    Community Motivation in Raising Kele Honey (Trigona SP) in Gegelang Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency

    To support the efforts of Gegelang Village to become a honey village, PT Pertamina (Persero) Integrated Terminal Manggis through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program implemented the Kele Honey Bee Cultivation Program. The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation of the community in raising honey bee kele (Trigona Sp) and the factors that influence the motivation of the community in raising honey bee kele in Gegelang Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency. This research was conducted in Gegelang Village, the location selection was determined purposively. The population in this study amounted to 472 families while the sampling technique in this study used the simple random sampling method with the Slovin formula so that the number of samples taken was 83 people. Data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of the research, the motivation of the community in raising honey kele in Gegelang Village is in the high category with the achievement of a score of 4.01

    Comparison Effecting of Mixture on Three Meat Factors and Three Culinary Sectors on Consumers in Restaurant Nusa Dua

    This study aims to find the best culinary mix of 3 meat factors, namely: chicken, pork, and beef mixed with 3 culinary factors, namely kebab, spaghetti, and hamburger. The research design used a factorial design with 3 replications, so that the total number of observations was 27 units including KA (chicken kebab), KB (pork kebab), KS (Cow Kebab), SA (Chicken Spaghetti, SB (Spaghetti Babi, SS (Spaghetti) Cow, HA (Chicken Hamberger), HB (Pig Hamberger, HS (Cow Hamberger) each repeated 3 times so that a 3x3x3 factorial analysis occurs using analysis of variants processed with SPSS (Statistical Product System Solution), each variable is measured by the number of consumers who From the results of the Duncant Test, it was found that the culinary products that bought the most buyers were 37.56 (P<0.05), spaghetti 23.22 (P<0.05), hamberger 21.11 (P<0.5), while the desire to choose a mixture of meat was not significantly different, chicken was 31.67 (P> 0.05, beef 21.11 (P>0.05), pork was 23.11 (P> 0,05) The interaction between culinary types and meat types was not significantly different (P> 0.05) It can be concluded that the real type of kebab culinary is the most preferred by consumers

    Community Income of Honey Bee Cultivation in Protected Forest Edge Area

    This study aims to analyze the level of income, the minimum scale of the amount of honey beekeeping, and the minimum selling price for the honey produced so that farmers get profits. Determination of the location of the study using the purposive method with the consideration that Pempatan Village, Rendang District, Karangasem Regency is one of the honey centers. The population in this study amounted to 63 people who cultivate honey bees. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 30 people. The types of data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting observations and interviews with respondents. The data analysis methods used in this study are (1) Revenue Analysis, (2) Revenue Cost Ratio, (3) Break Event point. Based on the research results, the community's income from honey bee cultivation is IDR. 3.369.300,-/month while the R/C ratio of honey bee cultivation in Pempatan Village is 2.1, which means it is feasible to cultivate. If it is seen from the BEP Production from beekeeping is 7.08 liters, BEP Prices from honey bee cultivation are IDR. 154,516,-/liter and BEP Revenue from beekeeping is IDR. 2,337,145
