    Narrative Analysis of Marketing Communication Y2K Music School and Studio on Social Media

    This research was conducted to find out how the branding activity done by Y2K Music School and Studio through social media account Instagram @ y2kstudio. This research would like to examine more deeply related to marketing activity such as what applied Y2K Music School and Studio in building brand Y2K Music School and Studio as a music school through its official Instagram. There is also a method used in this research is a method of narrative analysis which is a method in the field of qualitative research. The data were collected using literature study on textbooks, online data tracking, and in-depth interviews on key informants related to the study. The results of this study states that the form of branding activities conducted by Y2K Music School and Studio through social media accounts Instagram @ y2kstudio is a marketing communication in the form of delivering information with positive ambiance related Y2K Music School and Studio and also in the form of information delivery activities related promotions which is currently running at Y2K Music School and Studio

    This study aims to (1) describe the increase in activity in the learning of students listened to the media fairy tale movies Elementary School fifth grade students Wonolelo 1 Sawangan, Magelang and (2) describe an increase listening skills with the media fairy tale movies Elementary School fifth grade students Wonolelo 1 Sawangan, Magelang.This reseach is a classroom action reseach. The subject were all students of class V, amounting to 20 students. Data obtained during the learning process in the classroom by using the medium of film. Actions carried out in two cycles . The instrument used is the student activity sheets and teacher observation , intervie, test, and documentation. The data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative is based on the reflection of each cycle the action.Results of this study indicate that (1) the medium of film can improve the learning activity of students in the fifth grade students listening to a fairy tale Wonolelo state primary Wonolelo 1, Sawangan, Magelang. (2) the medium of film can improve listening skills fairytale Elementary School fifth grade students primary Wonolelo 1, Sawangan, Magelang

    Kepuasan Konsumen pada Hypermarket Kota Tangerang Selatan

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on Carrefour consumer satisfaction. The object of analysis in this study is Carrefour Pamulang. While the units of analysis are consumers who were found shopping at the time the study was conducted. The research method uses quantitative, descriptive and survey. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression analysis with 84 samples and the sampling technique used is accidental sampling and the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula. Furthermore, the study was tested with the stages of analysis that included a descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, a validity test, a reliability test, a classic assumption test, a linear regression test and a coefficient of determination test. Hypothesis test results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.435 and determination of 18.9%, while the remaining 81.1% is explained by other variables outside this study, for example location, price, promotion, image and others. This finding proves that consumer satisfaction can be explained by service quality. The better the services provided will increase customer satisfaction, thus loyalty will be born
