The Practice of Implementing the Educational Program βDigital Economy: Innovative Solutions for Businessβ in the Center of Business Education of Ural Federal University of A Name of the First Russian President B. N. Eltsin
The article discusses the relevance of the introduction of the principles of the digital economy in business. The fundamental potential for the development of digitalization, according to the authors, is the provision of personnel. Therefore, special attention is paid to the experience of implementing an educational project aimed at developing students β competencies in the field of digital economy for the effective and efficient use of digital technologies in order to build and sustain business development.Π Π°ΡΡΠΌΠΎΡΡΠ΅Π½Ρ Π²ΠΎΠΏΡΠΎΡΡ Π°ΠΊΡΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ Π²Π½Π΅Π΄ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΏΡΠΈΠ½ΡΠΈΠΏΠΎΠ² ΡΠΈΡΡΠΎΠ²ΠΎΠΉ ΡΠΊΠΎΠ½ΠΎΠΌΠΈΠΊΠΈ Π² Π±ΠΈΠ·Π½Π΅ΡΠ΅. THROMBOPHILIA AND FAILURES OF EXTRACORPORAL FERTILIZATION
Objective. It was study the frequency and a range of the genetic and acquired thrombophilia at patients with failures of in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Materials and methods. 115 women who had from 1 to 9 unsuccessful attempts of IVF were examined. Genetic thrombotic mutations, circulation AFA and level of a gomotsistein (an immunofermental method) were defined. Results. High frequency of the genetic forms of a thrombophilia influencing the level of an endogenous fibrinoliz (polymorphisms of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) - 66.9%, the tissue-type plasminogen activator (TPA) - 60.9%, fibrinogen - 47.8%), in combination with circulation of antiphospholipid antibodies (40.9%) is revealed. Conclusion. In the program of preparation for IVF of patients with unsuccessful attempts it is necessary to consider possible presence of the genetic and acquired thrombophilia
ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY AND ANTIPHOSPHOLIPID SYNDROME
The antiphospholipid antibodies (APA) exert multiple effects on the hemostasis system causing damage to all of its protective components including the endothelial barrier, natural anticoagulant function and endogenous fibrinolysis and activating the platelet phase of hemostasis, which is associated with numerous obstetrical complications andinfertility. The question is, what is the frequency of circulating APA in women who underwent IVF failure and whether there is a relationship between the presence of APA and poor reproduction outcome? This study aimed at elucidating the effect of the presence of APA on the outcomes of assisted reproductive technology (ART). A total of 267 women diagnosed with infertility and planning to get pregnant using the assisted reproductive technology (ART) have been examined. The results of examination demonstrated a high prevalence of circulating APA in a group of women who underwent IVF failure. High titers of APA were found in 42.1% of female patients who had undergone IVF failure. The fraction of women in whom fertility treatment using ART succeeded was 19.1%

The thrombophilia can be one of the reasons of failures of in-vitro fertilization
An improved rapid enzymatic method of RNA sequencing using chemical modification.
A version of rapid gel sequencing procedure based on the analysis of partial endonuclease hydrolizates of chemically modified 5'-32P-labelled RNA is suggested. Complete and selective modification of cytidilic residues by a methoxyamine-bisulfite mixture leads to the unfolding of the RNA secondary structure and, due to this effect, to the generation of a more uniform set of fragments after partial RNAase hydrolysis. The position of cytidines in an RNA sequence can be determined by restricting the hydrolysis of phosphodiester bonds between the modified CMP residues and their 3'-neighbours with T2 and A RNAases. The method was verified with tRNATrp (yeast) and 5S RNA (rat liver and yeast)
