    Pelaksanaan Program Supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap Guru-guru di SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas

    The title of this research is Implementation of headmasters supervision program to the teachers on SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas. The research is to describe implementation headmasters supervision program to the teachers on SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas. The method that is used is descriptive method with survey research. From the research result on SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat, the implementation of headmasters supervision program to the teachers can be known as 7 respondens (39%) are always to develop the lesson plan (RPP) in improving teaching and learning process. 8 respondens (44%) are always began the teaching taht use of lesson plan 6 respondens (33%) are always use teaching and learning method when teaching and learning process. 9 respondens (50%) are seldom to master of the rubric sytem of teaching and learning result to the students. 5 respondens (28%) are seldom who are evaluated when teaching and learning is conducted in the class. Absrak: Judul penelitian ini adalah Pelaksanaan Program Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Guru- Guru Di SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap guru- guru di SMA Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survey. Dari hasil penelitian, pelaksanaan program supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap guru- guru dapat diketahui sebanyak 7 responden (39 %) yang selalu mengembangkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dalam meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar. Sebanyak 8 responden (44 %) yang selalu mulai mengajar menggunakan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Sebanyak 6 responden (33 %) selalu menggunakan metode pembelajaran saat proses belajar mengajar,. Sebanyak 9 responden (50 %) selalu menguasai model- model pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Sebanyak 9 responden (50 %) kadang- kadang menguasai sistem penilaian hasil belajar mengajar terhadap siswa. Sebanyak 5 responden (28 %) kadang- kadang di evaluasi saat kegiatan belajar mengajar di dalam kelas

    This study aims to determine the marketing crafts organic and inorganic waste at the business unit SMKN 8 Pontianak. Form of research is a case study. Informant\u27s business unit managers and 5 students who are members of the business unit SMKN 8 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with the aim to describe objectively about the marketing of handicrafts. Data collection tool is a list of checks and interview guides. Processing data using analysis. The study states that the business unit has been doing 4 marketing mix of product, price, promotion, and distribution. The resulting product is of interest, towels, bags, pots, pencil, and others. Price starts from Rp 2.000 – Rp 250.000, which is considered in determining the price is the level of dificulty, while making, and creativity. Promotions are made in marketing handicraft products is by the spread of cards, participate in the exhibition and promotion through facebook.     Factors Influencing the Utilization of School Libraries As High School Student Affairs Infrastructure 7 Pontianak. This study aims to determine the factors that affect students in the use of the school library as a learning tool. The method used is descriptive research survey form. Sample of 207 people consisting of class XI and XII of the school year 2012/2013. Results of data analysis showed that the factor 1 (component) or factor 2 had a correlation of 0.750, which means strong enough for 0,750> 0.5. Thus factor 1 and factor 2 can be said to be appropriate to summarize all 6 independent variables. Factor 1 consists of independent variables: a. Information technology (cafe), b. Students' interest, c. Library collections and Factor 2 consisted of the independent variable: a. Services, b. Library, c. Free time at school. Thus, the factors that form can be described as follows: (a) Factor 1 is referred to as cause direct utilization and (b) Factor 1 is referred to as indirect because utilization

    This research to aim how does the level of income and motivation of parents of students' outcome study. While this study includes variables such as the independent variable parental income levels and motivation of parents and the dependent variable in the form of student outcome study. The method used in this study is a quantitative method to form a correlational research study. Data collection techniques used are techniques questionnaires, interviews and literature study with research tools such as sheet questionnaires, interview guides and supporting documents. Sources of data in this study are the parents and students of SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Hulu. Data processing technique used is the technique t test and F test. Analysis of the results of statistical calculations show that the effect of income level of parents of students' motivation was not significant as evidenced by the tvalue < ttable (-1,730 < 1,664). The influence of parental income on the outcome study of students classified was not significant evidenced by the value of tcount < ttable (1.205< 1,664) . The influence of two independent variables on students' outcome study was not significant as evidenced by the value of Fcount < Ftable (2.070 < 4,977)

    : "This study intend to dig up information about correlation between student learning behavior in the learning economy with learning outcomes at grade 10 SMAS taman Mulia at Kubu raya district. Population in this research aggregate 105 student with samples a total of 30 student were determined by random sampling technique. Collecting data using the technique of direct communication, indirect communication techniques and techniques of documentary studies with data collection tools such as observation sheets, interview, questionnaire and learning outcomes that come from school. Based on the analysis of product moment correlation, obtained, rhitungan < rtabel 0,138 dan rtabel < 0,361, pada db N = 30. Apparently the price r xy = 0.138 r smaller than the table ,This means giving the consequences of rejecting Ha , which reads : " There is a positive and significant relationship between behavioral study with the results of student learning in the learning economy in SMAs Taman Mulia Kubu Raya " and accept Ho , which reads : " There is a positive and significant relationship behavior learning with student learning outcomes in the learning economy in SMAs Taman Mulia Kubu Raya

    This thesis entitled Effects of Teacher Performance Against Student Results Class X Social Subjects In Economics In Exp Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya district . The problem of this study were ( 1 ) How is the performance of class X social economics teacher in high school Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya district ? ( 2 ) How do the results of class X social learning semester 2013/2014 on economic subjects in high school Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya district ? ( 3 ) How much influence teacher performance to student learning results of class X social on economic subjects in high school Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya District ?. The method used is descriptive method in the form of relations association studies ( Interrelationship Studies) . The sample was Kemala Bhayangkari high school students was 131 students . The results showed that there are significant between the independent variable ( X ) on the dependent variable ( Y ) which is shown in the equation Y = 67.975 + 0.40 , and test a hypothesis test tcount > ttable 16 048 > 1.984 . The magnitude of the effect of the coefficient of determination of test results with SPSS 16 is 36 % while the rest is influenced by other factors

    This research aims to determine the implementation of policy implementation in the village chief financial administration Empunak Tapang Village in the Village District Keladan Ketungau Hulu Sintang through activities that include: Budgeting Planning Phase, Implementation Phase APBDes, Phase APBDes Reporting and Accountability Phase APBDes seen from General principles of Rural Financial Management (Transparent Principles, Accountable Principles and Participatory Principles). The research method used is Qualitative. The results showed that the APBDes Management Planning Budgeting yet involve the community through village meeting to determine the work program will be conducted from APBDes funds. Implementation on existing village infrastructure development, the results are not satisfactory.
