    Cyber-risks in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT): towards a method for continuous assessment.

    Continuous risk monitoring is considered in the context of cybersecurity management for the Industrial Internet-of-Thing. Cyber risk management best practice is for security controls to be deployed and configured in order to bring down risk exposure to an acceptable level. However, threats and known vulnerabilities are subject to change, and estimates of risk are subject to many uncertainties, so it is important to review risk assessments and update controls when required. Risks are typically reviewed periodically (e.g. once per month), but the accelerating pace of change means that this approach is not sustainable, and there is a requirement for continuous monitoring of cybersecurity risks. The method described in this paper aims to alert security staff of significant changes or trends in estimated risk exposure to facilitate rational and timely decisions. Additionally, it helps predict the success and impact of a nascent security breach allowing better prioritisation of threats and selection of appropriate responses. The method is illustrated using a scenario based on environmental control in a data centre

    ПРОГНОСТИЧЕСКОЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ МАТРИКСНОЙ МЕТАЛЛОПРОТЕИНАЗЫ 9 ПРИ ПОЧЕЧНО-КЛЕТОЧНОМ РАКЕ

    Objective: to assess matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9)  expression in renal cell carcinoma cells and cells of intratumoral inflammatory infiltrates depending on clinical and morphological characteristics and postoperative survival.Materials and methods. We evaluated MMP-expression in 108 renal cancer tissue specimens. The intensity of immunohistochemical staining was estimated by measuring integral optical density in cytoplasm.Results. We found that the integral optical density of MMP-9 immunostaining in tumor cells and cells of intratumoral inflammatory infiltrates correlates with important prognostic factors for renal cancer, including histological type of cancer, TNM stage, tumor size, Fuhrman nuclear grade, metastasis, and 5-year postoperative survival.Conclusion. Integral optical density of MMP-9 immunostaining is an additional prognostic factor for renal cell carcinoma.Цель исследования – изучение экспрессии матриксной металлопротеиназы 9 (ММП-9) в клетках почечно-клеточного рака и клетках интратуморального воспалительного инфильтрата в зависимости от клинико-морфологических параметров и послеоперационной выживаемости пациентов.Материалы и методы. Исследованы 108 препаратов рака почки. Экспрессию ММП-9  выявляли иммуногистохимически, ее выраженность оценивали путем вычисления интегральной оптической плотности в цитоплазмах клеток.Результаты. Показано, что интегральная оптическая плотность ММП-9  в клетках  опухоли и клетках  интратуморального воспалительного инфильтрата взаимосвязана с важными прогностическими факторами рака почки: гистологическим вариантом рака, стадией заболевания по TNM,  размером опухолевого узла, градацией по Фурману, наличием метастазов и 5-летней послеоперационной выживаемостью больных.Заключение. Исследование интегральной оптической плотности ММП-9 может служить дополнительным фактором прогноза почечно-клеточного рака

    In this work displays renal intratubular neoplasia (RIN) in peritumourous zone of a renal carcinoma have been studied. The object of our work, are the operative materials of 42 patients. Middle age of patients has made 57,4 ± 1,4 year. Men was 25, women — 17. Characteristic of tubular epithelium in PZ a renal carcinoma have been studied morphofunctional by means of histological, histospectrophotometrical and immunohistochemistrical methods. It is shown, that in PZ tumors of a high degree displays, of RIN much more often, than in tumors of low degree anaplasia. In tumors of a high degree anaplasia in tubular epithelium PZ registered increasing of nucleus, ploidy and expression of AgNORs, Ki-67, p53 and bcl-2. The presence of displays RIN in tubular epithelium PZ at a renal carcinoma should be considered at surgery operations.В работе изучены проявления ренальной интратубулярной неоплазии (РИН) в перитуморозной зоне (ПЗ) рака почки. Материалом для исследования послужил операционный материал от 42 больных. Средний возраст пациентов составил 57,4 ± 1,4 года. Мужчин было 25, женщин — 17. С помощью гистологического, гистоспектрофотометрического и иммуногистохимического методов была исследована морфофункциональная характеристика эпителия канальцев в ПЗ рака почки. Показано, что в ПЗ опухолей высокой степени злокачественности проявления РИН встречались значительно чаще, чем при опухолях низких степеней анаплазии. В опухолях высокой степени анаплазии в эпителии канальцев ПЗ отмечали увеличение ядер, плоидности и экспрессии AgNORs, Ki-67, p53 и bcl-2. Наличие проявлений РИН в канальцевом эпителии ПЗ при раке почки следует учитывать при органосохраняющих операциях

    The specific features of tumor angiogenesis were studied in cancer-adjacent kidney tissues. The activity of neoangionesis in the peritumor area (PA) was shown to depend on the biological properties of a tumor and to be highest in high-grade tumors. The density of the PA microcirculatory bed correlated with the most important prognostic parameters for renal cell carcinoma and therefore it might be used as an additional prognostic factor in kidney cancer.Изучены особенности опухолевого ангиогенеза в тканях, прилежащих к раку почки. Показано, что активность неоангиогенеза в перитуморозной зоне (ПЗ) зависела от биологических свойств опухоли и была наиболее высока в опухолях высокой степени злокачественности. Плотность микроциркуляторного русла в ПЗ коррелировала с важнейшими прогностическими параметрами карциномы почки и поэтому может быть использована в качестве дополнительного фактора прогноза при раке почки
