Tuturan Tenaga Kependidikan dan Mahasiswa di Rektorat Universitas Tadulako
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimanakah bentuk tuturan tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di Rektorat Universitas Tadulako, dan bagaimanakah fungsi tuturan tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di Rektorat Universitas Tadulako”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk tuturan tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di Rekorat Universitas Tadulako dan untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi tuturan tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di Rekorat Universitas Tadulako. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pendekatan kualitatif mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur antara tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di rektorat Universitas Tadulako. Data pada penelitian ini adalah berupa hasil rekaman tuturan antara tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di rektorat Universitas Tadulako pada saat terjadi interaksi langsung. Sumber data yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis data, yakni mendeskripsikan tuturan tersebut kemudian memberikan kesimpulan tentang data yang dianalisis. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan , maka peneliti menemukan hasil penelitian tentang tindak tutur lokusioner, ilokosi, perlokusi tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa yang berupa lokusioner pada bagian representatif,direktif, asertif, komisif. Pada bagian tindak tutur ilokusi di peneliti menemukan ilokusi pada bagian eksersitif, behabitif, ekspositif. Untuk tindak perlokusi peneliti menemukan bagian Convicial. Selanjutnya peneliti juga menemukan tuturan langsung yang meliputi kalimat berita dan kalimat tanya dan tuturan tidak langsung yang berupa kalimat berita. Kepada para peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk meneliti tidan tutur lokusioner, ilokusi, perlokusi pada konteks yang berbeda.
Keefektifan Metode Guessing Game Berbasis Case Method Terhadap Keterampilan Berbicara Siswa Smp Negeri 12 Palu
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan metode guessing game berbasis case method terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa SMP Negeri 12 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang dilakukan dalam tahapan siklus, meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas VII, VIII, dan IX berjumlah 47 siswa. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar peserta didik menggunakan metode guessing game menjadi lebih aktif dan bersemangat dalam belajar. Pada siklus ini, aktivitas belajar siswa dengan kriteria sangat baik, dengan hasil yang dicapai 89,42%.
DIKSI DAN GAYA BAHASA DALAM CERAMAH AGAMA TENGKU HANAN ATTAKI
The main problem in this research is how the use of diction and style of language in Tengku Hanan Attaki religious lecture? This study aims to describe the use of diction and style of language in religious lectures Tengku Hanan Attaki. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research and the method used in this research is descriptive method. Sources of data in this study comes from a video lecture Tengku Hanan Attaki religious residing in social media Youtube. Techniques used in data collection is a technique refer and note. Instruments in this study is a laptop to listen to religious lectures and stationery to record. Data analysis techniques in this study follow three stages, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions. In this study found the use of diction and style of language in religious lectures Tengku Hanan Attaki. The use of diction in the religious lecture of Tengku hanan Attaki is divided into two, namely the type of meaning and meaning relation. This type of meaning is divided into thirteen, meaning lexical, grammatical, contextual, referential, nonreferential, denotative, connotative, proverbial, colocative, thematic, common and special word, and progem language. The relation of meaning is divided into two, namely synonym and antonym. The use of language style in the Tengku Hanan Attaki religious lecture is divided into three, namely the style of language comparison, linkage, and repetition. KOLABORASI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN ROUND TABLE DAN BROWN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS CERPEN SISWA KELAS IX IBNUSINA SMPN MODEL TERPADU MADANI PALU
The ability of writing short story of the eleventh-graders Ibnusina SMP Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu can be improved. Problem of this research are: 1) how is the implementation of collaborative steps of round table and brown learning model in improving writing short story ability the eleventh-graders Ibnusina SMP Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu? and 2) can the ability of writing short story improved after the collaboration of round table and brown learning model? This research intends to: 1) describe stages of the application of round table and brown learning model in improving writing short story ability the eleventh-graders Ibnusina SMP Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu, 2) describe the result of writing short story ability after the application of round table and brown learning model. Data were collected through written test and non test (observation and documentation). Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The result of this research revealed that: 1) the application of round table and brown learning model through several stages, first the researcher plays video of short story watched by students; second, researcher prepares observation sheet of the implementation of writing short story; third, researcher prepares camera for documentation of teachers’ and students’ activities in the learning process. Students’ ability in writing short story improves after conducted stages above. The percentage of improvement is increase in every meeting of Cycle I and Cycle II. Cycle I show 80.18 from 73.51 and improved to 83.88 in Cycle II. Round Table Learning Model and Brown
KEEFEKTIFAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH DALAM MENULIS TEKS EKSPOSISI SISWA KELAS X SMAN 1 BAMBAIRA KABUPATEN PASANGKAYU
This research was experimental research. The formulation of the problem in this reserach amounted to three, namely (1) How is the ability to write exposition text in class X MIPA of SMAN 1 Bambaira Pasangkayu Regency?, (2) How is the implementation of exposition text writing learning with problem-based learning model at class X MIPA of SMAN 1 Bambaira Pasangkayu Regency? The results of the ability to write exposition text in the experimental class and the control at class X MIPA of SMAN 1 Bambaira Pasangkayu Regency? This research aims to test the problem-based learning model in order to improve the ability to write exposition text so that the teaching learning process model becomes an alternative learning to write exposition text. This research was a quasi-experimental research method. The design in this research was a quasi experimental design. The population of this research was all students at class X of SMAN 1 Bambaira. The samples were two classes, namely class X MIPA 1 as the experimental class and class X MIPA 2 as the control class. The structure and rules of the exposition text assessed in this research cover five aspects, namely content, text structure, vocabulary, sentence effectiveness, and mechanics. Based on the results of statistical tests, data obtained from the calculation of t-test Sig are obtained 'the ability to write exposition text is 0.035. The significance level in this research was 0.05 (95% confidence level). Based on these calculations, the results of the hypothesis Ho is rejected or the hypothesis Ha is accepted, there is a significant difference between the ability to write exposition text in the experimental class using a problem-based learning model and a control class with a learning model not using problem-based learning at class X of SMAN 1 Bambaira Pasangkayu Regency
Analysis of a Lecturer’s Directive Speech Acts to Student in Online Pragmatic Studies
This research aims to describe the form and function of the lecturer's directive speech actions to Class A students in the 2019 batch participating in online learning in pragmatic studies. This research employed descriptive qualitative methods of observable words said by speakers (lecturers) to speech partners (students). The data source was the lecturer's remarks to students during online learning via zoom). The data collection techniques employed listening, note-taking, screen recording, and screenshots. The researcher discovered six types of directive speech acts including (1) a request form; (2) in the form of a lecturer's command; (3) A question; (4) a sort of prohibition; (5) An invitation in the style of Lecturer; and (6) As a demand.. Four directive speech acts functions are (1) competitive (competing) functions; (2) convivial (fun); 3) collaborative function (collaborating); and (4) conflict function (contrary) as the lecturer said: If no one answers who wants to present their work, I will remove them from the zoom room”
ANALISIS KARAKTER TOKOH DALAM NOVEL TITIP RINDU UNTUK IBU KARYA EIDELWEIS ALMIRA
This research is based on the desire to know how the character of a character in the novel Titip Rindu for Mother works Eidelweis Almira. This study aims to describe the character of the character in the novel Titip Rindu for the work of Eidelweis Almira with Sigmund's psychoanalytic theory. This research is a type of qualitative research, descriptive, using textual approach, and literature techniques. The analysis of interactive model data by Miles and Huberman was done by way of marking, classifying, and summarizing the results of analysis in harmony with Sigmund Freud's personality theory. The author displays the mother figure as the dominant object in the novel Titip Rindu Untuk Ibu without ruling out the important and interesting role of other characters. Mother in the novel Titip Rindu for Mother is very inspiring, especially the nature and character of how much the affection of a mother to patiently struggle and work hard to raise and raise the baby even though sometimes what is expected not in accordance with reality
BUDAYA KOMUNIKASI SUKU BUGIS DAN SUKU MANDAR DI SMP NEGERI 1 PASANGKAYU PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT (KAJIAN ETNOGRAFI KOMUNIKASI)
There are 2 main problems of this research such as: how is the form of communication culture of Bugis and Mandar tribe in SMP Negeri 1 Pasangkayu?, and hos is the speech strategy of Bugis and Mandar tribe in SMP Negeri 1 Pasangkayu? Data were collected through taking note and listening method using tapped technique. Data were analyzed using four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Furtheremore, the result of this research revelas 9 communication form they are: 1) command form, 2) suggest form, 3) complain form, 4) invite form, 5) ask form, 6) congratulate form, 7) apologize form, 8) joke form, and 9) promise form. Meanwhile, there are 8 direct speech strategy such as: 1) direct command strategy, 2) direct suggest strategy, 3) direct compalin startegy, 4) direct invite strategy, 5) direct ask strategy, 6) direct congratulate strategy, 7) direct apologize strategy, and 8) direct promise strategy. There are also 6 undirect speech strategy: 1) indirect command strategy, 2) indirect suggest strategy, 3) indirect compalin startegy, 4) indirect invite strategy, 5) indirect ask strategy, 6) indirect apologize strategy
