Dampak Kegiatan Hak Pengusahaan Hutan (Hph) Terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Sekitar Di Kabupaten Siak the Effect of Forest Commercial Right Toward Socioeconomic of Siak Community

Kabupaten Siak merupakan salah satu daerah di propinsi Riau yang memiliki potensi hutan yang cukup tinggi, sehingga banyak Perusahaan yang mempunyai Hak Pengusahaan Hutan (HPH), melakukan kegiatan menggali potensi hutan. Penelitian yang merupakan Development Research ini bertujuan mengkaji dampak kegiatan HPH terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat sekitarnya, antara lain: terhadap lembaga ekonomi, mobilitas penduduk, pemilikan lahan, peluang USAha, kesempatan kerja, dan distribusi pendapatan masyarakat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan HPH menyebabkan: semakin sempitnya lahan pertanian; berkurangnya pemilikan lahan bagi masyarakat tempatan; sering terjadi konflik, baik antara masyarakat tempatan dengan pendatang, maupun dengan Perusahaan HPH; berkembangnya kegiatan penebangan kayu ilegal (illegal logging); serta tingginya mobilitas penduduk. Di sisi lain, kegiatan penebangan hutan dapat menciptakan peluang USAha, kesempatan kerja, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat sekitarnya, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi

Rancangan Model Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Pedesaan Berbasis Agribisnis Di Daerah Riau Modeling of Economic Empowerment of Rural Community Based on Agro-business Activities in Riau

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung pembangunan ekonomi pedesaan. Pelaksanaan pembangunan pertanian di pedesaan harus dirancang dengan sistem agribisnis yang melibatkan berbagai lembaga ekonomi dan penunjang, antara lain: perguruan tinggi, lembaga perkreditan, pengusaha, pengusaha tani (petani), dan koperasi. Koperasi merupakan motor penggerak pada program pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan. Koperasi berfungsi sebagai badan USAha di pedesaan dan pelaksana penuh sistem agribisnis. Koperasi agribisnis dapat menciptakan peluang USAha dalam kegiatan ekonomi pedesaan sehingga menyebabkan naiknya pendapatan masyarakat yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kesejahteraan

Distorsi Harga Tandan Buah Segar (Tbs) Kelapa Sawit Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Di Pedesaan the Price Distortion of Oil Palm Stem Fresh Fruit (Tbs) and Its Influence Toward Farmer Income in the Rural Area

Kelapa sawit merupakan tanaman primadona sebagian besar masyarakat Riau, karena terbukti memberikan penghasilan yang lebih baik dari tanaman perkebunan lainnya. Sampai tahun 2003 luas perkebunan kelapa sawit telah mencapai 1.312.661 ha dengan tingkat pertumbuhan per tahun sebesar 15,39%. Namun pada tingkat petani terdapat distorsi harga antara petani swadaya dengan petani peserta plasma. Distorsi ini menyebabkan kesenjangan pendapatan antara petani kelapa sawit di pedesaan. Kesenjangan ini disebabkan, antara lain: 1) distorsi harga antara petani plasma dengan petani swadaya; 2) kemampuan petani swadaya terhadap pengelolaan kebun masih rendah; 3) pendapatan petani swadaya sangat dipengaruhi oleh harga TBS yang mereka terima; dan 4) pasar TBS lebih cenderung monopsonistik

Pengaruh Kesejahteraan Petani Karet terhadap Pendidikan Anak di Desa Teratak Air Hitam Kecamatan Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This study aims to determine the influence of the welfare of rubber farmers to the education of children in the village of Teratak Air Hitam Sentajo Raya Sub-district Kuantan Singing District. The subjects of this study are farmers who have childrens that droped out from school. The total sample are 41 respondents using the method of Proposive Sampling. The data used for this study are primary data collected by using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used the chi square test analysis. The results of this study indicate that the, rubber farmers are prosperous it can be seen from the fulfillment of welfare indicators. On the other hand the education of children of rubber farmers is still low. This study found that there is no significant relationship between the rubber farmer's welfare and their children's education in the village of Teratak Air Hitam Sentajo Raya Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency

Analisis Pengetahuan Wajib Pajak Tentang Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 91 Tahun 2015 di Kpp Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan

This reaserch aimed to analyze the knowledge taxpayers on Finance Minister Regulation No. 91 in 2015 in KPP Pekanbaru Tampan. The research was conducted in Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with sample of 100 taxpayers from 127. 172 population. Data obtained from the administration of the questionnaire in the form of test, and then analyzed by categorizing the average results of tests in three categories: low, medium, and high. The results show the average results of tests on the indicator legal basis was 0.52 (medium), indicator of the type of sanctions that can be forgive was 2.23 (moderate), the indicator of term was 1.56 (medium) and billing indicator 8.1 (medium). So overall the results showed that taxpayers knowledgeis not good enough

Pengaruh Efektifitas Pengendalian Internal dan Kesesuaian Kompensasi terhadap Pencegahan Kecurangan (Fraud) pada Pdam Tirta Siak Pekanbaru

One of the way to improve the performance of a company is to prevent fraud that will be in the future. Therefore we need an effective of internal control to able to control and supervise any activity in that company. As well as adjustments of compenssation granted to employees to reduce the employees to act fraudulently adverse. Data for this study was obtained by questioner to all permanent employees of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru that are 96 repondents. Data analysis technique used are normality test, regression, F-test, coefficient detemination analysis and T-test. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously, there were influence between the effectiveness of internal control and compensation compatibility on fraud prevention with significant value 0,002 (below 0,05). The coefficient of determination in this research are 13,5%, both variable jointly influence dependent variable, while 86,5% is influenced by other unclear variable. (2) There were influence between effectiveness of internal control on fraud prevention with significant value 0,006 (below 0,05) and (3) There were no influence between compensation compatibility on fraud prevention with significant value 0,137 > 0,05

The sample that used in this research were 100 respondents. For analyzing the data using Important Performance Analysis (IPA) to seen how far the customer feel satisfied .That have been seen from the result of testing the level of members satisfaction used the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) there were five attributes included in A quadrant (Top Priority), which was means considered important by members but didn\u27t maximized nor satisfied. And the range of the all factors result which was equal to 78,64%

Pengaruh Perkembangan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit terhadap Ekonomi Pedesaan di Kecamatan Kepenuhan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the development of oil palm plantations on rural economies surrounding communities in District Fullness Rokan Hulu. This research was conducted in the District Fullness Rokanhulu district. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. A population of 4,999 people by the farmers and sampled 98 oil palm growers. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire with a sampling technique in this research is to use non-random sampling method is purposive sampling. From the research activities of oil palm plantations in the district Fullness Rokan Hulu creates a multiplier effect of 1.20 figures, especially in employment and business opportunity. Oil palm plantation activities have an impact acceleration of the economic development community in the effort to reduce poverty. Oil palm plantations can improve the economy of rural communities.
