    This study aimed to determine the effect of employee knowledge, skill, and ability (KSA) on the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Usage and employee performance of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Jatim APJ Malang. This research using quantitative approach especially explanatory research. Total population in this study amounted to 74 people who are employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Jatim APJ Malang. These results indicate that direct impact of employee knowledge is bigger than to the indirect impact. The employee knowledge variable significantly influence the HRIS USAge. Employee skill variable has significantly influence on HRIS USAge. The direct impact of employee ability is bigger than to the indirect impact. While, there is no significantly influence of employee ability variable on HRIS USAge. Employee knowledge variable significantly influence the employee performance. Employee skill variable has significantly influence on employee performance too. There is no significantly influence of employee ability variable on employee performance. HRIS USAge variable has significantly influence on employee performance
