The article concerns with the case dermatitis of hands. It analyses the modern classifications of hand dermatitis, epidemiological aspects, initiating agents, clinical treatment and therapeutical principals. The special focus is put on microbal eczemas and chronical allergodermathosis of hands. Among the pathogenetical factors of development and maintaining of dermatological inflammation the problem of microbacterial infection of skin is emphasized. The effectiveness and safety of external therapy of patients with microbal and chronical hand eczemas is proven and established while using the multicomponental medication Triderm.Статья посвящена проблеме экзематозных поражений кожи кистей рук. Подробно разобраны современные классификации экземы кистей рук, эпидемиологические аспекты, провоцирующие факторы, клиника и принципы терапии. Особое внимание в статье уделено микробным экземам и хроническим аллергодерматозам кистей рук. Skin xerosis: Symptom, syndrome or disease?

Dry skin is a very common problem in certain life periods of every person. This condition may be both transient and permanent, generalized and local. Trigger of xerosis is negative influence of meteorological factors, household chemicals, water, medicines, cosmetic procedures, etc. Skin xerosis occurring after exposure to irritants may be considered as symptomatic. Background factors affecting skin hydration include genetic determinants and age. Hereditary xerosis underlies the development of various dermatoses and, above all, atopic dermatitis. Skin xerosis is an important syndrome in this case predisposing to severe course of disease. The most severe manifestation of hereditary xerosis is ichthyosis. Natural factors and mechanisms of protection of the stratum corneum from dehydration are under special attention in the article: water-lipid mantle; filaggrin, natural humectants (components of the natural moisturizing factor, glycerin, and hyaluronic acid), epidermal lipids, etc. It is advisable to use modern moisturizers consisting of physiological lipids and natural humectants for the treatment of skin xerosis of any genesis. Acne in children

This article focuses on the problem of acne in children. It is wrong to think that children have only acne vulgaris. Acne can occur in children at different ages, from birth. The activity of sebaceous glands and associated inflammatory reactions are largely defined by patient's age and hormonal alterations in the body, typical for this period. Various forms of acne in children have their own clinical features, differ significantly in prognosis and treatment. In some cases of acne in children, additional examination may be required to eliminate comorbidities. The study of patterns and characteristics of sebaceous glands inflammatory diseases course in different age periods of children and adolescents is an important issue, that will help early diagnostics, detection of comorbidity and the successful treatment of patients with these dermatoses. © 2019, Pediatria Ltd. Overcoming antibiotic resistance in treatment of pyoderma

The paper focuses on etiopathogenetic features of pyoderma course in children. The high incidence of this disease is caused by such factors as anatomical and functional features of pediatric skin, aggressive impact of the environment, and the microbial properties of Staphylococcus aureus. The clinical manifestations and treatment of staphyloderma in pediatrics are described. Special focus is placed on external therapy of pyoderma with silver-based drugs. The mechanisms of action of silver ions on a bacterial cell are presented. The anti-inflammatory and regeneration effects of silver ions are described. The follow-up of the outcomes of external therapy with 2% silver sulfathiazole in 20 patients (11 boys and 9 girls) aged 8 months to 13 years with pyoderma was performed. The high clinical effectiveness, broad range of antimicrobial activity and safety of Argosulfan cream was demonstrated. Сухость кожи, возникающая после воздействия раздражающих факторов, можно рассматривать как симптоматическую. Среди фоновых факторов, влияющих на гидратацию кожи, выделяют генетические детерминанты и возрастные особенности. Наследственно обусловленный ксероз кожи лежит в основе развития различных дерматозов и прежде всего атопического дерматита, при котором сухость кожи - важный синдром заболевания, предрасполагающий к его тяжелому течению. Наиболее тяжелым проявлением наследственного ксероза кожи является ихтиоз. В статье большое внимание уделено естественным факторам и механизмам защиты рогового слоя от дегидратации: водно-липидной мантии; филаггрину, естественным хумиктантам (компоненты натурального увлажняющего фактора, глицерин, гиалуроновая кислота), эпидермальным липидам и т.д.
