    A review on buildings energy consumption in Russia: Educational buildings

    To understand the importance of implementing energy-saving technologies in educational buildings, it is necessary to assess current energy consumption. The main goal of the article is to show the level of energy consumption of educational buildings in Russia. The main method of the study is to collect information from various sources and to analyze it in order to identify the factors that have the greatest impact on the volume of energy consumption. The collected information for Federal districts is compared with each other, and the average data for Russia is compared with figures for similar buildings in the European Union and North America. A comparison of the resulting data for the Federal districts of Russia shows that climate is one of the most important factors affecting energy consumption. As a result, according to different estimates, the total energy consumption in educational buildings is from 240 to 400 kWh/m2. It is one of the highest in comparison with developed countries of the European Union and North Americ

    The authors consider a relevant problem of preservation and improvement of the ecological situation in large and medium industrial cities. Recently the cities suffer because of the increasing pollution. While motor transport is being transferred to the electric power, expand application of renewable types of energy, the industrial enterprises present a great danger. Even though the enterprises throw out many substances to the environment, it would be wrong to estimate them only as a negative phenomenon. They work for people and for the economy of the state. Three integrated options, describing the most typical situations, in which there are production objects during functioning and development, are considered in the article. The most often found schemes of planning of the production territories, relating to industries, which are historically placed in the cities, are analysed. The mechanism of distribution of pollution in these territories is considered. The generalized measures for each option of reconstruction transformations are offered

    The paper discusses the calculation of the indicator presented in the form of the treat level, which makes it possible to predict and characterize the emerging risk situations in the workplace. The calculation of the threat level is intended for use in assessing the organization of safe working conditions in the workplace, taking into account the labor process. The presented calculation of the threat level is universal, regardless of the type of work, the number of workers and the duration of work. The use of this indicator at enterprises will improve organizational measures to ensure safe working conditions, which will contribute to improving the quality of decisions made and prompt response to ongoing processes

    Investigation of the motion processes of wastewater in sewerage of high-rise buildings

    When designing, constructing and operating sewage pipelines in high-rise buildings, issues of failure-free operation of a network arise. Investigation of the processes of wastewater moving allows identifying problem areas during operation, assessing the possibility of obstructions and breakdowns of plumbing traps on the gravity drainage sections of the pipeline. The article performs the schemes of the water outflow from the floor sewer into the riser, including the places where the riser is bent, of air delivery to the working riser under the change of the direction of drain movement with the dropout line set-up, with the installation of an automatic anti-vacuum valve, with the installation of the ventilation pipeline. Investigations of the process of sewage waste flow in a sewage riser were carried out, in order to select the appropriate structure. The authors consider structure features of some sections of sewerage in high-rise buildings. The exhaustion value in the riser is determined from the rarefactions that occur below the compressed cross-section of the riser and the loss of the air flow pressure coming from the atmosphere into the riser during the deflooding of the liquid. Preventing the formation of obstructions and breakdowns of plumbing traps is an integral part of sewage networks

    Assessment of feasibility of applying the chosen organization development strategy should be based on assessment of its effectiveness. The proposed methods for assessing the development strategy provide for defining indexes that, in accordance with set strategic goals, should take into account an entire set of target strategic indexes. The methodology consists in calculating integral indexes characterizing achievement of set strategic goals. As such indexes, which take into account key strategic parameters, estimated development indexes and assessments of the organization sustainable development potential are proposed. These indexes should be used as an indicator of the development strategy and achievement of strategic goals

    In this article reengineering of processes of classification of objects in neural intellectual information systems of city development in the conditions of multi criteria approach is considered. The universal algorithm of calculation of cumulative total opinion of experts of the city district on the basis of a median of Kemeni who allows to order in the most reliable and objective way clusters rankings in the complex multilevel structures representing objects of municipal economy is offered. For receiving reliable results of an indistinct clustering it is necessary to reproduce the specified algorithm repeatedly at a certain number of clusters for various initial indistinct splitting and to compare values of criterion function of indistinct splitting which were received, for the purpose of adoption of the final decision on a necessary indistinct clustering
