, the research issue in this study is the lack of incentives acquired by customers to shop on Bukalapak e-commerce, as customers sometimes receive items that do not match their orders, deliveries do not arrive on time, as well as customers often encounter problems with shopping online on Bukalapak e-commerce. This study focused on Bukalapak e-commerce customers in Gelgel Village, Bali. The 82 respondents were obtained using a purposive random sampling method. All information obtained from the questionnaire distribution was suitable for use and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothetical tests (t-Test and f-Test). The research proved that product reviews positively and significantly affected purchasing decisions. Prices had a partially positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Also, ease of transaction positively and significantly affected purchasing decisions. Subsequently, product reviews, price and transaction ease simultaneously had positive and significant effects on the purchase decisions of Bukalapak customers of Gelgel Village, Bali. The critical analysis presented in this paper holds the potential to contribute to the academic community in the field of marketing. Specifically, it offers valuable insights for researchers exploring the utilization of online commerce, shedding light on untapped research opportunities and uncovering previously undiscovered signals. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial antara pengalaman berwirausaha dan motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha pemuda STT.     Placing customer satisfaction as the primary objective or central aim of the company both in the present and for the future holds immense importance due to its pivotal role in upholding the longevity of the offered products or services. Employing strategies that focus on the quality of service and bolstering the company's reputation are recognized as effective means to amplify customer contentment with the products or services they avail. The present study endeavors to assess the interplay and individual impacts of service quality and company image on customer satisfaction within KSP Sri Baruna Lestari located in Bangli Regency. The study population encompasses all active customers who utilized savings, deposits, and credit services at KSP Sri Baruna Lestari during the year 2021, amounting to a total of 2,385 individuals. The sample size was determined utilizing the Slovin Formula, resulting in a sample comprising 96 individuals selected through purposive random sampling. The analytical techniques employed in this research encompass classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, F-test, and t-test. The research outcomes divulge that both service quality and company image exert a concurrent and positive significant influence on customer satisfaction.     Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menitikberatkan pada penguatan produk wisata potensial yang terletak di Desa Kuning, Kabupate Bangli, Bali. Adanya obyek wisata air terjun dapat menjadi daya tarik wisatawan dan mendukung Desa Kuning sebagai desa wisata. Metode sosialisasi dipilih sebagai wujud penyampaian informasi bagi warga desa terutama kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis) yang telah terbentuk sebelumnya. Materi yang disampaikan telah disesuaikan dengan hasil observasi lapangan dan wawancara terhadap beberapa anggota masyarakat. Pokdarwis dan warga Desa Kuning hingga saat ini memiliki kendala dalam mengelola dan memasarkan Air Terjun Kuning sebagai obyek wisata. Keterbatasan pendapatan dirasa sebagai penyebabnya. Alasan lainnya masih kurangnya akomodasi wisata yang dapat menunjang kunjungan wisatawan. Berdasarkan identifikasi tersebut adapun materi sosialisasi meliputi 1) perencanaan pengelolaan Desa Kuning dan Air Terjun Kuning; 2) manajemen keuangan pariwisata Desa Kuning; 3) strategi pemasaran Desa Kuning dan Air Terjun Kuning; serta 4) pengadaan akomodasi wisata. Penguatan produk wisata yang di Desa Kuning ini dimaksudkan untuk mendorong pariwisata berkelanjutan artinya aktivitas pariwisata dapat berlangsung dalam periode yang panjang serta dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Prinsip yang ditekankan dalam mewujudkannya adalah Triple Bottom Line (TBL) dengan mengedepankan kebermanfaatan bagi sesama manusia (people), kelestarian alam daerah wisata (planet), dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat (profit)

The initiative program combines Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) and the Mars Assisted Restoration System (MARRS) to safeguard coral ecosystems. Participatory Action Research (PAR) empowers communities, aligning with the holistic principles of Tri Hita Karana. The methodology encompasses preparation, education, hands-on training, beach clean-ups, and continuous evaluation, reinforcing coral preservation while promoting sustainable practices and ecological well-being. These strategies align with the Tri Hita Karana philosophy, promoting local engagement and resource management. The donation of Reef Stars by the universities to the Bali Coastal and Marine Biodiversity Foundation reflects a commitment to environmental well-being and long-term harmony.     Mangrove Forest Preservation for Environmental Sustainability and Community Welfare Improvement in Suwung Kauh Village Denpasar : An International Community Service Program

    This community service program aims to improve the preservation of mangrove forests by replanting mangrove seedlings to replace old damaged trees and expand the mangrove ecosystems. In addition, coastal cleaning activities were also carried out to reduce plastic waste that pollutes mangrove forest areas in Suwung Kauh Village, South Denpasar. By using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach method oriented towards community empowerment, the implementation of community service was carried out by a team of the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ngurah Rai University, in collaboration with Canberra University and KUB Simbar Segara. The evaluation was carried out by the managing team through direct interaction between the interviewer and the respondent using interview and observation techniques for the achievement values of the results of the implementation of community service activities and was analyzed descriptively. The results of the service program succeeded in reducing plastic waste around the area and increasing the area of mangrove areas by planting new seedlings
