According to the laws of 39 and 2004 years about the Placement and Protection of Indonesian Labor in abroad that the protection of Indonesian labor is all efforts to protect the interests of Prospective or Indonesian Labor in ensuring the fulfillment of realizing their rights in accordance with laws and regulations, either before, during, and after they work This study used normative legal method and sociological legal or empirical research. This study aimed to obtain legal materials in answering the problems based on the fact, whether the rights of Indonesian Labor in the Timur Tengah who comes from Polewali Mandar protected or not. And what obstacles are faced in the rights protection of Indonesian labor? The conclusion of this study state the rights of Indonesian labor are not adequately protected. It is proved that there are still many rights and obligations of Prospective or Indonesian Labor who are not included in the contract of agreement so that it is not clear how the Prospective or Indonesian Labor in the field of civil is protected and can be enforced. Furthermore, there are number of constraints and problems that faced by Prospective or Indonesian Labor either in pre placement, placement, and after placement. Therefore, this study recommend to need maximizing the role of the parties in the employment field to escort and protect the interests of Prospective or Indonesian Labor. It's main to encourage Prospective or Indonesian Labor to take part in designing, making and signing the contract of agreement, as part of the rights protection of prospective or Indonesian labor in the field of civil

PERANAN BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN, PENELITIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN DAERAH DALAM PROSES PERUMUSAN KEBIJAKAN PEMBANGUNAN DI KABUPATEN MAMASA

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang peranan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, pengembangan Daerah dalam proses perumusan kebijakan teknis bidang perencanaan pembangunan daerah di Kabupaten Mamasa dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap proses perumusan kebijakan teknis tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Data hasil observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumen atau studi pustaka selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan deskriptif analisis. Hasil analisis memberikan gambaran bahwa Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah dalam proses perumusan kebijakan teknis bidang perencanaan pembangunan daerah di Kabupaten Mamasa telah melaksanakan peranannya sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya yang tergambar dalam proses Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (MUSRENBANG) yang merupakan forum konsultasi publik antar pemangku kepentingan dalam menyusun Rencana Pembangunan Tahunan Daerah dalam bentuk Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD)

EKSISTENSI KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM DAN BADAN PENGAWAS PEMILU KABUPATEN MAMASA TERHADAP PENYELENGGARAAN PEMILIHAN UMUM PRESIDEN DAN WAKIL PRESIDEN TAHUN 2019

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Eksistensi KPU dan Bawaslu Kabupaten Mamasa terhadap penyelenggaraan Pemilihan Umum Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Tahun 2019, Sumber data penelitian adalah informan yang ditentukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pola interaktif. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran, bagaimana eksistensi kedua lembaga penyelenggara Pemilu yaitu KPU dan Bawaslu, dimana terdapatnya beberapa perbedaan pendapat antara kedua lembaga penyelenggara yang menyebabkan terhambatnya proses Pemilihan Umum. Sebagai lembaga penyelenggara dibutuhkan kerjasama yang baik dalam mengawal prose Pemilihan Umum. Beberapa pelanggaran yang kerap terjadi di Pemilihan Umum membuat Bawaslu sebagai lembaga pengawas, menerima aduan-aduan pelanggaran. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa eksistensi KPU berperan sebagai lembaga yang menyelanggarakan tahapan-tahapan Pemilu sedangkan Eksistensi Bawaslu adalah sebagai lembaga yang mengawasi jalannya Pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Tahun 2019 agar tercipta Pemilihan mum yang jujur, adil, bebas dan rahasia

EVALUASI KINERJA APARAT DALAM PELAYANAN PEMBUATAN PENGANTAR E-KTP DI KELURAHAN MAMASA KECAMATAN MAMASA KABUPATEN MAMASA

This study aims to determine the performance evaluation of officers in the service of making e-KTP introductions in Mamasa Village, Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the performance of the Mamasa village apparatus was good but still needed to be improved in providing services to the community. In addition, the community expects the quality of public services to increase in the form of services that are fast, easy, fair, with legal certainty, transparent, safe, precise, free of charge, and accountable. In terms of the identity card service, the community wants a truly quality service
