    The study aimed at finding out the extend of (1) the contribution between teacher\u27s competency toward the teacher\u27s performance, (2) the contribution between teacher\u27s profession attitude toward the teacher\u27s performance, (3) the contribution between teacher\u27s work\u27s motivation toward teacher\u27s performance, and (4) the contribution between teacher\u27s competency, profession attitude, and work motivation toward teacher\u27s performance of SMAN 1 Sukawati. This study utilized an ex-post facto. Population are the whole teacher\u27s at SMAN 1 SUkawati which contained 65 teachers. Sampel was taken from the whole teacher at SMAN 1 Sukawati by using population research. They were analyzed based on regression analysis on 5% significant level. The result of the study indicated that: (1) there is contribution between teacher\u27s competency toward teacher\u27s performance at SMAN 1 Sukawati with its contribution 36,1%, (2) there is contribution between teacher\u27s profession attitude toward teacher\u27s performance at with its contribution 37,8%, (3) there is contribution between teacher\u27s work\u27s motivation toward teacher\u27s performance at SMAN 1 Sukawati with its contribution 39,3%, and (4) there is positive contribution between teachers competency, profession attitude and work\u27s motivation towards teacher\u27s performance at SMAN 1 Sukawati with its contribution 60,6%

    Analisis Determinasi Kualitas Perencanaan, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Smk PGRI 4 Denpasar

    The objectives of this study was to determine the magnitude of Planning Quality determination of independent variables (X­1), Organization Culture (X2), Discipline (X3), and teacher performance (Y) toward the dependent variable at SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar. This research belonged to the subject of quantities research approaches, the research conducted are classified as “ex post facto”. Simple regression, multiple regressions, multiple correlation as well as partial correlation are carried out in analyzing data. The populations of the subjects study were teachers of SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar, amounting to 90 people. Samples in this study were taken with a proportional random sampling technique, the sample size by 73 teachers. Data are collected using questionnaires. The result showed that: (1) there is a determination of planning quality towards the performance of teachers in SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar with a determination equal to 47,5%, (2) there is a determination of organization culture towards the performance of teacher in SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar with a determination equal to 36,1%, (3) There is a determination towards the performance of work discipline teacher in SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar with a determination equal to 28,5%, and (4) simultaneously there is a determination of planning quality, organization culture, and discipline employment of teachers towards teacher performance in SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar with a determination equal to 62,1%

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi berprestasi guru dan supervise kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Karangasem. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto yang berbentuk korelasional dengan populasi seluruh guru SMA di Kabupaten Karangasem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi berprestasi guru dan supervise kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA Kabupaten Karangasem baik secara mandiri ataupun secara simultan. Dengan demikian, ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Karangasem.     Kontribusi Kompetensi Profesional, Supervisi Pendidikan Dan Iklim Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kontribusi kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 2 Amlapura; (2) kontribusi supervisi pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 2 Amlapura; (3) kontribusi iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 2 Amlapura; dan (4) kontribusi kompetensi profesional, supervisi pendidikan dan iklim kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 2 Amlapura. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah semua guru SMPN 2 Amlapura. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik studi sensus. Besarnya sampel penelitian adalah 50 orang. Data kompetensi profesional, supervisi pendidikan dan iklim kerja dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner model skala Likert. Data kinerja guru dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar penilaian kinerja guru dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 2 Amlapura; (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan supervisi pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 2 Amlapura; (3) terdapat konstribusi yang signifikan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 2 Amlapura; dan (4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan kompetensi profesional, supervisi pendidikan dan iklim kerja sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 2 Amlapura.Kata Kunci : kompetensi profesional, supervisi pendidikan, iklim kerja, kinerja guru. The findings are: (1) there was significant contribution of professional competence towards teachers' performance in SMPN 2 Amlapura; (2) there was significant contribution of educational supervision towards teachers' performance in SMPN 2 Amlapura; (3) there was significant contribution of working climate towards teachers' performance in SMPN 2 Amlapura; and (4) there was simultaneous contribution of professional competence, educational supervision and working climate towards teachers' performance in SMPN 2 Amlapura

    This school based action research was conducted in two cycles which involved 21 teachers of social subject at grade IV, V, VI in Gugus IV Sukasada district as the population. The subject of the study were the 21 teachers which selected by using census study technique. The data collected by distributing questionnaires. The data was analyzed descriptively. The results of the study showed that: (1) the ability level of the Social Subject teachers in managing the instructional process at grade IV, V, VI of elementary school in Gugus IV Sukasada district after the implementation of clinical supervision in the first cycle was categorized as “fair“; (2) the ability level of the Social Subject teachers in managing the instructional process at grade IV, V, VI of elementary school in Gugus IV Sukasada district after the implementation of clinical supervision in the second cycle was categorized “good”; and (3) there was improvement of teacher\u27s ability in managing the social studies learning process after the implementation of clinical supervision in the first cycle and second cycle

    Kontribusi Efektivitas Kepemimpinan, Budaya Oranisasi Dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar

    This research was aimed at knowing the contribution of effectiveness leadership, organizational cultural and work ethics on employee's job satisfaction at Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar, both separately as well as simultaneously. The study population was all employees at Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar, as many as 66 people. All of them are the subject respondent of the study. This study belonged to a ex-post-facto in the lock of explaining a causal correlational problem descriptivily. The analysis results shows: (1) There is a significant contribution of effectiveness leadership on employee's job satisfaction at Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar, with contribution of 42,2% and effective contribution of 20,4%; (2) There is a significant contribution of organizational cultural on employee's job satisfaction at Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar, with contribution of 36,4% and effective contribution of 17,3%; (3) There is a significant contribution of work ethics on employee's job satisfaction at Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar, with contribution of 40,2% and effective contribution of 21,4%; and (4) There are a significant contribution simultaneously of effectiveness leadership, organizational cultural and work ethics toward employee's job satisfaction at Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar, with contribution of 59,8%

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Practice Experience PPL Students of FPOK IKIP PGRI Bali 2012 seen from the variable context, input, process and product, as well as the constraints encountered in implementation. Research conducted including quantitative evaluative research, which shows the procedure and process of program implementation. This study analyzes the effectiveness of the program with CIPP model. Number of members of the sample of 76 sampling techniques (sampling techniques) used was purposive sampling consisting of 55 students, 10 lecturers and 11 tutors teachers. Research subjects are determined by purposive random sampling technique samples. Data was collected by questionnaires. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis. To determine the effectiveness of the program, raw scores were transformed into T-scores were then verified in a prototype Glickman. The analysis found that the effectiveness of the implementation of the FPOK PPL's Students of IKIP PGRI Bali in 2012 is that affectivelly categories, by the context, input, process and results variable with the results (+ + + +). Although the category is ready, but in general there are obstacles encountered in the implementation of the student's PPL are facilities and infrastructure.The research findings saw it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of the FPOK's PPL Students of IKIP PGRI Bali in 2012 belong to the category of effectively.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan besarnya kontribusi beberapa variabel (1) tingkat inteligensi terhadap prestasi belajar bahasa Inggris (2) nilai ujian nasional bahasa Inggris SMP terhadap prestasi belajar bahasa Inggris , (3) minat belajar bahasa Inggris terhadap prestasi belajar bahasa Inggris, dan (4) kontribusi secara bersama-sama dari tingkat inteligensi, nilai Ujian Nasional bahasa Inggris SMP dan minat belajar bahasa Inggris terhadap prestasi belajar bahasa Inggris siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.Populasi penelitian ini g berjumlah 224 dan sampel 140 orang menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi . Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat inteligensi, nilai Ujian Nasional bahasa Inggris SMP, dan minat belajar bahasa Inggris berkontribusi signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Inggris siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Amlapura pada tahun pelajaran 2012/2013, baik secara terpisah maupun simultan.Kata Kunci : Inteligensi, Nilai Ujian Nasional, Minat Belajar, Prestasi Belajar This research aims at finding out the contribution of (1) intelligence level, (2) SMP national final English examination score, (3) students' learning interest and (4) intelligence level, SMP national final English examination score, and students' learning interest toward the students'learning acheivement on English both separately and simultaneously. The study was conducted in SMA Negeri 2 Amlapura in academic year 2012/2013. The population consisted of X grade students which made total of 224 students. 140 students were determined as samples of the study by using simple random sampling technique. This study was designed by using ex post facto. The data were collected through documentations and questionnaires. The Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and regression analysis The findings showed that : (1) the intelligence level contributes significantly toward the English students' learning achievement with contribution of 74%, (2) the SMP national final English examination contributes significantly toward the English students' learning achievement with contribution of 27,2 %, (3) The students' learning interest contributes significantly toward the English students'learning achievement with contribution of 50,7 %, (4) The intelligence level, national final English examination, and students learning interest contributes both separately and simultaneously toward the English students' learning achievement with contribution of 82%.keyword : Intelligence Level, National Final Examination, Students' Learning Interest, Students' Learning Achievemen

    Determinasi Pola Kepemimpinan Hindu, Etos Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Ihdn Denpasar

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi pola kepemimpinan Hindu, etos kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai IHDN Denpasar baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan tergolong penelitian ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai IHDN Denpasar yang berjumlah 83 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling, dengan ukuran sebanyak 77 orang. Pengumpulan data disaring dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode korelasi parsial dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat determinasi pola kepemimpinan Hindu terhadap kinerja pegawai IHDN Denpasar dengan determinasi sebesar 39,3%, (2) terdapat determinasi etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai IHDN Denpasar dengan determinasi sebesar 29,1%, (3) terdapat determinasi pola kepemimpinan Hindu terhadap kinerja pegawai IHDN Denpasar dengan determinasi sebesar 22,1%, dan (4) terdapat determinasi pola kepemimpinan Hindu, etos kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap terhadap kinerja pegawai IHDN Denpasar dengan determinasi sebesar 51,5%. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat determinasi pola kepemimpinan Hindu, etos kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai IHDN Denpasar.Kata Kunci : pola kepemimpinan Hindu, etos kerja, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja pegawai This study aimed to find the determination of Hindu leadership pattern, work ethos, and organization culture towards employee performance at IHDN Denpasar both simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique was taken by proportional random sampling with the size were 77 employees. The data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis methods that used in this study were partial correlation and multiple linear regression. The findings result show that: (1) there is a determination of Hindu leadership pattern towards employee performance with the determination of 39.3%, (2) there is a determination of work ethos towards employee performance with the determination of 29.1%, (3) there is a determination of organization culture towards employee performance with the determination of 22.1%, and (4) there is a determination of Hindu leadership pattern, work ethos, and organization culture towards employee performance at IHDN Denpasar with the determination of 51.5%. Based on those findings, it could be concluded that there is there is a determination of Hindu leadership pattern, work ethos, and organization culture towards employee performance at IHDN Denpasar

    Determinasi Supervisi Bimbingan Konseling, Iklim Kerja Sekolah, Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pembimbing Pada SMA Negeri Di Kabupaten Badung

    This study aimed at knowing the determination of counseling guidance supervision, school work climate and work motivation toward the performance of government Senior High School counseling teachers in Badung regency both separately and simultaneously. The population of the study was all Senior High School counseling teacher in Badung regency in which the total number was 39 teachers. Purposive sampling technique was applied to obtain the sample and total sample was 33 teachers. This study used ex-post facto approach. The data were collected by questionnaires and observation sheets as well. Data were analyzed by using regression, correlation and analysis of determination. The results of the research showed that : (1) there was a significant determination of counseling guidance supervision toward the performance of counseling teacher in which the determination was 62,9%, (2) there was a significant determination of school work climate toward the performance of counseling teacher in which the determination was 49,0%, (3) there was a significant determination of work motivation toward the performance of counseling teacher in which the determination was 39,7%. And (4) there was a significant determination of counseling guidance supervision, school work climate, work motivation simultaneously toward the performance of counseling teacher in which the determination was 75,9%. Based of the above findings, it can be concluded that there was a significant determination of counseling guidance supervision, school work climate and work motivation toward the performance of Senior High School counseling teachers in Badung regency both separately and simultaneously
