Вогнева підготовка курсантів ЗВО зі специфічними умовами навчання в умовах воєнного стану

У Національній поліції на діяльність праців­ників правоохоронних органів полягає велика від­повідальність, поліцейські мають бути максимально витриманними та обізнаними у своїй роботі, керува­тися виключно Конституцією України та українським законодавством, адже людське життя, честь та гід­ність є найбільшою цінністю у нашій державі. Для забезпечення правопорядку та захисту життя і здо­ров'я населення, правоохоронці проходять відповід­ну підготовку з вогневої, тактико-спеціальної та пси­хологічної підготовки. Знання з вогневої підготовки є дуже важливими, адже застосовуючи вогнепальну зброю, поліцейський повинен знати не тільки мате­ріальну частину зброї, техніку використання і її ма­теріальну частину, а і нормативно-правову базу, ке­руючись якою, правоохоронець може застосовувати зброю. Вогнева підготовка в поліції має підвищи­ти майстерність та міцність курсантів у стрільбі, збільшити їх уважність та пильність, підвищити рівень дисципліни. Якщо курсанти обладнані та­кими вміннями, вони зможуть впевнено викону­вати свої функції, так як зможуть вчасно реагу­вати на змінні ситуації та виконувати професійні обов'язки. Для того, щоб навчитися працювати з вогнепальною зброєю, курсанти повинні також виробляти вміння і навички виконання такти- ко-спеціальних дій, практикуючись у створенні оптимальних стрільбищах, визначенні точних дій під час перестрілок, виконанні рятувальних дій при надзвичайній ситуації та інше. Одним із найбільш важливих пріоритетів вог­невої підготовки курсантів є уміння обирати опти­мальні позиції для стрільби, аналізувати та оціню­вати місцевість, проводити стрільбу та приймати швидкі рішення. Курсанти повинні чітко розуміти, коли дозволений вогонь, які наслідки можуть виникнути та як повідомляти керівництву про ви­користання зброї. Хоча вогнева підготовка в На­ціональній поліції вимагає розгорнутого набору знань та вмінь, проте вона є надзвичайно важ­ливою, усвідомлюючи те, що кожний поліцейсь­кий ризикує своїм життям на службі задля захисту громади та її громадян. Добре підготовлений полі­цейський є ключем до успішної боротьби зі зло- чиннистю та збереження безпеки поліцейського та суспільтсва. Тож вогнева підготовка курсантів у поліції - це важливий елемент, що дозволяє га­рантувати безпеку мешканців міст та забезпечує добре опанування поліцейської вправи. Дисци­пліна з вогневої підготовки є основною в закла­дах вищої освіти зі специфічними умовами нав­чання. The Josephson heat interferometer

The Josephson effect represents perhaps the prototype of macroscopic phase coherence and is at the basis of the most widespread interferometer, i.e., the superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID). Yet, in analogy to electric interference, Maki and Griffin predicted in 1965 that thermal current flowing through a temperature-biased Josephson tunnel junction is a stationary periodic function of the quantum phase difference between the superconductors. The interplay between quasiparticles and Cooper pairs condensate is at the origin of such phase-dependent heat current, and is unique to Josephson junctions. In this scenario, a temperature-biased SQUID would allow heat currents to interfere thus implementing the thermal version of the electric Josephson interferometer. The dissipative character of heat flux makes this coherent phenomenon not less extraordinary than its electric (non-dissipative) counterpart. Albeit weird, this striking effect has never been demonstrated so far. Here we report the first experimental realization of a heat interferometer. We investigate heat exchange between two normal metal electrodes kept at different temperatures and tunnel-coupled to each other through a thermal `modulator' in the form of a DC-SQUID. Heat transport in the system is found to be phase dependent, in agreement with the original prediction. With our design the Josephson heat interferometer yields magnetic-flux-dependent temperature oscillations of amplitude up to ~21 mK, and provides a flux-to-temperature transfer coefficient exceeding ~ 60mK/Phi_0 at 235 mK [Phi_0 2* 10^(-15) Wb is the flux quantum]. Besides offering remarkable insight into thermal transport in Josephson junctions, our results represent a significant step toward phase-coherent mastering of heat in solid-state nanocircuits, and pave the way to the design of novel-concept coherent caloritronic devices.Comment: 4+ pages, 3 color figure

Data on granulometric composition of calcium phosphate obtained by dispersion method

The kinetics of calcium phosphate crystallization from model solutions of saliva and liquid phase of dental plaque has been studied by the dispersion method. It was found that the composition of the saliva model system is favorable for the growth of larger crystals. The size of the particles in crystallization varies nonlinearly. As supersaturation grows, the amount of formed particles increases, however, the average rate of crystallite growth decreases

The efficiency of the russian economy and multidimensional modeling

© Medwell Journals, 2016.The study presents the methods and results of a multidimensional assessment of the efficiency of the Russian economy which is based on the interrelationship between the crucial socio-demographic, market and financial-investment proportions of the economy. The researcher construes the efficiency of a macroeconomic system as a state of being close to the "ideal" functioning of the macro-system, attaining strategic objectives and long-run development priorities for the innovative modernization and social capital of the economy, the availability of efficient mechanisms for competition, sustained minimization of corruption and formation of efficient market establishments. The results obtained enabled the researcher to come up with a set of activities aimed at bringing the level of socio-economic efficiency of the Russian economy in line with that of the developed countries of the world
