Green Supply Chain Management with Life Cycle Assessment Approach for Degraded Forest Management: a Strategic-Fit Framework
Unsustainable forest management is considered as one of activities that leads to forest degradation. Together with deforestation, degraded forests are contributors to the greenhouse gas emissions from the forestry sector, so it needs to be controlled. Furthermore, degradation affects the forest's productivity, and thus will affect the performance of the company which owns the licence for the utilization of its timber forest products. The objective of this research was to be able to identify aspects in Green Supply Chain Management and Life Cycle Assessment which are considered the most relevant to be applied in the management of degraded forest, and further to be structured in form of framework. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study PT XYZ as the holder of a Business License for the Utilization of Timber Forest Products in Natural Forest, in East Kalimantan. The results showed that internal supply chain activities, namely forest planning, forest development, log production, and marketing, play a significant role in the process of greening the supply chain. The proposed GSCM-LCA Framework includes Green Planning, Green Operations, Green Distributions, and Green Marketing with LCA observations focusing on evaluating and analysing environmental impacts caused by their harvesting and transportation activities. The design of the framework in this study emphasizes strategic-fit, as an effort to adjust the company resources and abilities towards the opportunities in the external environment.

This symptom can lead to the situation of early retirement for military employees in civilian settings. As many as 157 colonels and lieutenant colonels working at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia were involved in a study to find out how the perceived overqualification and leader-member exchange was independently related to job satisfaction and the early retirement intention. The results show that leader-member exchange has a positive effect on job satisfaction but has positive effect on early retirement intention. Meanwhile, the perceived overqualification affects only employee job satisfaction, not on early retirement intention. Job satisfaction influences early retirement intention. Even so, leader-member exchange does have a negative effect on perceived overqualification. Policies aimed at improving the quality of subordinate superiors' relationships are needed to prevent early retirement intentions of employees who experience overqualification

Management for Lombok Strait with Traffic Separation Scheme (TSS) and Particularly Sensitive Sea Area (PSSA) to Implement the IMO Regulations
The growing field of shipping and the changes in the global military strategy of large countries which of course indirectly affect how well a country acts. As an archipelagic nation, Indonesia has the right to conceptualize a Traffic Separation Scheme to improve navigation safety in the Islands Sea Channel, based on Article 53 (6) of the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) 1982 and also based on the IMO General Provisions for Adoption, Appointment and Replacement of the Islands Sea Plate. Traffic Separation Scheme (TSS) is a dividing line between the navigation boundaries of trade ships and the territorial waters of national jurisdictions. The Traffic Separation Scheme (TSS) Scheme is a traffic management route system governed by the International Maritime Organization or IMO. Then we can know that Indonesia has the right and obligation to regulate its own sea. Departing from this, the concept of the Traffic Separation Scheme (TSS) and Particularly Sensitive Sea Area (PSSA) was coined, as an effort of embodiment, a derivation of "lex specialis" International provisions adopted by all sea users in the world. This study uses a qualitative method with an explanatory approach. The procedure used to obtain this information is through literature review. Data analysis in this study uses SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunity and threat) and POAC (planning, organizing, actuating and controlling). The result for this case study, must prepare carefully for the implementation of TSS and PSSA in the Lombok Strait, as a country that has declared itself as the first archipelagic state in the world that has a separation in its narrow sea. Given that the implementation is just counting the days. Indonesia does not need to doubt the benefits of TSS and PSSA itself, because TSS and PSSA become a "win-win solution" for both the user and coastal countrie
