Возможности лечебно-профилактической тактики при доброкачественной гиперплазии простаты у больных туберкулезом

The objective: to assess the severity of symptoms of urinary dysfunction in tuberculosis patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and determine the effectiveness of comprehensive therapeutic and preventive measures aimed at their elimination as well as the possibility of their combination with anti-tuberculosis therapy.Subjects and Methods. 447 men with various localizations of tuberculosis at the age from 20 to 96 years old were examined. The questionnaire we used included questions regarding lower urinary tract symptoms, urinary tract infection, involuntary urination, and male genital disorders. The assessment involved comprehensive clinical and laboratory evaluation, including objective examination, laboratory and echographic tests of genitourinary organs.Results. According to assessment results, among 447 male tuberculosis patients, 88 (19.7%) were diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia which indicated a large proportion of older men with various forms of tuberculosis. Analysis of the structure of tuberculosis clinical forms showed the highest frequency of benign prostatic hyperplasia in patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis (51.1%) and bone and joint tuberculosis (26.1%). Medical treatment (tamsulosin 0.4 mg once a day for 3 months) in 66 patients was highly effective – up to 80.3%.Цель: изучить выраженность симптомов нарушения мочеиспускания у больных туберкулезом с доброкачественной гиперплазией простаты (ДГП) и определить эффективность комплекса лечебно-профилактических мероприятий, направленных на их устранение, а также возможность их сочетания с противотуберкулезной терапией.Материал и методы. Обследовано 447 мужчин, больных туберкулезом различных локализаций, в возрасте от 20 до 96 лет. Использованный нами вопросник включал вопросы относительно симптомов нижних мочевых путей, инфекции мочевого тракта, недержания мочи, патологии мужской половой сферы. При обследовании применялся комплекс клинико-инструментального обследования, включающий объективный осмотр, лабораторные, эхографические исследования мочеполовых органов.Результаты исследования. Как показал анализ, среди 447 больных туберкулезом мужчин у 88 (19,7%) выявлена ДГП, что указывает на большую долю мужчин старшей возрастной группы с различными формами туберкулеза. Анализ структуры клинических форм туберкулеза показал, что наиболее часто ДГП наблюдалась у больных инфильтративным туберкулезом легких (51,1%) и костно-суставным туберкулезом (26,1%). Медикаментозное лечение (тамсулозин по 0,4 мг один раз в сутки в течение 3 мес.) у 66 больных показало высокую эффективность ‒ до 80,3%

With the commissioning of the Angren sugar plant, it is possible to produce 300,000 tons of finished products a year. The Angren Pipe Plant specializes in the production of 8,000 tons of copper per year for electrical engineering, chemical sabotage, and various sectors of the economy. Many developed countries today need to explore more comprehensive ways to create and improve free economic zones. In this way, we can help the whole world to develop equally.
