    Management Accountant's Role and Functions in the Enterprise Resource Planning Environment - Author's Own Research into Enterprises in Poland

    This article seeks to answer whether the implementation of an ERP system has an effect on the management accountant's tasks and functions, especially in the field of performance measurement and internal reporting. The ERP impacts on the controller's role in the organization will be evaluated using field studies on six enterprises owned by multinational corporations. The question that should be asked here is whether controller's functions and tasks will also be unaffected.Celem badania jest próba odpowiedzi na pytanie czy zastosowanie zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego w przedsiębiorstwie zmienia zadania i funkcje specjalisty do spraw rachunkowości zarządczej. Na podstawie studium przypadku sześciu przedsiębiorstw będących częścią koncernów międzynarodowych zostaje dokonana ocena wpływu zastosowania ERP na rolę kontrolera w organizacji. Autor odpowiada również na pytanie czy w funkcjach i zadaniach kontrolera nie zaobserwowane zostaną zmiany w związku z implementacją ERP

    Analiza dizajna LCLC rezonantnog invertera za dvostupanjsko dvofazno napajanje

    This paper deals with the design analysis and synthesis of power resonant inverter with sinusoidal output voltage for sensitive loads. The proposed filter must be capable of removing higher harmonic components from the supplying voltage to reach a harmonic distortion of roughly 5% in the whole range of the load (0 − 100%). The inverter can be supplied from either single-phase voltage inverter in full- or half- bridge connection, or from simple DC/DC buck converter. Non-symmetrical control causes higher harmonic content, both odd and even. Simulation and experimental results based on designed parameters and subsequently obtained from Matlab and OrCad models confirm good quality of output quantities, voltage and current.Tema je ovog članka analiza dizajna i sinteza učinskog rezonantnog invertera sa sinisuidalnim izlaznim naponom za osjetljive terete. Predloženi filtar mora moći filtrirati više harmonike ulaznog napona kako bi distorzija harmonika bila oko 5% u čitavom radnom području (0−100%). Inverter se može napajati ili iz jednofaznog naponskog invertera u mosnom ili uzrokuje pojavu viših harmonika u signalu, kako parnih tako i neparnih. Simulacijski i eksperimentalni rezultati temeljeni na sintetiziranim parametrima dobivenim od modela napravljenih u programskim paketima Matlab i OrCad potvr.uju dobru kvalitetu izlaznih veličina napona i struje

    Individual and ethnic aspects of preoperative planning for posttraumatic rhinoplasty

    The aim of this study was to compare the aesthetic results of post traumatic rhinoplasty among Europeans with populations of healthy Caucasians described in earlier reports, and to collate correct parameters of nasal shape in healthy representatives of both sexes and various races for improvement in aesthetic results of surgery. 3-D scanning of the face was performed in 54 patients after posttraumatic septorhinoplasty. Analysis of 3D model was based on two indices of the nasal proportions and four angles of the region from 18 anthropological points. Parameters of the nasal shape in addition to gender were compared to average values of healthy Caucasian population, described before. Normal characteristics of the nose among individuals of three races from previous studies were also compared to one another. In females, mean height and width of the nose as well as length of both nostrils was smaller. Neither were there any significant differences in width of the nostrils and length of the nasal pyramid nor nasal prominence. Nasal proportions were similar in both sexes. Some of the nasal angles differed in addition to gender. Posttraumatic rhinoplasty resulted in correct shape of the nose similar to the healthy Caucasian population. The aesthetic nose differ among healthy individuals of the three races analysed. While preoperative planning is important, knowledge of the normal values of parameters characterising shape in both genders is equally important as the individual differences in relation to the whole face

    Mathematical model and analysis of single-leg matrix converter

    The paper deals with analysis and modelling of a new type of single-phase supplied AC/AC converter with two phase outputs. It consists of single-leg half-bridge matrix converter loaded by resistive-inductive load in series connection. There are two problems solved in the paper: a) creating of second output phase shifted by 90 degrees against original one, and b) providing of frequency control of both orthogonal phase systems able supplying a two-phase electrical machine. As simulation results are given: harmonic analysis of the voltage of both phases; maximal possible reachable current waveform under R-L load with parametric changes of the time constant of the load. The simulation is resulting to recommendation for fair and right design of the converter, and demands to single- or two phase input supply voltage, respectively, under passive R-L or motoric load

    Układ sterowania napędu z PMSM i elastycznym sprzęgłem

    A control system, which achieves prescribed speed and position responses, for electric drives with a significant torsion vibration mode is presented. Control system design exploits state-space control and forced dynamics control principles. Derived control algorithm respects the vector control condition by keeping the direct axis current component approximately zero as well as controlling the load position with prescribed closed loop dynamics. Set of two observers, one on load side and the second one on motor side, generate all state variables necessary for control algorithm design including torques acting on the motor and load side to satisfy all conditions for achieving prescribed dynamics. This approach eliminates the position sensor on motor side. The simulations confirm that proposed model based position control system can operate with moderate accuracy.W artykule zaprezentowano układ sterowania napędami elektrycznymi ze znacznymi drganiami skrętnymi, który umożliwia jako odpowiedzi - określone obroty i położenie. Układ sterowania wykorzystuje opis przestrzeni stanu i zasady wymuszonego sterowania dynamicznego. Zestaw dwóch obserwatorów, jeden po stronie obciążenia, a drugi od strony silnika, wygenerować może wszystkie zmienne stanu niezbędne do projektowania algorytmu sterowania, w tym momenty działające po stronie silnika i obciążenia, spełniające wszystkie warunki niezbędne do osiągnięcia określonej dynamiki. Takie podejście eliminuje stosowanie czujnika położenia od strony silnika. Wyniki symulacji potwierdzają, że proponowany model układu sterowania położenia może pracować z wystarczającą dokładnością
