    This research is aimed at acknowledging the relation between intellectual intelligence and learning achievement of the students in the Dayah Almadinatuddiniyah Syamsuddhuha, Cot Murong, North Aceh. The research was conducted for 6 months, from June to December 2014. This research is a descriptive research using correlational plan. Variables in this research are intellectual intelligence as predictor variable and learning achievement as criterion variable. The population of this research comprises all 2nd and 3rd grade junior high school students and 2nd and 3rd grade senior high school students of the Almadinatuddiniyah Syamsuddhuha Integrated Islamic Boarding School for the academic year of 2014/2015 with the total number of 305 students. The samples were taken from 20% (61 students) of the total population (305 students) using the stratified proportional random sampling method. For research hypothetical test, data were analyzed with the parametric inferential statistical technique by using the moment product correlation, simple regression, double regression and partial correlation techniques. The research results show that there is significant relation between the students\u27 intellectual intelligence and learning achievement. The students\u27 intellectual intelligent and learning achievement has correlation coefficient as much as 0.9765 and the effective contribution given by the intellectual intelligence variable to the students\u27 learning achievement is 95.69%

    Makalah ini membahas hasil simulasi sistem pembaca beda fasa dua sinyal sinusoidal berbasis mikrokontroler. Pembacaan beda fasa dua sinyal sinus menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk membangun sistem pengkompensasi faktor daya pada sistem pemanfaatan tenaga listrik. Sistem pembaca beda fasa terdiri atas komponen perangkat keras dan program untuk mikrkontroler. Perangkat keras terdiri atas rangkaian pendeteksi titik nol dan pendeteksi beda fasa dua sinyal. Sinyal beda fasa kemudian dibaca dan dihitung dalam program mikrokontroler. Program ditulis dalam bahasa basic dan di-compile menggunakan Bascom AVR untuk mikrokontroler AVR ATMega32.. Pengujian menggunakan software simulasi NI Multisim Component Evaluator Mouser Electronics Edition dan Proteus Demonstation Version. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem pembaca beda fasa memberikan hasil yang cukup baik dengan eror rata-rata sebesar 1,51% sehingga layak untuk diteruskan pada tahap realisasi dan apikasi

    : Ibn Sahnûn\u27s Islamic Educational Thought: Critical Analysis of Teaching Curriculum in the Institution of Islamic Elementary Education. This paper aims to reveal the relevance of Ibn Sahnûn thought on teaching curriculum of Islamic primary education to the practice of the current teaching curriculum in Islamic primary education institutions. Based on descriptive, content, and critical analysis to form a reflective thought, the results of present study showed that the teaching curriculum of Islamic elementary education of Ibn Sahnûn still relevant to the practice of it nowadays, especially from (1) the principles of it composition aspects, the principle of tawâzun (equilibrium) between the materials of the hereafter with worldly ones or (intellectual with the spiritual aspect), the theoretical material with practical, and the principle of relevance, the suitability of the teaching curriculum to the needs of the community, and (2) the primary basis on which the teaching curriculum is developed, which is the basis of religion and social issues

    This experiment aims to look at the effect of feeding silk worms (Tubifex sp) on the vertical strata in the aquarium container in the maintenance of carp (Osphoronemus gourami). This research was carried out for 30 days with a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 repetitions. Treatment A (top feeding zone), B (middle feeding zone 1), C (middle feeding zone 2), and treatment D (zone bottom-feeding).After analyzed by ANOVA and LSD (Significant Difference) research shows that the average biomass growth body length and weight of the fish is best in treatment C respectively by 6.82 cm and 3.30 grams of the water level 10 cm zone of basic aquarium (P <0.5). While the average percentage of the best survival was also contained in C treatment that is equal to 98%

    This experiment aims to determine the effect of the combination of palm oil waste residue / Palm Kernel Meal (PKM) and pulp out as a growth medium for the cultivation and production of maggot (Hermetia illucens) which can be used as an alternative to fish feed. Media culture is a combination of material experiments 4 kg PKM (100%) and pulp out (0%) treatment A, 3 kg PKM (75%) and 1 kg pulp out (25%) treatment B, 2 kg PKM (50%) and 2 kg of pulp out (50%) treatment C, and 1 kg of PKM (25%) and 3 kg of pulp out (75%) treated D. All of these treatments using a container closed the outdoors. Each container treatment added as much as 5.2 liters of fresh water, then stirred evenly. Data were analyzed by ANOVA and LSD test.The results of the analysis of the experiment 21 days for growth are not significantly different (P <0.05). The average value of the best treatment in A (weight 0.18 ± 0.68 g/individul and length 17.26 ± 1.06 mm), followed by treatment B. (weight 0.17 ± 0.68 g/individual and length of 17.07 ± 1.06 mm), C (weight 0.17 ± 0.68 g/individual and 17.04 ± 1.06 mm of length) and the lowest in the D (0.16 ± 0.68 g/individual and 16.98 ± 1.06 mm).     Kemampuan Guru Pendidikan Jasmani dalan memberi tindakan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan merupakan perwujudan profesionalitas Guru Pendidikan Jasmani didalam menjalankan profesinya. Karena P3K ini merupakan salah satu bagian penting yang berada didalam ruang lingkup pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan Guru Pendidikan Jasmani dalam memberi tindakan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan di SMAN Se-Kecamatan Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah Guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Kepala sekolah dan siswa(i) di SMAN Se-Kecamatan Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen. Untuk Guru Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kepala sekolah di ambil semuanya sebagai sampel, sedangkan untuk siswa (i) hanya di ambil 5% dari jumlah populasi yang ada. Secara keseluruhan sampel yang digunakan adalah 9 Guru Pendidikan Jasmani, 3 Kepala sekolah dan 45 siswa(i). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pembagian angket pada semua sampel terpilih. Setelah semua data didapatkan dan dilakukan pengolahan data dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa secara umum Guru Pendidikan Jasmani di SMAN Se- Kecamatan Kota Juang Kab. Bireuen mampu mengetahui dengan baik tentang teori P3K pada kasus bantuan pernafasan, pendarahan dan juga patah tulang, hal ini dibuktikan dengan 80% dari pertanyaan yang diberikan dijawab dengan pilihan jawaban yang paling benar oleh Guru Pendidikan Jasmani, akan tetapi untuk mengaplikasikan ataupun memberikan tindakan langsung terhadap penanganan kasus bantuan pernafasan, pendarahan dan patah tulang yang telah diketahui tersebut guru pendidikan jasmani masih kurang mampu, hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa 60% dari pertanyaan angket yang diberikan tidak mendapat persetujuan dari Kepala sekolah dan siswa(i), dimana 70% dari mereka menyatakan bahwa tidak pernah melihat tindakan pertolongan tersebut dilakukan Guru Pendidikan Jasmani di sekolah

    Konsep Pencurian dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana dan Hukum Pidana Islam

    Pencurian dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) diatur dalam Buku Kedua Bab XXII tentang Kejahatan terhadap harta benda dari Pasal 362 sampai dengan Pasal 367 KUHP, dengan acaman hukuman tergantung daripada jenis atau kriteria tindak pidana pencurian yang dilakukan. Pasal 362 KUHP menentukan bahwa “Barangsiapa mengambil sesuatu barang, yang sama sekali atau sebagian termasuk kepunyaan orang lain, dengan maksud akan memiliki barang itu dengan melawan hak, dihukum karena pencurian, dengan hukuman penjara, selama-lamanya 5 tahun atau denda sebanyak-banyaknya Rp. 900,-“, sedangkan pencurian dalam hukum pidana Islam merupakan perbuatan pidana yang diancam hukuman potong tangan (had), sebagaimana Firman Allah SWT dalam Al-Qur\u27an Surah (Al-Maidah :38), yang artinya “Dan pencuri laki-laki dan pencuri perempuan, maka potonglah tangannya masing-masing”. Ancaman pidana dalam KUHP lebih menekankan kepada ancaman pidana penjara/denda, sedangkan dalam hukum pidana Islam ancaman pidana berupa potong tangan (had) dan ta\u27zir. Disarankan agar kegiatan penertiban terhadap kejahatan pencurian dapat dilakukan secara efektif dengan mengingat bahwa Provinsi Aceh telah melaksanakan syari\u27at Islam sehingga untuk kedepannya dapat membuat dan menerapkan Qanun Jinayat yang berkaitan dengan tindak pidana pencurian seperti yang telah ditegaskan dalam Al-Qur\u27an Surah Al-Maidah:38.The wording of theft in the Criminal Code (KUHP) is worded in the 2Nd Book of Chapter XXII on Crime against Property from Articles 362 to 367 of the Criminal Code, with the threats of apenalty depending on the type or criteria of a criminal act of theft committed. Article 362 of the Criminal Code provides that “Anyone who takes any goods, wholly or partly belongs to any other person, intending to possess the goods againts the rights, is punished for theft, by imprisonment, for a maximum of 5 years or a fine of up to IDR. 900,-”, whereas the theft in Islamic criminal law is a criminal act that is liable by hand-cutting, as what Allah all the mighty says in the Koran of verse (Al-Maidah:38), meaning “And women thief and men thieves, then cut of each hand”. The kinds of punishments in KUHP is more focusing on the threat of imprisonment and fine, while in Islamic criminal law it can be punished by cutting the hand of the perpetrators fulfilling the elements, and if the action is not fulfilling the elements of it, hence it will then punished by judges consideration. It is recommended that the imprisonment and fine ruled in KUHP should be incriminated as the punishment ruled in Article 362 of KUHP is relatively lenient compared to the punishment ruled in Islamic Criminal Law that is much more harsh. In addition, the enforcement towards theft can be enforced effectively as Aceh Province has imposed Sharia Law hence in the future it can impose the law in relation to criminal law as has been ruled in Koran verse: 38
