Demographics in Zooarchaeology

<p>This poster reports the results of a recent online survey on the demographic makeup of zooarchaeology practitioners worldwide. Results are compared with those of an earlier demographic survey within the zooarchaeological community and the International Council of Archaeozoology membership more broadly in order to identify long-term trends and disparities. The widespread use and availability of the internet and online survey in the last 20 years has allowed for global participation and the survey was distributed using professional email listservs, websites, and social media outlets such as Twitter and Facebook.</p
