Analiza kretanja motora s velikom temperaturnom razlikom
Pumps are common engineering devices which have become important sources of power to operate several commercial devices around us. Operation of these devices need complex mechanisms, however there are many novel pumps which exist in nature and operate without any external source of power. In this paper some of these devices have been reviewed. Liquid piston engines also fall in same category of these devices which use pressure fluctuations to pump fluid. Design and Working of these novel pumps has been discussed and future recommendations made to improve the current designs.

What dictates soft clay-like Lithium superionic conductor formation from rigid-salts mixture
Soft clay-like Li-superionic conductors have been recently synthesized by
mixing rigid-salts. Through computational and experimental analysis, we clarify
how a soft clay-like material can be created from a mixture of rigid-salts.
Using molecular dynamics simulations with a deep learning-based interatomic
potential energy model, we uncover the microscopic features responsible for
soft clay-formation from ionic solid mixtures. We find that salt mixtures
capable of forming molecular solid units on anion exchange, along with the slow
kinetics of such reactions, are key to soft-clay formation. Molecular solid
units serve as sites for shear transformation zones, and their inherent
softness enables plasticity at low stress. Extended X-ray absorption fine
structure spectroscopy confirms the formation of molecular solid units. A
general strategy for creating soft clay-like materials from ionic solid
mixtures is formulated.Comment: 3 figure
Case Report: Elbow Plica in a High School Pitcher
Elbow pain is a very common joint complaint with a variety of etiologies. Plica are often benign, asymptomatic and have no known function. Elbow plica may cause clinical symptoms in the elbow joint after they become hypertrophied or inflamed from repetitive activities or trauma. Symptomatic elbow plica may strike at any age but it is not a common radiographic finding among the pediatric population. In this case report, we are presenting a case of symptomatic left lateral hypertrophic elbow radiocapitellar plica in a 16 year old baseball thrower
OVERVIEW OF WORKING OF STRILING ENGINES
Engines are common devices which are important sources of power to run several devices in modern society. Many of these engines are very complex and need high levels of technological advances for smooth operations. This papers focuses on the identification, design and construction of a Stirling engine which can be easily manufactured without any special tooling or exotic materials. The underlying theory of the device is also presented and discussed with future recommendations to improve the current design

Evaluating the Impact of Sustainability and Pipeline Quality on Global Crude Oil Supply Chain Efficiency
In this paper, the efficiency Curve model shown in Modelling the Supply Chain (Author: Shapiro) is modified to compare Crude oil supply chain among Indonesia, Russia and Columbiabased on oil transportation distances and associated cost, refinery costs, and the costs associated with refinery sustainability and pipeline quality. However this model was originally used to determine the optimal locations of distribution centres based on transportation cost and the capacity of the distribution centres, this model was modified to allow the use of different costs associated with the quality condition of the pipeline and the costs of sustaining an environmentally friendly facility. This case used to optimize the total cost of oil supply chain for Indonesia, Russia and Columbia. We seek to extend our previous supply chain model, which represent the outbound oil supply chain. The outputs of this paper are efficiency curve that show how the costs of pipeline quality and facility sustainability affect the overall costs of the oil industry of Indonesia, Russia and Columbia. Keywords supply chain management, efficiency curve, quality, sustainability, optimization, crude oil supply chain, Russian Oil pipeline, and Oil refinery
Anaesthesia and anaesthesiologist speciality's knowledge assessment of paramedics in armed forces hospital: a questionnaire study
Background: Science of anaesthesia has revolutionized from traditional only application of relieving patient from pain induced during surgery to wide spectrum approaches like palliative care, critical care, perioperative care along with pain management. Despite of such critical roles in health care sector there is still a lack of awareness about anaesthesiology and anaesthesiologists. Current investigation was aimed towards assessing the awareness of paramedical staff regarding the role of anesthesiology. Methods: Current investigation was a prospective cross-sectional questionnaire-based study conducted on 100 paramedical staff posted in different departments of military hospital Jaipur.Ā All the study participants were interviewed face to face orally by an investigator using the set of questions listed in the questionnaire. Participants responses were documented and statistically represented as percentage. Results: Current study findings reveal that even though majority of the study participants (91) had experience more than 5 years in the hospital and most of them (Ė90%) of participants were having educational level of higher secondary or graduation still the role of anaesthesiologist outside operation theatre was poorly known to paramedical staff. It was also observed in current investigation that role of anesthetist in pain clinic was poorly known to most of the participating paramedical staff. Conclusions: Providing knowledge about expertise of anesthesiologist among paramedical staffs by incorporating anaesthesia in the curriculum, in house training programs, use of pamphlets, internet and other easily assessable techniques is highly desirable for spreading awareness of anaesthesia and anesthetist among paramedical staff, so that patient can avail anaesthesia related services effectively
