    This study was conducted to determine the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on employee job satisfaction at Batan Waru Restaurants Lippo Mall Kuta. The study was conducted on employees Batan Waru by the number of respondents as many as 35 employees. The number of respondents is determined using saturation sampling technique. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 26 indicators. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results distributive justice positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction, procedural fairness positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction, as well as interactional fairness positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. The limitation of this study is the location of this research will be in the scope of the restaurant industry in Batan Waru Lippo Mall, Kuta, so the results of this study can not explain the circumstances of the other restaurants besides restaurants Batan Waru Lippo Mall, Kuta

    Penelitian ini.bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi, lingkungan.kerja dan partisipasi secara simultan.berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. pada PT. BPR Parthasedana Gianyar di Blahbatuh, Gianyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berbentuk asosiatif. Sumber data berupa data primer dan sekunder. Menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh berjumlah 47 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara serempak kompensasi, lingkungan. kerja dan partisipasi berpengaruh.signifikan terhadap kepuasan. kerja di PT. BPR Parthasedana Gianyar di Blahbatuh, Gianyar (Fhitung sebesar 121,366). Secara parsial variabel kompensasi, lingkungan.kerja dan partisipasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Variabel lingkungan kerja merupakan variabel.dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan.kerja pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Parthasedana Gianyar di Blahbatuh, Gianyar (b = 0,618)

    Pengaruh Efikasi Diri terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap organization citizenship behaviour dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi di PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Denpasar. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 52 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 17 item pernyataan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Anaylsis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizhenship behaviour, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizhenship behaviour, serta penelitian ini juga berhasil membuktikan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Denpasar. Saran bagi pihak PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Denpasar sebaiknya memperhatikan strength dan tipe pekerjaan untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan OCB PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Denpasar

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance. To achieve these objectives done gathering data by means of questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaires were administered to respondents (employees), to further analyzed using path analysis (path analysis). The employee population as many as 74 employees. With the population of more than 74 employees will use the entire population as the sample (sample saturated). Based on the analysis that the obtained results transformational leadership influence on employee job satisfaction. Organizational commitment influence on employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction influence on employee performance. Transformational leadership influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment influence on employee performance. For further research is expected to add another variable that is thought to affect satisfaction and employee performance so that the scope of the research results could be wider

    This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, job satisfaction to determine the effect on employee performance, to determine the effect of organizational commitment to employee performance in Natya Hotel, Kuta, Bali. This research was conducted in Natya Hotel Kuta Bali. Sampling method nonprobability sampling that the saturation sampling with 45 respondents. Data analysis method used is the analysis of the path (path). The analysis showed that job satisfaction is positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance and organizational commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the research results, the company Natya Hotel Kuta Bali should retain and increase the job satisfaction of employees to be more motivated to work thus increasing commitment to the company and improve performance
