    To clarify the behaviors of elements from an incineration ash to an aqueous solution, element analysis of ash particles was conducted using the Micro-PIXE analysis system in TIARA. It was found that the differences of the composition and distribution between ash particles of several 100 μm size can be detected. In addition, a difference of the sulfur content, which affects the cement solidification strongly, could be analyzed
