    The Effect of Compensation on Employees Performance of Imperial Club Golf Tangerang District

    Compensation problems have become talks between employees, and the impact of motivation and employee performance decreases. To answer this problem, analysis and research are needed, so that a solution is found. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The total number of employees is 50 people, so the technical sample used is the census. Furthermore, the research was carried out by testing the stages of analysis which included descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, linear regression test, correlation coefficient test and test coefficient of determination. The results of the regression analysis show that the compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Imperial Club Golf employees with a regression coefficient of 0,618 and Tcount of 7,156

    Tri Dharma is a classic problem. Again, limitations and barriers are used as reasons. To answer this, a study of factors influencing lecturer performance was conducted. The quantitative approach was chosen because it has advantages, therefore the method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The number of samples is 100 people and the sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The research instrument used the method of distributing questionnaires with a closed statement form. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0,502. Motivation has a significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0,328. Simultaneously, compensation and motivation significantly influence performance with a determination coefficient of 44,9%. The quantitative research method was chosen as a scientific way, by distributing questionnaires and analyzing with structural models.     The implementation of effective and efficient governance is a demand in the era of globalization. This reality demands the professionalism of human resources in realizing good governance. Therefore, various bureaucratic changes were carried out in order to organize a clean government, including developing HR. The purpose of this study was to find, describe, and analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction and work commitment on employees performance of Religious Courts in Banten Province. This study uses a quantitative method, the research sample is administrative ASN in the Religious Court of Banten Province which amounts to 100 respondents, the sampling technique uses proportional random sampling, the research instrument uses questionnaire and the analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression with the analysis stage consisting of descriptive analysis, test validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction and work commitment both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant effect on performance. &nbsp

    Performance is the achievement of what has been sacrificed, both time, energy, thought, and ability. For companies, performance is something that must be done to prove the tasks and responsibilities that have been given, so it can be concluded that the success or failure of the company can be seen from the work that has been done. To achieve good work results, discipline and training are needed to achieve these goals. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the role of discipline and job training in improving the work results that have been determined. Methodologically, this research refers to quantitative using multiple linear regression statistics. In collecting data, a questionnaire method was used, so that the answers were obtained as expected. The results show that the partial and simultaneous statistical results are in the significant category. The results of this study provide an explanation that discipline has a positive impact on employee performance, meaning that when employees have a strong disciplinary influence, it will improve performance, as well as job training, level of training on performance. has a significant level, meaning that when the training has a positive impact on employees, it will give birth to increased performance

    Analisis Kinerja Pegawai Ditinjau dari Aspek Penempatan dan Konflik Internal

    The organization realizes that the achievement of goals is the result of work performance and productivity. Therefore, placing employees according to their fields is imperative. In addition, reducing various confounding factors that can reduce performance is also a necessity. In fact, this study aims to gather information and describe the factors that can increase and decrease performance. Thus, a knowledge is obtained to overcome it. The research method used quantitative with a total sample size of 69. To obtain data, a number of questions (questionnaires) were asked to the respondents. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The results suggest that employee performance will increase significantly if there is no bully, such as conflict. This means that the factor that significantly hinders the implementation of work and has an impact on decreasing the quality of work results is conflict. Furthermore, the results of the study explained that job placement must be done correctly. This means that a good job placement has an impact on improving performance, based on the conformity aspect, namely competence and personality
