Wird die medizinische Situation am Beispiel der Verwen­dung von Medikamenten, dem symbolträchtigsten ärztlichen Mittel, un­ter dem Aspekt der Übertragung und dem der Konzepte von enactment und Handlungsdialog beschrieben. \ud Ziel ist eine erweiterte Vorstellung von therapeutischen Prozessen wie bei der Verwendung von Medikamenten, eine Klärung des Verhältnisses von Psychoanalyse und Medizin und ein vertieftes Verständnis für die spezifische Funktion der Psychoanalyse im aktuellen Kontext gesellschaft­licher, im speziellen gesundheitspolitischer Vorgänge. \ud \ud Summary \ud \ud The concept of transference, the central theory of psychoanalysis, is pre­sented in relation to the medical situation from which it is derived. The purpose is a broadened view of therapeutic processes as the pre­scription of drugs, the clarifying of the relation of medicine and psycho­analysis and a deepened understanding of the specific function of psycho­analysis in the actual context of social and political processes, especially regarding the health care system
