PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, SOLVABILITAS DAN BIAYA BUNGA TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS DI KOPERASI SERBA USAHA SEDANA GRAHA SESETAN DENPASAR PERIODE 2013-2019

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, solvency, and interest costs on profitability in the all-purpose cooperative Sedana Graha Sesetan Denpasar. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis, while to prove the hypothesis used the F test and t test techniques. The data collected is quantitative in the form of financial reports. The results showed that 1) the liquidity ratio measured by cash ratio has a significant negative effect on the profitability ratio, this means that the higher the level of cooperative liquidity, the lower the level of profitability achieved by KSU Sedana Graha Sesetan, because this can reduce the amount of profit so that disrupting cooperative operations, 2) the solvency ratio measured by debt to total assets has a significant positive effect on the profitability ratio, this means that the higher the level of the cooperative's solvency ratio, the higher the profitability ratio achieved by KSU Sedana Graha Sesetan, because this is short-term debt and the length of the company can be paid optimally by KSU Sedana Graha Sesetan, 3) Interest Expose Ratio measured by the interest exposure ratio has a negative and significant effect on the Profitability ratio, this means that the lower the Interest Cost ratio, the higher the Profitability ratio. s achieved by KSU Sedana Graha Sesetan. Because the higher the interest expense paid to customers, the less profit will be obtained by KSU Sedana Graha Sesetan. This research is expected to be a reference for Indonesian financial institutions, especially in the Sedana Graha Sesetan Business Savings Cooperative in identifying variables that can affect profitability, especially the Liquidity, Solvency, and Interest Costs ratio which can affect the profitability ratio of KSU Sedana Graha, in order to improve the financial quality of cooperatives. Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Lokasi Dan Promosi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Di Restoran Habitat Ubud

Consumer satisfaction that consumers feel can be a very strong support for a company to survive in the midst of a tight competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price, location and promotion on customer satisfaction at Habitat Ubud Restaurant partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were 8,210 consumers with a total sample size of 100 respondents using accidental sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that service quality, price, location and promotion had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Habitat Ubud Restaurant partially and simultaneously. Suggestions in this study are for company management to increase customer satisfaction by looking at the factors of service quality, price, location and promotion

Human resources are the most important assets of an organization because they are one of the assets that have a vital role in moving the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people, sampling using the census method, namely all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Tuturan Tenaga Kependidikan dan Mahasiswa di Rektorat Universitas Tadulako

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimanakah bentuk tuturan tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di Rektorat Universitas Tadulako, dan bagaimanakah fungsi tuturan tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di Rektorat Universitas Tadulako”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk tuturan tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di Rekorat Universitas Tadulako dan untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi tuturan tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di Rekorat Universitas Tadulako. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pendekatan kualitatif mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur antara tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di rektorat Universitas Tadulako. Data pada penelitian ini adalah berupa hasil rekaman tuturan antara tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa di rektorat Universitas Tadulako pada saat terjadi interaksi langsung. Sumber data yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis data, yakni mendeskripsikan tuturan tersebut kemudian memberikan kesimpulan tentang data yang dianalisis. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan , maka peneliti menemukan hasil penelitian tentang tindak tutur lokusioner, ilokosi, perlokusi tenaga kependidikan dan mahasiswa yang berupa lokusioner pada bagian representatif,direktif, asertif, komisif. Pada bagian tindak tutur ilokusi di peneliti menemukan ilokusi pada bagian eksersitif, behabitif, ekspositif. Untuk tindak perlokusi peneliti menemukan bagian Convicial. Selanjutnya peneliti juga menemukan tuturan langsung yang meliputi kalimat berita dan kalimat tanya dan tuturan tidak langsung yang berupa kalimat berita. Kepada para peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk meneliti tidan tutur lokusioner, ilokusi, perlokusi pada konteks yang berbeda.

Pengaruh In-Store Display Dan Brand Trust Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Produk Permen Xylitol Lotte

Consumer purchase interest is the stage where consumers form their choices among several brands that are members of the choice set, then in the end make a purchase at an alternative they like best or the process that consumers go through to buy a good or service based on various considerations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of in-store displays and brand trust on consumer buying interest in Tiara Dewata for Xylitol Lotte candy products. This research was conducted at Tiara Dewata. The number of samples used is as many as 90 respondents who are consumers of Tiara Dewata, with the accidental sampling method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the In-store display partially had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Xylitol Lotte candy products at Tiara Dewata. Partially, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Xylitol Lotte candy products at Tiara Dewata. In-store display and brand trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Xylitol Lotte candy products. The suggestion in this research is that Tiara Dewata's leadership should increase the innovation of product display compliance so that it can increase consumer buying interest

Keefektifan Metode Guessing Game Berbasis Case Method Terhadap Keterampilan Berbicara Siswa Smp Negeri 12 Palu

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan metode guessing game berbasis case method terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa SMP Negeri 12 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang dilakukan dalam tahapan siklus, meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas VII, VIII, dan IX berjumlah 47 siswa. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar peserta didik menggunakan metode guessing game menjadi lebih aktif dan bersemangat dalam belajar. Pada siklus ini, aktivitas belajar siswa dengan kriteria sangat baik, dengan hasil yang dicapai 89,42%.

Purchasing decision is a process of integrating which is combined to evaluate two or more alternative behaviors and select one of them. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, product completeness and service quality on purchasing decisions of Alfamart Belahkiuh in Badung Regency. This research was conducted at Alfamart Belahkiuh at Jalan Ciung Wanara, Br. Delod Pasar, Ex. Belahkiuh, Kec. Abiansemal, Kab. Badung. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability were given to respondents. The number of respondents taken was 99 respondents using the Accidental sampling method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, t test (partial regression), and F test (simultaneous regression). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that location had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Blahkiuh in Badung. Product completeness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Blahkiuh in Badung. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Alfamart Blahkiuh in Badung. Pengaruh Konflik Work Family Conflict dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat Wanita RSUD Wangaya Denpasar

Hospital is an industry engaged in health services which is responsible for health services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work-family conflict and work stress on the performance of female nurses in Wangaya hospital, Denpasar City. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The questionnaire was addressed to 100 respondents for further analysis using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that Work-Family Conflict had a negative and significant effect on the performance of female nurses at Wangaya Hospital, Denpasar City with work stress having a significant effect on nurse performance. women in Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City, and Work-Family Conflict (x1) and Work Stress (x2) have a significant effect on the performance (y) of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City
