One hundred and fifty bronchial asthma patients aged 6 to 14 yrs were complexly examined for haemodynamic parameters in correlation with the lung function and the diaphragm activity in different stages of the disease. The respiratory dysfunction based on the bronchial obstruction, irregular lung ventilation and reduction in the diaphragm functional activity was shown to be accompanied by changes in the regional and central blood circulation. A consistency of these disorders depended on the basic therapyΠ£ 150 Π±ΠΎΠ»ΡΠ½ΡΡ

Numerical experiments and field study of impact of fluid saturation of cavernous-fractured reservoirs of East Siberia to scattered waves
A multi-scale geostatistical method of evaluating the elastic properties of rock from digital core
Β© 2018 EAGE. Estimations of the elastic properties of a core sample are extremely sensitive to the quality of the CT-scan image. A coarse image resolution does not allow separating the grains and estimating their roughness. The size of images with fine resolution is either below representative volume or so representatively large that require huge computational resources for the numerical simulation of static loading tests. We present a new multi-scale numerical methodology that combines the geostatistics, computational topology and numerical upscaling. The essence of the approach is to estimate the distribution of the grain surface roughness, the distance between them and cement material by microscopic images (SEM), then to calculate the effective parameters of cement distribution for an equivalent model with flat contacts between grains. Finally, to use this effective cement to fill the interfaces between grains in a digital model built on CT images of medium resolution by computational topology
Scale dependency of pore space topology and transport properties of sandstone CT-scans
Β© 2016 SEG.Typically the resolution of micro-CT scans of the rock samples and the physical size of the studied volume are linearly connected; i.e. improvement in the resolution requires the sample size reduction. In this paper we consider four images of the Bentheimer outcrop sandstone sample acquired with different resolution to determine the effect of the image scale on the geometrical, topological, and transport properties of the digital core sample. To overcome the strict restriction on the sample size and to approach the representative volumes we suggest using statistical modelling of the images using truncated Gaussian simulation method. This approach preserves total porosity of the sample and reciprocal pore-to-core distribution, however it does not preserve advanced geometrical and topological properties of the pore space such as Minkowski functionals values and Betti numbers of the pore spaces. Nevertheless, permeability and tortuosity of the original images are well matched by synthetic images
