The results of the correction show considerable improvement in the conversion ratio. Although more recent cross-section data make these corrected results somewhat optimistic, the indication is that breeding on the thorium cycle may be possible with the CANDU-type reactor design.Work performed under Contract with the New York Operations Office, U.S. Atomic Energy Commission AT(30-1)-207
