The surgical management of pancreatic pseudocysts ā outcomes on a group of seven patients
The pancreatic pseudocyst represents the main complication that occurred 3 to 6 weeks after an outbreak of acute or chronic pancreatitis represented by a collection containing pancreatic enzymes without their own epithelial wall. In the present paper, we present a study performed on 7 patients admitted to the Surgical Department of Sibiu County Emergency Clinical Hospital who were diagnosed with pancreatic pseudocyst between 2016 and 2020, and the drainage of the mini-invasive pancreatic pseudocyst by an incision in the right lumbar area, in the case of a 53-year-old patient known to have a history of multiple cardiac defects, the pancreatic pseudocyst being discovered approximately 6 months before, for which the patient underwent conservative treatment, and who had 5 resuscitated cardio-respiratory arrests throughout the evolution
Klebsiella pneumoniae cryptogenic liver abscess and endophthalmitis ā a case report and review of literature
Klebsiella pneumoniae has emerged as the predominant pathogenic agent of liver abscess in Asia, and the incidence is increasing worldwide. Hypervirulent strains are associated with septic metastatic dissemination in the eyes, lungs, and central nervous system, causing severe morbidity. We present the case of a 54year old man, with no previous comorbidities, admitted in emergency for the blind red painful eye. Further investigation documented septic endophthalmitis with transscleral extension and orbital cellulitis. Thoraco-abdominal computed tomography evidenced a hepatic abscess as the locus of the primary infection. Intravenous antibiotherapy with cefuroxime, followed by meropenem and vancomycin were efficient for managing the hepatic abscess. However, as the eyeball was perforated at the admission, evisceration was performed. The vitreous sample revealed Klebsiella pneumoniae, with a positive string test as the etiologic agent. The diagnostic and therapeutic management required a permanent collaboration between an ophthalmologist, infectious diseases specialist, surgeon, and radiologist

Under these conditions occurs the exercise of diplomatic law. Diplomatic missions exercise diplomacy and obviously promote foreign policy of the State. The authors highlight the diplomatic functions and diplomatic activity, characterise the functions of diplomatic missions and the specifi c of functions of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Moldova accredited in other states. Rumunsko i grÄko-tursko-persijsko-arapsko nasleÄe - osobenosti rumunskog crkvenog pojanja
Romanian cantors, clergymen and musicologists debated the problem of a national church chant from the late 19th century onwards. Amongst other things, they tried to define the specific traits of Romanian chant, to place these traits in opposition with Turkish and Oriental ones, and to show that traits of Romanian chant bore witness to a European and not an Oriental identity. This paper discusses various views on the traits of Romanian chant and the composing techniques of the 'Romanianization' of Greek pieces, and points to the connections between these traits and national myths and symbols shared by Romanians.U radu su predstavljena najuticajnija miÅ”ljenja o karakteristiÄnim crtama rumunskog pravoslavnog pojanja i ukazano je na pravac i uslove u kojima su se ona menjala tokom XIX i XX veka.
