Aktivitas Public Relations Mal Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Citra Perusahaan
When the Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall got crisisses that are related to the accidents successively in 2012 and the issuesregarding of employees who resigned because of inconvenience to the company, the image of Ciputra Mall remains good even thus increased. Therefore, this research was conducted with the purposes are :to understand the roles and functions of public relations of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall as one of the efforts to increase its image, to find out the activities of public relations of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall in improving the image of the company and to detect the supporting and restricting factors of public relations activities of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall as an attempt to improve the image ofthe company.The researcher used qualitative descriptive research method and collect the data by observation, interview and documentation toward objects of this research. In this case, they are public relation activities of Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru Mall in improving the image of the company. The total of sample in this research is eleven informants who were selected trough purposive sampling and accidental sampling technique. The types of data in this research in the followings: (a) primary data that is the results of interview and observation; (b) secondary data which is formed as files from the company related to this research.This researchshowed thatthe roles of public relations Ciputra Mall are becoming technicians and managers, and its functions are as a communicator, relationship, backed up management, and good image maker. The activities of public relations Ciputra Mall are the internal relations, external relations, relationship marketing, media relations, promotion and special events, publicity, sponsorship, crisisses and issues management, and community relations. The implementation of public relations activities Ciputra Mall are supported by a good management, utilizing the development of science and technology (social media), creative and innovative human resources. A middleware for a large array of cameras
Large arrays of cameras are increasingly being employed for producing high quality image sequences needed for motion analysis research. This leads to the logistical problem with coordination and control of a large number of cameras. In this paper, we used a lightweight multi-agent system for coordinating such camera arrays. The agent framework provides more than a remote sensor access API. It allows reconfigurable and transparent access to cameras, as well as software agents capable of intelligent processing. Furthermore, it eases maintenance by encouraging code reuse. Additionally, our agent system includes an automatic discovery mechanism at startup, and multiple language bindings. Performance tests showed the lightweight nature of the framework while validating its correctness and scalability. Two different camera agents were implemented to provide access to a large array of distributed cameras. Correct operation of these camera agents was confirmed via several image processing agents

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of marketing mix which consists of product variables, prices, promotions, places, people, and the process of purchasing decisions on products Kara Santan PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk simultaneously or partially. Population in this research is customer of PT. Enseval Megatrading Putera Tbk Batam Branch who had a history of purchases Kara Santan period in 2016. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20. Hypothesis testing using T test and F test value of α = 5%. The results showed that in partial product, price, promotion, people, and processes of positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, althought place have no effect and significant impact on purchasing decisions, and simultaneously all the variable positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions PT. Hubungan Antara Sinyal Dividen Tunai Dengan Kinerja Operasional Dan Kinerja Pasar
This research aims at examining dividend-signaling hypothesis by testing the relationship between dividend changes and operational performance as well as market performance. The sample consists of 75 firms for the period 2000-2005. The analysis employed are multiple regressions and event study. The results on operational performance show that (1) dividend increase (with earnings increase or earnings decrease) correlates significantly with the increase of next period company 's profitability, (2) dividend decrease and earnings decrease negatively correlate with next period company's profitability, (3) dividend decrease and earnings increase positively correlate with next period company 's profitability, and (4) unchanged dividend does not correlate with next period company's profitability. The evidence on market performance (cumulative abnormal return surrounding dividend announcement date) shows that dividend changes have significant effect on cumulative abnormal return for five and ten days around announcement date. Evidences from this research show that dividend signaling hypothesis is not fully supported
Pengaruh Latihan Fisik Akut Terhadap Saturasi Oksigen Pada Pemain Basket Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Unsrat
: Physical exercise is a planned regular and repeated activities in a certain intensity to improve health. Based on duration, there are two kinds of physical exercise. Physical exercise with shorter amount of time is called acute physical exercise. While physical exercise with longer amount of time is called chronic physical exercise. Physical exercise will make some changes in the body, such as blood oxygen levels. Some studies showed the influence of physical exercise on oxygen saturation but some studies had the opposite result. Therefore, this study was carried out to investigate the effect of acute physical exercise on oxygen saturation. This study was a field experimental with pre-post one group test design that was conducted to 32 Medical Faculty student basketball players of Sam Ratulangi University. Each subject had to play basketball for 20 minutes. Value of oxygen saturation was checked using pulse oximeter before exercise and immediately after exercise. Case analysis use paired samples T test. This study has found an increase on oxygen saturation after the acute physical exercise (p=0,041;p<0,05)
Temperature-Dependent Reproductive Success of Stickleback Lateral Plate Morphs: Implications for Population Polymorphism and Range Shifts Under Ocean Warming
Changing environments associated with rapid climate change can shape direct measures of fitness such as reproductive success by altering mating behavior, fecundity and offspring development. Using a polymorphic oceanic population of threespine stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus), we investigated whether a 4°C increase in sea surface temperature influenced clutch siring success, reproductive output, and offspring growth among lateral plate morphs. Since low plated morphs are thought to have a selective advantage in warmer environments, we predicted that low plated males should have higher clutch siring success in +4°C environments, and that thermal plasticity of traits (e.g., egg size, offspring growth) should reflect different trait optima in different environments among plate morphs. Parentage analysis of egg clutches revealed temperature-specific clutch siring success, in that low plated males sired more clutches in +4°C environments and completely plated males sired more clutches at ambient (seasonal) temperature. Both completely and low plated females laid larger eggs when acclimated to +4°C, but only completely plated females had smaller clutches at +4°C. Offspring of low and partially plated females grew much less at +4°C compared to those of completely plated females. Taken together, our results demonstrate that ocean warming could impact reproductive success at various levels, with differential effects depending on phenotype, in this case, lateral plate morph. Some traits (clutch siring success, egg size) showed better performance for low plated fish at +4°C, whereas others (e.g., growth) did not. Higher clutch siring success of low plated males at elevated temperature might indicate a future shift in plate morph composition for polymorphic stickleback populations, with potential implications for colonization ability during range shifts under climate change
Status of Diamond Detector Development for Beam Halo Investigation at ATF2
Work supported by Chinese Scholarship Council - THPME092, ISBN 978-3-95450-132-8International audienceWe are developing a diamond detector for beam halo and Compton spectrum diagnostics after the interaction point (IP) of ATF2, a low energy (1.3 GeV) prototype of the final focus system for ILC and CLIC linear collider projects. Tests of a 500 μm thick sCVD diamond detector with a dimension of 4.5 mm×4.5 mm have been carried out with radioactive sources and with electron beam from PHIL low energy (<10 MeV) photo-injector at LAL. The tests at PHIL were done with different beam intensities in air, just after the exit window at the end of the beam line, to test the response of the diamond detector and the readout electronics. We have successfully detected signals from single electrons, using a 40 dB amplifier, and from an electron beam of 108 electrons, using a 24 dB attenuator. A diamond sensor with 4 strips has been designed and fabricated for installation in the vacuum chambers of ATF2 and PHIL, with the aim to scan both the beam halo (with 2 strips of 1.5 mm×4 mm) and the beam core (with 2 strips of 0.1 mm×4 mm) transverse distributions
