    Enterprise sustainability belongs to the fourth industrial revolution era that requires a new approach based on intelligent technologies and the new role of leadership and sustainability structure with respecting new trends in emerging smart technologies and a new focus on Society 5.0. Smart parking has a significant role to foster determinants of sustainability in public parking enterprises and achieve adequate mobility in smart cities. Thus, smart parking is the subject of the research presented in the paper. The paper defines vital processes, including leadership processes and technologies needed for smart parking, managed by innovative public parking enterprises. Having this in mind, trends, key facts, results of the present state of an innovative technology enterprise, and methodologies for designing and establishing smart public parking enterprises are analyzed. The paper aims to identify the present sustainability state of parking enterprises by developing a model that includes the independent variables such as leadership level of intelligent technologies usage included in quality of the business processes, and risk related to the business processes. A dependent variable is the sustainability of smart public parking enterprises. All variables have their indicators which could be assessed by appropriate techniques such as questionnaire techniques, and statistical and artificial neural network approaches.     Chemical Composition of Healthy and Raspberry Leaf Blotch Emaravirus-Infected Red Raspberry ‘Willamette’ Fruits

    The aim of this study was to determine the changes in chemical composition of fresh red raspberry ‘Willamette’ fruits caused by the presence of raspberry leaf blotch emaravirus (RLBV). In three experimental orchards of ‘Willamette’ raspberry, fruits were harvested from RLBV-free and RLBV-infected plants in 2019 and 2020. Fruits were collected at appropriate maturity stages and further analyzed in terms of total phenolics, total anthocyanins, and selected individual phenolics. In all three experimental orchards, the phenolic profiles of the infected and uninfected fruit samples were considerably different during both studied years. Nonetheless, the intensity of the modifications varied greatly depending on the location and harvest year. Statistical analysis revealed that the influence of RLBV infection on the studied features was undeniable, although the influences of weather conditions and soil composition outweighed the influence of RLBV. Taking into consideration all the experimental and statistical data, it can be concluded that RLBV had an impact on the phenolic profile of raspberry ‘Willamette’ fruits, while sensitivity to environmental conditions and soil composition is emphasized.Publishe

    Медијација је један од АДР поступака, који се базира на преговарању и отвореној комуникацији (а не продубљивању конфликта), у чијем фокусу су најпре потребе учесника, а примарни циљ досезање до обострано прихватљивог решења за странке. То је погодан метод за решавање привредних спорова, посебно када је реч о привредним споровима са елементом иностраности, будући да показује значајне предности у односу на судски поступак. Међународна медијација је у Србији нормативно уређена одредбама Закона о посредовању у решавању спорова. У раду је направљен осврт на нека питања у вези са међународном медијацијом код решавања привредних спорова, из угла нашег права (испитивање медијабилности привредног спора, споразум постигнут у међународној медијацији и његово извршење, улога медијатора и сл). Посебна пажња посвећена је питању извршења споразума постигнутог у медијацији код таквих спорова са елементом иностраности, при чему су разматране различите правне ситуације.Publishe

    EMBRACING TECHNOLOGY IN DISTANCE MATHEMATICS EDUCATION: INVESTIGATING STUDENTS' PERCEPTIONS OF THE TEACHERS’ USAGE OF THE PEN TABLET

    The inability to directly communicate mathematical content through various representations of concepts resented a significant challenge after the shift from face to-face teaching to distance mathematics education in Serbia. Some mathematics teachers attempted to overcome this gap by using a pen tablet during mathematics classes. The aim of this research is to determine the attitudes of upper-grade elementary and high school students about whether the meaningful use of a pen tablet by teachers contributes to the quality of distance mathematics education. The examined sample included 202 students from upper elementary and high school. The research results indicate that students are indeed aware of the benefits of teachers using a pen tablet to achieve learning outcomes. In most specific statements, there are no significant differences in the attitudes of elementary and high school students, as well as differences in attitudes in relation to gender. Specifically, girls, to a greater extent than boys, agree with the statement that the use of a pen tablet helped them better understand the teaching and learning contents, as well as that there are more benefits to using a pen tablet in classes that cover arithmetic (algebra) topics.     PHENOLIC CONTENT AND ANTIOXIDANT PROPERTIES OF SOME NATURAL COSMETIC CREAMS WITH PLANT-DERIVED INGREDIENTS AVAILABLE ON THE SERBIAN MARKET

    The main goal of this study is to determine some properties of natural cosmetic creams that may have benefits for the skin. Five different cosmetic cream formulations with ingredients of botanical origin such as plant extracts, plant oil macerates, or essential oils were subjected to determine their phenolic content and antioxidant activity using the DPPH method. Total phenolic compounds were detected in all tested samples in the range of 1.7 to 0.2 mg GA/g but some samples did not contain flavonoids and did not possess antioxidant activity. The highest phenolic content and the strongest antioxidant activity were recorded for samples with the highest number of ingredients of plant origin.Publishe

    Sample Preparation of Adherent Cell Lines for Flow Cytometry: Protocol Optimization—Our Experience with SW-480 colorectal cancer cell line

    The most common method for detection of apoptosis is fow cytometry. In previously published studies there are some uncertainties and problems about the preparation of adherent cell lines for analysis. Thus, the aim of this study is to determine and describe how preparing the sample of SW-480 cells in two diferent ways afects the reliability of the results. In Protocol 1 the total cell number, cells in fow media and cells which adhere, were used, while in Protocol 2 the medium was removed after cell incubation and only the adherent cells were used. Results show statistically signifcant changes in percentages of diferent cell types (viable, apoptosis, and necrosis) between two diferent protocols. Protocol 2, where the frst medium with dead cells were removed and only the cells that were attached to the bottom were used for analysis, give better cell viability in the control sample. Removing the medium is especially recommended for long-term treatments, where the cells consume nutrients and, due to lack, initiate apoptosis. After 72 h, spontaneous apoptosis is detectable in control cells and indicates low viability of the control sample, while in treated cells by proapoptotic substances, together with induced apoptosis leads to cumulative or synergistic efects.Publishe

    The analysis underlines the crucial role of optimized fertilizer use in modern agriculture, which improves crop performance and energy efficiency. Efficient fertilizer management, including precision agriculture, is essential for sustainability. Data shows a 20% increase in wheat yields and up to 25% increase in soybean yields compared to conventional methods. Energy savings of up to 30% were also found in maize cultivation, 27% in sunflowers and 23% in sugar beet. Further research is essential to understand the long-term impact and scalability of optimized fertilization practices, with interdisciplinary collaboration driving innovation for a more sustainable agricultural future.Publishe

    Geological and Geotechnical Aspects of the most Significant Deep Landslides in the Danube Area on the Territory of Vojvodina

    The largest and the deepest landslides in Serbia occurred on the right valley side of the Danube. General conclusions about landslides along the Danube were obtained on the basis of their comprehensive detailed investigations: the Sloboda bridge in Novi Sad, the Beška bridge, the large settlement of Bocke, and the high-speed railway viaduct in Čortanovci. These areas are ac-tually large unstable slopes with deep and shallow landslides. Deep landslides consist of several sliding blocks with 20-40m in depth. All these landslides were formed in clays and sands of the Pliocene age, in the decayed crust of these sediments. The general conclusions about landslides presented in this paper will be of great use for the needs of construction of new facilities in the entire unstable area along the Danube about 100 km in length.Publishe
