Development of Expert System by using Logical Comparative Conclusion in the Function of Organizational Performance Improvement
The paper is created as the tendency of a group of authors, that with an integrative approach in the application of intelligent systems, by using analogy with some function in human body, to develop a model to improve organizational performance. The paper is based on two unique bases, of a representative number of data that reflect real business conditions and including a significant number of organizations. In order to achieve the set goals, several approaches were adopted, tools and methods, such as analytic hierarchy process (AHP) methodology, case base reasoning, artificial intelligence tools– expert systems, verification in real condition and other. As the key outcomes of the paper are obtained the fields that are critical to achieve the best organizational performance, and indicators for the development of expert systems whose functions, efficiency and effectiveness are verified in real conditions
IMPACT OF ICT SUPPORT, LEADERSHIP AND QUALITY ON SUSTAINABILITY AND BUSINESS EXCELLENCE
A problem of Business Excellence (BE) has been investigated according to different aspects. For more detailed analysis it is necessary to develop an integrative model of business excellence, respecting baseline model of business excellence according to European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM), with possibility to define relationships and level of significance of different variables. The main goal of the paper is to develop an integrative model for simulation effects in order to improve the ICT support, quality and leadership as independent variables on business excellence (BE). The model has been developed using techniques of modelling complex dynamic systems and evaluated using statistical techniques. In the sample of 159 organization in Serbian ICT support, leadership and quality and their impact on BE have been analysed. After analysis of simulation, it had been concluded that it is possible to improve business excellence with relative small investment in ICT support, leadership and quality.https://jibi.aspur.rs/archive/v1/n1/1.phpPublishe
Smanjenje troškova proizvodnje regeneracijom zaptivnih elemenata
Kod mašina za izradu gumenih mešavina vremenom dolazi do habanja zaptivnih elemenata. Zaptivne elemente čine dvodelni prstenovi i čaure, čiji je zadatak da obezbede zaptivanje između komore i rotora miksera. Dodirne površine prstenova i čaura su u neposrednom kontaktu, tako da pri radu mašine dolazi do habanja ovih zaptivnih elemenata. Kontaktne površine moraju da poseduju visoka antihabajuća svojstva i visok kvalitet obrađene površine, a potrebno je vršiti i podmazivanje odgovarajućim uljem kako bi se habanje svelo na najmanju moguću meru U ovom radu je izvršena analiza uticaja postupka regeneracije ovih zaptivnih elemenata na troškove proizvodnje. Konkretno, analiziran je uticaj kontaktnih površina na kojima se nalazi stelit (originalni prstenovi i čaure), površina regenerisanih tvrdom elektrodom i površina regenerisanih specijalnom aluminijumsko - kalajnom bronzom, na troškove proizvodnje.Publishe

Constantly expanding market demands in terms of product range and product quality, price reduction and delivery times, are the basic requirements of small enterprises. How small business can respond to these requirements, or how fast, at a lower price and make the product quality, i.e. reduce the time and cost of processing, the answer is requested in the application of information technology and reengineering. LEAN PROIZVODNJA - POLAZ ZA USPEŠNU PRIMENU
U periodu posle 1990. godine širom sveta je primetna tranzicija sa sistema serijske ili masovne proizvodnje na integrisane proizvodne sisteme. Shvatajudi potencijal integrisanih proizvodnih sistema kod kojih se ostvaruju smanjeni troškovi izbegavanjem otpada mnoga preduzeda slede primer Toyota-e i pokušavaju da poboljšaju performanse svojih proizvodnih sistema primenjivanjem koncepata i metoda Lean proizvodnje. Koncept Lean proizvodnje nudi strategiju kojom se eliminiše otpad, postiže visoki kvalitet procesa i proizvoda i smanjuje vreme koje je potrebno da se novi proizvod nađe na tržištu. Ovakav koncept je uspešno primenjen kod velikih preduzeda dok se mala i srednja preduzeda susredu sa problemima kada pokušavaju da inplementiraju koncepte i metode Lean proizvodnje. To je prouzrokovano različitim efektima Lean metoda na proizvodnju u zavisnosti od uslova u proizvodnji koji se odnose na različitost proizvoda i njihove količine, varijacije procesa, vremena trajanja procesa itd. S obzirom da u Srbiji gotovo da ne postoji preduzede koje koristi prednosti koncepta Lean proizvodnje ovaj rad predstavlja kratki pregled istorijata nastanka Lean proizvodnje, njenih osnovnih ciljeva i principa i tehnika i alata koji se pri tome koriste kao i pregled najznačajnije literature koja se bavi ovom tematikom.Publishe
THE IMPACT OF HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL SYSTEM INTEGRATION ON QUALITY 4.0
The era of Industry 4.0 insists on the necessity of understanding the connection between the strategy of horizontal and vertical system integration with Quality 4.0. A key segment for the effective implementation of Quality 4.0 is the creation of an organizational system that combines vertical and horizontal integration. In the paper, an overview of the literature related to Quality 4.0 and the mentioned integration in Industry 4.0 was given, and the importance of their understanding in Industry 4.0 was pointed out. Also, the focus of the work is on pointing out advantages, challenges and presenting solutions to overcome these challenges. Defining a Software Solution Requirements for Document Management in Public Enterprises: A Methodology of Organizations Reframing into Quality - Smart Public Enterprises
Enterprise sustainability belongs to the fourth industrial revolution era that requires a new approach based on intelligent technologies and the new role of leadership and sustainability structure with respecting new trends in emerging smart technologies and a new focus on Society 5.0. Smart parking has a significant role to foster determinants of sustainability in public parking enterprises and achieve adequate mobility in smart cities. Thus, smart parking is the subject of the research presented in the paper. The paper defines vital processes, including leadership processes and technologies needed for smart parking, managed by innovative public parking enterprises. Having this in mind, trends, key facts, results of the present state of an innovative technology enterprise, and methodologies for designing and establishing smart public parking enterprises are analyzed. The paper aims to identify the present sustainability state of parking enterprises by developing a model that includes the independent variables such as leadership level of intelligent technologies usage included in quality of the business processes, and risk related to the business processes. A dependent variable is the sustainability of smart public parking enterprises. All variables have their indicators which could be assessed by appropriate techniques such as questionnaire techniques, and statistical and artificial neural network approaches.
