    The new systems of the analysis of chromosomes on the high level of resolution in the cases, excluding the reception of the analogous results by other methods, have been developed. The base for mapping the genomes of the mink and fox has been created. The comparative analysis of the carnivorous animals and the man's chromosomes has been performed. The presence of the differences in the tempoes of the chromosome transformations of the mammals has been shown. The new method of receiving the region-specific DNA-microlibraries has been developed. The DNA-microlibraries, the part of which has been used for the analysis of the chromosome anomalies of the man, have been obtained. The developed methods and DNA-microlibraries are being used in the cytogenetic diagnostics of the chromosome pathologies of the man, in the analysis of the chromosome aberrations in the malignizied cells, at the comparative analysis of the chromosomes of the mammals can be recommended for the introduction in the work of the diagnostic laboratories of medical establishments.Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio

    THE CONTROL OF DEGRADATION OF THE JUVENILE HORMONE OF THE IMAGO DROSOPHILA VIRILIS. GENETICO-BIOCHECMICAL ASPECTS

    For the first time, the analysis of the genetic control of the activity of the juvenile hormone-esterases of the imago D. virilis has been performed under the normal conditions. It has been established, that the activity in the norm of the D. virilis is being controlled with the autosome locus. For the first time, the reaction of the system of degradation of the juvenile hormone in response to a stressing effect of the imago D. virilis line, differing in reaction of the larvas to this effect in contrast, has been investigated. The analysis of the genetic control of the response of the system of degradation of the D. virilis imago juvenile hormone to the stressing effect has been performed. It has been revealed, that the sign is being controlled with one locus (or with the unit of the closely coupled genes). For the first time, the group of coupling has been determined for the locus, controlling the response DPP-sensible JH-esterase of the pubertal females D. virilis to the stressing effect. It has been shown, that the present locus is in the sixth chromosome.     THE PRINCIPLES OF ORGANISATION AND FUNCTIONING OF THE POLYGENE SYSTEM ACHAETE-SCUTE OF THE DROSOPHILA MELANOGASTER

    The purpose of the work: the description of the polygene system achaete-acute as the model system of determination of the quantitative sign. For the first time, the elements, invariant to the factors, modifying the phenotype, have been revealed in the structure of maps of the phenotypic appearances of the mutations. Its consequence has been interpretated as the genetic map of the oligogene scute. The correlation between the character of the total distribution of six mobile elements and the level of the penetrance in the isogenous lines of the mutants has been revealed. For the first time, the two groups of polygenes with the antagonistic character of influence on the sign have been mapped. The fact of activization of the mobile elements has been detected in the process of the isogenizing crossings.
