    Pengaruh Moral Karyawan dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior

    This study aimed to determine the effect of employee morale and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, and determine the influence of employee morale and organizational commitment together to organizational citizenship behavior. This research includes studies explanation or explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees of the Licensing Services Agency One Stop And Investment (BPPTSP & PM) Denpasar. The samples were analyzed by 67 respondents using methods of sampling jenuh.Metode data collection was conducted through a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Results of the analysis showed that the morale of employees and organizational commitment have significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employee Licensing Services Agency One Stop Investment (BPPTSP & PM) Denpasar. Employee morale and organizational commitment simultaneous positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior on employee Licensing Services Agency One Stop Investment (BPPTSP & PM) Denpasa

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Indonusa Algaemas Prima Bali dengan responden 64 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Kemudian komitmen organisasional juga berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and employee loyalty on employee performance at Koperasi Danu Jaya Tabanan. This study used a quantitative research by using surveys and questionnaires to 40 employees of Koperasi Danu Jaya Tabanan. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Obtained findings that transformational leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance in Koperasi Danu Jaya Tabanan. Other results found that employee loyalty and a significant positive effect on employee performance in Koperasi Danu Jaya Tabanan. Furthermore, transformational leadership and employee loyalty simultaneously significant effect on employee performance in Koperasi Danu Jaya Tabanan

    Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Bali Hyatt Sanur untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menentukan semangat kerja karyawan. Dengan metode Propotional Stratified Random, jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 84 orang. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis faktor adalah teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan tidak mengklasifikasikan variabelnya sebagai dependent dan independent variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua faktor yang diteliti, yakni faktor lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, motivasi, kepemimpinan, penempatan karyawan, dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Berdasarkan hasil ini, pihak manajemen Hotel Bali Hyatt Sanur hendaknya memperhatikan keenam faktor tersebut karena telah teruji mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawannya

    Mapping of Ecosystem Management Problems in Gili Meno, Gili Air and Gili Trawangan (Gili Matra) Through Participative Approach

    Coral reefs, mangroves and birds are becoming the major attraction of tourism in three islands - Gili Meno, Gili Air and Gili Trawangan (Gili Matra) - Lombok, Indonesia. Since the launching as a conservation area in 1993, tourism in Gili Matra has grown rapidly. On the other hand, the ecosystem continues to be degraded. Sooner or later, the ecosystem degradation will affect tourism and economic sustainability of the community in Gili Matra. The purposes of this study were to identify the stakeholders, and to map the ecosystem management problems in Gili Matra, to provide the basis for policy making in the future. The research method was depth interviews and focus group discussion (FGD). Identification of stakeholders was conducted using stakeholder analysis, while mapping of ecosystem management problems was carried out by participatory mapping. The stakeholders, who manage the ecosystem as tourism assets in Gili Matra, are: government, community and businessmen. The fishermen, tourists and businessmen are the primary stakeholders, meaning they have a high interest and the greatest influence on ecosystem management. Destructive behavior of stakeholders, especially the main stakeholders has led to the degradation of the ecosystem in Gili Matra, so it is important to nurture these stakeholders, to sustain tourism and economic viability of the community in Gili Matra

    Sanurus sp., Acrocercops sp. and Helopeltis sp. are important pests of cashews in Nusa Tenggara Barat. Pesticide USAge to control these pests has so far not been successful, and thus the USAge of natural enemy as an alternative control methods should be developed. Spider represents one of the natural enemies which are found in cashew plantation. The aims of the research is to study spider population and its predatory ability in cashew plantation. The study has been conducted in an area of cashew plantation at Dusun Jugil, Desa Sambik Bangkol, Lombok Utara. Spider predation was directly observed for 78 days, starting from May to August 2009. Edgar formula was used to measure spider predation per day. The study found 19 species of spider consisting from eight families. The abundance of Neoscona theisi is higher than Tetragnatha maxillosa, but the proportion of N. theisi with prey is less than T. maxillosa. This phenomenon indicates that spider's abundance, does not directly show its potential as natural enemy in that habitat. N. nautica consumed at least 3.84 preys per day, but not all of its prey represents the pest of cashew. N. theisi consumed 1.67 preys per day and all of its prey represents pests of cashew. This study show that the amount of prey which can be consumed by spider per day does not directly show the potential of spiders as natural enemey of cashew pest
