PECULIARITIES OF THE CROSS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN MEDICAL STUDETS

Peculiarities of the mammographic density of the synchronic bilateral breast cancer

In this article it was made an analysis of the case history out-patient medical records of 30 patients with synchronic bilateral breast cancer (SBBC), 34 patients with unilateral breast cancer (BC) and 32 healthy patients. The obtained results show the higher mammographic density in patients having the synchronic BBC in comparison with the healthy patients and lesser density compared with the unilateral BC. The 2nd grade of the mammographic density is 60% in the group of the synchronic BBC and is higher on 34-35% than that of the two other groups. The presence of the 2nd grade of the mammographic density of the mammary gland requests the more thorough examination (Ultrasonic examination, MRT) for excluding the synchronic BBC

Der Zweck der Studie – Die Auffindung der Veränderung Hemocoagulation und Fibrinolyse bei akuter Pankreatitis unter den Bedingungen der dynamischen Darmverschluss . In 50 Patienten mit partiellen Darmverschluss durch akute Pankreatitis beobachtet die dynamischen Veränderungen im Blut fibrinolytischen Systems in der Anwendung enterosorbtion Präparat "Entherosgel" zusätzlich zu der Basistherapie nach die Protokollen. Es ist gezeigt die positive Wirkung der Detoxikation therapie mit Enterosgel auf den Kennwert pro- und Antikoagulans System bei akuter Pankreatitis mit Darmverschluss

THYROID HORMONES INFLUENCE ON PRIMARY HAEMOSTASIS STATUS AND CERTAIN ENZYME SYSTEMS IN LOCAL FORMS OF PERITONITIS

One of the main significances in postoperative changes in biochemical and enzymes criterion of the pathology of the organs depends to T-3, the decreasing of level of which in blood plasma is related to disorders in peripheral T-4 monoiodising and depends on the level of the organisms intoxication. The influence of T-3 on the process of intraanginal blood coagulation is realizing on the level of the vessel component (synthesis of PGI2) primary haemostasis with following secondary increasing of functional antagonism in prostacycline-tromboxan system of regulation of the trombocytal-vessel haemostasis. The correction method for postoperative hypothyreosis, disorders in blood aggregation status regulation and polyorganic insufficiency syndrome was investigated. Its based on the enteral use of thyreoidine, its efficacy is clinically proved in patients with local peritonitis
