Iqropolly: Model Efektivitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kampung Adat Urug, Kabupaten Bogor

Urug Traditional Village which is located at Sukajaya Subdistrict in Bogor regency have a significant problem according to lack of religion education specifically for early age school group. The majority religion at Urug Traditional Village are moslem but their activities related to religion and social are still very limited and less interactive. For instance the religious activities like reading and learning Holy Quran is only held in one house and not at the mosque. Therefore it is very important to give an insight about the real value of Islam Religion for children in Urug Traditional Village through  educative game namely Iqropolly. The purpose of this program are: creating the Islamic atmosphere in Urug Traditional Village, Implementing the fun and religious activities and building social-interactive environtment for children specifically at Kiarapandak 02 elementary school. 3ME-N including learning, understanding, implementing and fun methode has been used in Iqropolly edugames also combines with playing and learning activities. Iqropolly has been one of  inovative edugames to stimulate the players, thus they can interact very well with others players. It also user friendly  for the players to internalize about  the islamic values and build a good character. According to the program evaluation after 4 (four) months the results showed that the children participants of this program is very responsive to the game Iqropolly. Learning outcomes of this program has reached until 78.4% in terms of good attitudes, reading Iqro, the practice of moslem praying, daily dua, reciting holy quran and knowledge about Islam. In addition, the iqropolly edugames has been proposed to obtain a patent and already published Iqropolly edugames guidance book with ISBN number

Implementasi Kebijakan Penertiban Gelandangan dan Pengemis oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Badung

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy of managing bums and beggars By the Badung District Civil Service Police Unit based on Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2016 concerning Public Order and Community Peace. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method using the policy implementation model by Van Meter and Van Horn. The results showed that the implementation of the policy to control bums and beggars had not been running optimally was still experiencing obstacles. This is because the enforcement of legal sanctions has not been fulfilled, lack of human resources and facilities and infrastructure. The factors that influence the implementation have not been maximized include: resource factors, factors of the attitude of the implementers, social, economic and political environmental factors. Efforts to improve the success of implementation by adding human resources, facilities and infrastructure and improving the performance of Satpol PP with law enforcement in accordance with local regulations, causing a deterrent effect on the homeless and beggars.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan penertiban gelandangan dan pengemis oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja kabupaten badung berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 7 Tahun 2016 tentang Ketertiban Umum dan Ketentraman Masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriftif kualitatif dengan menggunakan model implementasi kebijakan oleh Van Meter dan Van Horn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penertiban gelandangan dan pengemis belum berjalan maksimal masih mengalami kendala-kendala. Hal ini karena penegakan sanksi hukum belum dapat terpenuhi, kekurangan sumber daya manusia dan sarana dan prasarana, Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi belum maksimalnya implementasi tersebut antara lain: faktor sumber daya, faktor sikap para pelaksana, faktor lingkungan sosial, ekonomi dan politik. Upaya untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan implementasi dengan penambahan sumberdaya manusia, sarana dan prasarana dan peningkatan kinerja Satpol PP dengan penegakan hukum sesuai perda sehingga menimbulkan efek jera kepada gelandangan dan pengemis. &nbsp
