© Medwell Journals, 2016.According to ISO 50001 standard, the efficiency of the energy management system functioning is estimated through the system of energy efficiency indicators. As a rule, these indicators reflect the efficiency of management of different kinds of resources inside the enterprise. On the basis of their calculation, the following conclusions can be made: how well the enterprise has governed the energy resources in the current year in comparison with the previous one, how efficiently the energy saving activities have been held and so on. Is it possible to estimate the influence of the consumers of the output with the help of these indexes? apparently, no. However, that is consumers who form the demand for the enterprise output and determine the financial result of its activity. So, the energy management allows to solve only the local management tasks that determine its low priority in the system of strategic aims and goals of an enterprise. The researchers has made an attempt to form a new approach to design a system of energy management and estimate its efficiency, under which the energy efficiency of an enterprise and the consumers preferences for the energy efficiency of the output can be analysed through the system of indicators of energy efficiency of the energy management system. From the researchers point of view, this approach can be utilized in different enterprises, producing energy-consuming items

Introduction of Energy management International Standard ISO 50001 into activity of national enterprises is limited by the number of factors; the key one among them is absence of appropriate methodological support. In the process of this study it was established that this problem exists in world practice too. Foreign scientists propose author methods which allow to solve separate issues connected with realization of standard in practical activity of enterprises. We also developed the method of energy-economic analysis of enterprise activity which can be used in analysis within framework of energy management system. © IDOSI Publications, 2013

© 2016 Portland International Conference on Management of Engineering and Technology, Inc.The energy management system, that is used in enterprises of different countries of the world, is directed to solve such tasks as to increase the energy efficiency of output and production processes, to economize energy resources in general economic activities of an enterprise. As it was stated in the process of studying of a wide range of international publications, the majority of these tasks relate to the level of operative tasks of an enterprise. However, the solution of strategic tasks in the energy management system is often limited by the development of perspective energy saving plans, which in their turn are partly or even not connected with the plans of strategic development of an enterprise. In the current research we offer the mechanism of formation of connection between the activity planning in energy management system and the strategic development of an enterprise. Such methods as Voice of Customer and House of Quality are offered to realize this mechanism. It should be noted that the given mechanism can be used most efficiently in the enterprises which seek the mutual increase of energy efficiency of the production and the energy efficiency of the final output. The mechanism that is suggested in the given research will promote the integration of aims and goals of the energy management system into the system of strategic management of an enterprise activity. The novelty of this approach lies, firstly, in the identification of a possibility to apply the instruments of the theory of productive quality (Voice of Customer and House of Quality) to solve a range of tasks that are not typical for these instruments, secondly, in the application of strategy-oriented approach to solve the tasks concerning the management of energy resources of an enterprise

© 2018, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. A description of the monomial automorphisms group of an arbitrary linear cyclic code in term of polynomials is presented. This allows us to reduce a task of code’s monomial automorphisms calculation to a task of solving some system of equations (in general, nonlinear) over a finite field. The results are illustrated with examples of calculating the full monomial automorphisms groups for two codes

Increasing interest to cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) and searching for restoration of pollen fertility (Rf) genes in potato is determined by a new way in the modern breeding of this important crop, the development of heterotic hybrids obtained after crosses of inbred diploid lines. The paper reviews the main results of studies on CMS-Rf genetic systems in different species of cultivated plants, the modern methods and approaches of investigating molecular mechanisms of CMS and pollen fertility restoration, and also the available literature data on the status of these studies in potato. The nature of chimeric mitochondrial genes accounting for cytoplasmic male sterility is considered; the peculiarities of the structure and functions of restoration of pollen fertility genes are discussed; examples of CMS-Rf genetic systems in cultivated plant species including representatives of the family Solanaceae are presented. The main results of research on molecular mechanisms of CMS and fertility restoration obtained in the post-genomic era for various plant species using methods of transcriptomic and proteomic analyses are provided. As in many plant species, cytoplasmic male sterility in potato is of hybrid origin. The results of investigating genetic control of male sterility in potato are presented that have been carried out using conventional approaches (hybridological analysis) and led to the formation of the concept of genic cytoplasmic male sterility in some species of section Petota of the genus Solanum. The characteristics of potato cytoplasms types which are associated with male sterility are given. According to classification of Hosaka, Sanetomo (2012), these types include: T/beta, W/gamma and D, each distinguished by the phenotypic appearance of male sterility traits and also by the frequency of occurrence in the breeding varieties gene pool and in various potato species. The results of studies on developing DNA markers for identification of various potato cytoplasm types are presented

Interaction of adrenergic and purinergic receptors in the regulation of rat myocardial contractility in postnatal ontogeny

β-Adrenergic receptor agonist isoproterenol and purinergic receptor agonist 2-methylthio-ATP have a positive effect on the myocardial contractile force and show different efficiencies depending on the age of animals. The maximum inotropic effect of agonists on the ventricular myocardial contractility was observed in 21-day-old rat pups. The study of a combined effect of isoproterenol and 2-methylthio-ATP showed that an increase in the sympathetic regulatory effects on the heart of 21-day-old animals, against the background of a high functional activity of β-adrenergic receptors and P2X receptors of the heart, a combined administration of the agonists led to a mutually complementing effect of an increase in the myocardial contractility. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Inc

Involvement of P2Y2,4 receptors in the regulation of myocardial contractility in growing rats

Experiments with R2Y receptor blockers allowed identification of R2Y subtypes mediating the inhibitory effects of uridine triphosphate on myocardial contractility. In 100-day-old animals, the myocardial inotropic response to the administration of uridine triphosphate was mediated by R2Y2 receptors. R2Y4 receptors took part in the realization of negative inotropic response to uridine triphosphate in all age groups, but the most pronounced effects of this substance on myocardial contractility were found in 100-day-old rats. It was found that R2Y receptor blockers PPADS and reagent blue-2 affect amplitude-time parameters of myocardial contractility in rats of various ages. © 2014 Springer Science+Business Media New York
