    Here, in this work, the peculiarities of secretion of steroid hormones have been researched in patients with gallstone disease depending on the course of the disease. It is suggested, that the lack of use of cholesterol for steroidogenesis leads to its precipitation in the composition of gallstones, increased cortisol is a limiting factor in inflammatory processes in the gall bladder. The increasing of testosterone synthesis may be considered as an antagonistic component of glucocorticoid regulation of lipid and protein metabolism

    Modeling of segmental excavator working tool for soil compaction

    The development of a methodology for physical modeling of the working process and a replaceable working tool of an excavator for soil compaction in the construction, maintenance, and repair of man-made engineering structures in confined spaces are considered in the article. This methodology is based on a rheological model of the soil compaction process containing Hooke and Newton's elements connected in parallel (the Voigt model is the method of integral analogs that have been used to obtain the main similarity criteria that adequately characterize the process of static compaction during elastoviscoplastic soil deformation). The formulas for the transition from the model parameters to the parameters of the full-scale process of soil compaction by a segmental working tool are obtained based on similarity criteria for modeling the option without changing soil properties

    In the absence of a half-bound state, a compactly supported potential of a Schr\"odinger operator on the line is determined up to a translation by the zeros and poles of the meropmorphically continued left (or right) reflection coefficient. The poles are the eigenvalues and resonances, while the zeros also are physically relevant. We prove that all compactly supported potentials (without half-bound states) that have reflection coefficients whose zeros and poles are \eps-close in some disk centered at the origin are also close (in a suitable sense). In addition, we prove stability of small perturbations of the zero potential (which has a half-bound state) from only the eigenvalues and resonances of the perturbation.Comment: 21 page

It is proved that the deviation of the voltage from the nominal values, often leads to overheating of the motor windings, which reduces the insulation life to a great extent.The task of determining the change in the acceleration time of the motor depending on the switching time of its supply voltage is set. The modeling of DC motor 2ПН132М operation in the short- run changes in starting voltage from 380 V to 220 V - which is its nominal value-is carried out. By sweep method is determined the optimum time for switching the supply voltage of the motor. Mathematical dependencies and simulation results are presented

    INFLUENCE OF THE SPATIAL ARRANGEMENT OF SEISMIC DETECTORS ON THE ACCURACY OF EARTHQUAKE HYPOCENTRE DETERMINATION

    Objectives. To determine the coordinates of the seismic focus of an earthquake with a minimum margin of error with the use of an optimal selection of seismic sensors. Method. Seismic wave velocity data, relying on the time discrepancies between the registering of seismic waves on the seismic sensor and the defined error in determining the time difference, were used to identify errors in the location of an earthquake's hypocenter depending on the respective positions of three seismic sensors. Discrepancies between data containing an error and those without it used to determine two hypocenters provide information about the hypocenter locating error. An analysis of the influence of the respective arrangements of the seismic sensors and the earthquake epicentre on the accuracy of determination of epicentre coordinates was carried out. Results. It is established that, in order to improve the accuracy of epicenter and hypocenter earthquake coordinate determination, it is preferable to use different combinations of seismic sensors. The present recommendations are based on the desire to reduce errors in determining the earthquake source coordinates. Due to earthquake epicenter distance determination errors found in different seismic sensors both with increasing and decreasing distance, the hypocenter coordinate determining error has been found to depend on the respective arrangement of seismic sensors and on the earthquake source's geographical location. In order to determine the dependence of the source coordinate determining error on the relative position of three seismic sensors, the third seismic sensor was displaced on a horizontal plane at the location centered at the coordinate of the origin. Conclusion. When selecting seismic sensors it is essential that one of them be located perpendicular to the center of the segment formed by the other two seismic sensors. The probability of a multidirectional error of measurement at the moment of arrival of seismic wave is higher the closer the seismic sensors are to one another; this is due to the fact that seismic waves pass close by the trajectory layout

    Control Strategy of socio-economic development of Krasnodar region - a system of government measures, based on the long-term priorities of the regional socio-economic policies that are in indissoluble unity, and the relationship with the national strategic priorities. However, in the Krasnodar region retained extensive, inefficient management and use of resources. In general, the existing methods and developed the governance structure of socio-economic development of Krasnodar region in many respects do not meet the changed conditions of its functioning, that it becomes an obstacle to its further successful development of more. Currently existing strategy of socio-economic development of Krasnodar region made its developers in the logic of the traditional strategic and scenario planning is not. Strategic management of socio-economic development of Krasnodar region must take into account the assessment of the degree of satisfaction of the population's needs in material goods and a variety of services compared with rational norms of consumption. Given prevailing in the society differentiation of living standards need to prioritize strategic management. Defining features of strategic management of development of the Krasnodar Territory is based on a study of it as a system and organization.     Antioxidative vs cytotoxic activities of organotin complexes bearing 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol moieties

Two series of organotin(IV) complexes with Sn–S bonds on the base of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-mercaptophenol (L1SH) of formulae Me2Sn(L1S)2 (1); Et2Sn(L1S)2 (2); Bu2Sn(L1S)2 (3); Ph2Sn(L1S)2 (4); (L1)2Sn(L1S)2 (5); Me3Sn(L1S) (6); Ph3Sn(L1S) (7) (L1 = 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl), together with the new ones [Me3SnCl(L2)] (8), [Me2SnCl2(L2)2] (9) (L2 = 2-(N-3′,5′-di-tert-butyl-4′-hydroxyphenyl)-iminomethylphenol) were used to study their antioxidant and cytotoxic activity. Novel complexes 8, 9 of MenSnCl4 − n (n = 3, 2) with Schiff base were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The crystal structures of compounds 8 and 9 were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The distorted tetrahedral geometry around the Sn center in the monocrystals of 8 was revealed, the Schiff base is coordinated to the tin(IV) atom by electrostatic interaction and formation of short contact Sn–O 2.805 Å. In the case of complex 9 the distorted octahedron coordination of Sn atom is formed. The antioxidant activity of compounds as radical scavengers and reducing agents was proved spectrophotometrically in tests with stable radical DPPH, reduction of Cu2+ (CUPRAC method) and interaction with superoxide radical-anion. Moreover, compounds have been screened for in vitro cytotoxicity on eight human cancer cell lines. A high activity against all cell lines with IC50 values 60–160 nM was determined for the triphenyltin complex 7, while the introduction of Schiff base decreased the cytotoxicity of the complexes. The influence on mitochondrial potential and mitochondrial permeability for the compounds 8 and 9 has been studied. It is shown that studied complexes depolarize the mitochondria but don't influence the calcium-induced mitochondrial permeability transition

    Patients who practice Islam often refuse the proposed type of treatment for malignant neoplasms, citing religious reasons. Most fear that complete or partial non-retention of urine, the presence of a urostoma (ileal conduit) will violate their ritual purity and, as a result, their religious duties. The consequence of such refusal of treatment may be a lower quality of life, compared with patients of other faiths. Unfortunately, a low awareness of religious responsibilities among surgeons performing pelvic exentesis, cystectomy, prostatectomy, may prevent a full-fledged discussion of these issues before surgery. The presented review of the literature examined studies, legal aspects, and religious arguments that assist doctors in choosing treatment tactics for patients.Пациенты, исповедующие ислам, зачастую отказываются от предложенного вида лечения по поводу злокачественного новообразования, ссылаясь на религиозные причины. Большинство опасаются, что полное или частичное недержание мочи, наличие уростомы (подвздошного кондуита) нарушат их ритуальную чистоту и, как следствие, их религиозные обязанности. Следствием такого отказа от лечения может явиться более низкое качество жизни по сравнению с пациентами других конфессий. К сожалению, низкая осведомленность о религиозных обязанностях среди хирургов, выполняющих экзентерации таза, цистэктомии, простатэктомии, может препятствовать полноценному обсуждению этих вопросов до операции. В представленном обзоре рассмотрены исследования, правовые аспекты, религиозные доводы, помогающие врачам в выборе тактики лечения пациентов
