Weiss oscillations in the electronic structure of modulated graphene

We present a theoretical study of the electronic structure of modulated graphene in the presence of a perpendicular magnetic field. The density of states and the bandwidth for the Dirac electrons in this system are determined. EAST: Energy Efficient Adaptive Scheme for Transmission in Wireless Sensor Networks

In this paper, we propose Energy-efficient Adaptive Scheme for Transmission (EAST) in WSNs. EAST is IEEE 802.15.4 standard compliant. In this approach, open-loop is used for temperature-aware link quality estimation and compensation. Whereas, closed-loop feedback helps to divide network into three logical regions to minimize overhead of control packets on basis of Threshold transmitter power loss (RSSIloss) for each region and current number of neighbor nodes that help to adapt transmit power according to link quality changes due to temperature variation. Simulation results show that propose scheme; EAST effectively adapts transmission power to changing link quality with less control packets overhead and energy consumption compared to classical approach with single region in which maximum transmitter power assigned to compensate temperature variation

Membangun Mail Server Lokal sebagai Media Komunikasi Antar Bagian pada Rumah Sakit Khusus Provinsi Sul-Sel

Rumah Sakit Khusus Provinsi Sul-Sel adalah adalah sebuah rumah sakit yang dulunya dikenal dengan Rumah Sakit Dadi, dimana rumah sakit tersebut dikhususkan untuk pasien penderita penyakit Dengan semakin banyaknya jenis pasien yang ditangani,berarti semakin bertambah beban kerja bagi perawat,staf,dan dokter antar bagian,dengan jarak yang berjauhan antar bagian maka akan mempersulit para staf, perawat dan dokter untuk berkomunikasi.Tujuan pembuatan sistem ini adalah untuk mempermudah para staf,perawat dan dokter untuk saling berkomunikasi antar ruangan,diantaranya pengecekan kamar inap yang kosong,data pasien, serta data-data yang lain yang diperlukan demi kelancaran sistem administrasi rumah sakit tanpa harus mengecek langsung ke bagian yang dituju. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pengiriman pesan menggunakan aplikasi mail server, yang sudah dilengkapi pendeteksian email salah dan anti virus
